We are watching the demonstrations, and we like what we see, but it should not end with this.... These protestors are our people and will support Iran in an Iran-U.S. confrontation; Iran can repeat in the U.S. what it did in Lebanon but on a grander scale because the 'Hizbullah -style' groups in the U.S. are 'much larger' than in Lebanon.... America is the Great Satan and our enemy, but we have hope in these areas." — Foad Izadi, Teheran University, who studied at University of Houston and Louisiana State University, Ofogh TV (Iran), April 26, 2024.

In these anti Israeli demonstrations, we should never lose sight of the fact that this is ultimately not about Israel but about America the Great Satan (Shaitan as they say in Persian/Urdu). And finally it is about Western civilization and it's dominant position in world affairs and culture. This where they have the commonality with the American Left and it's acolytes in our institutions of learning. This is a poison weed that needs to be nipped in the bud.

About five decades ago my best friend worked at a university where her job was to assist foreign students; all were male and from the middle east. They were arrogant and entitled, and treated everyone especially women with disdain. I could never figure out why they would attend a university with people and a culture that they hated so much.

Somehow, the crying little fat jihadis and those who can't even conduct a good hunger strike without snack breaks do not invoke much fear in anybody. These universities depend upon tons of money from Jewish people, a habit that will soon break their backs. If the Hamas pretenders ever decide to get frisky away from campus, we welcome them at any time.

As #3 mentions...A lot of wealthy Jews donate big time to universities. I note that a few are seeing the light and stopping gifts to the worst of the Jew-hating institutions. Hopefully, this trickle will become a flood. Those of us educated about The Holocaust can see how it got started in a supposedly civilized country.

The Saudis have been giving millions and millions of dollars to left-wing student groups at American universities for at least twenty years. That's why these leftist students are defending the policies of their hosts. It's odd that even the conservative media has stopped reporting this fact.

Palestinians Threaten to Attack US Troops 13 replies

The Palestinians] seem confident that if the Biden administration is rewarding them for malign behavior, it is clearly working, so why not keep it up? The Palestinians are hoping to scare the Americans and prevent them from cooperating with Israel on the future of the Gaza Strip after the war. The Biden administration did not, it seems, even demand that, in return for the humanitarian aid, the hostages be released or that the terrorists stop launching rockets into Israel. Apparently, the Biden administration did not even request assurances that the aid would not be seized and diverted by the terrorists.

Will we see a repeat this summer of the infamous 1968 Chicago Democratic National Convention that devolved into chaos and anarchy? This year’s convention is, like 1968, set to take place in Chicago and social unrest is percolating on the Left, to say the least. In a recent interview on Fox News, Rep. Dean Phillips, D-Minn.—who challenged President Joe Biden in the Democratic Party presidential primary—said that given our current course of events, history is likely to repeat itself. “I’m afraid this is looking awfully like 1968 with a lot of anger and angst and disenfranchisement that I think are going to play out on TV this summer,

Georgia’s president vetoes media legislation

Georgia’s president on Saturday vetoed the so-called “Russian law” targeting media that has sparked weeks of mass protests. The legislation would require media and non-governmental organizations to register as “pursuing the interests of a foreign power” if they receive more than 20% of their funding from abroad. Critics of the bill say it closely resembles legislation used by the Kremlin to silence opponents, and that it will obstruct Georgia’s bid to join the EU. President Salome Zourabichvili, who is increasingly at odds with Georgia’s ruling party, said on Saturday that the legislation contradicts Georgia’s Constitution and “all European standards,” and added that it “must be abolished.”

Worse, abandoning Israel sends a troubling message to U.S. allies worldwide: in times of crisis, do not rely on American support. The Biden administration has eroded trust and damaged U.S. credibility on the global stage even further than it already had done after surrendering Afghanistan and allowing China to kill more than a million Americans with Covid-19, or poisoning to death more than 80,000 Americans each year with fentanyl, or permitting China to commit massive espionage and intellectual property theft with no consequences at all.

Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-Texas) has been indicted in federal court and has seen two of his trusted advisors take plea agreements in exchange for testifying against him and his wife Imelda. In spite of Cuellar’s legal challenges however, the congressman is still firmly on track to be re-elected in November for seven principal reasons. First, Texas has already held its primaries way back in March. Unlike in 2022, Cuellar was unopposed in the Democratic primary this time around. He is therefore firmly entrenched as the party’s nominee unless he voluntarily bows out.

Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene traded barbs with Democratic Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Jasmine Crockett during a train wreck of a House Oversight Committee hearing Thursday night in which the lawmakers took turns body-shaming each other. The hearing on whether to move forward with a contempt resolution against Attorney General Merrick Garland spiraled out of control after Greene (R-Ga.) brought up the daughter of the Manhattan judge presiding over former President Donald Trump’s hush money trial and then commented on the physical appearance of Crockett (D-Texas). “I’d like to know if any of the Democrats on this committee are employing Judge [Juan] Merchan’s daughter,” Greene asked.

What do you think? I can only imagine,' as Trump has long promised to pardon those involved in the 2021 Capitol attack if he's elected to a second term in November.

Iranian strongman Ebrahim Raisi — aka "the butcher of Tehran" — is dead in a Sunday helicopter crash that his countrymen and women are celebrating, so now would be the perfect time for the New York Times to avoid interviewing the Iranian dissident he tried to have assassinated. Advertisement Wait, what? Raisi was "elected" president in 2021, after decades of coming up through the bloody ranks of Iran's hardcore Shiite Muslim theocracy. He earned the "butcher" moniker for his part on the 1988 "death committee" that quickly sentenced more than 5,000 dissidents to death — and just as quickly had them killed. The parking lots are each able to accommodate about 130,000 vehicles and are crammed full of MGs, BYDs, Nios, XPengs, Lynk & Cos, Omodas and Hongqis, among others. Chinese EV companies have aggressively targeted European markets as they look to take advantage of the EU's green agenda.
