The Chinese are imposing a kind of sanction on us. They don't officially declare it, but they are delaying shipments to Israel.... In electronic products, there are tens of thousands of components, but if even one component doesn't arrive, we cannot deliver the product." — Unnamed senior figure in a factory, Ynet, December 24, 2023.
Also immensely disturbing is that "massive" amounts of advanced Chinese military equipment were found in Gaza by the IDF during its military operations there.
"[I]f you set up systems with technology for critical infrastructure, like electricity, energy, water, transport, these are tied to one another. One can be used to bring the other down." — Harel Manshari,

Growing up in San Bernardino, California in the 1980s was an experience that shaped me in many ways. One of the highlights of those years was playing high school football, and one of our fiercest rivals was Fontana High School. Fontana was known for having one of the toughest football teams in San Bernardino County, and our games against them were always intense and hard-fought.
But Fontana was more than just a football rival. It was a town with a long and proud history of steel production. The Kaiser steel production facility, a major employer in the area, closed its doors in 1983.

As police finally clear the anti-Israel encampment at the University of Chicago, and Northwestern University appeases its protesting occupiers, the Democratic National Convention set for August in the Windy City ticks ever closer.
Unsatiated protesters may have been cleared from some of their camps at college campuses, but the more lucrative target of national Democrats’ gathering to renominate President Joe Biden has many worried that the protests may only be getting started.
Although the two Chicago universities caved weakly to the strange demands of the anti-Israel protesters, Biden has not been well-received by the pro-Hamas youth.

Former Stormy Daniels attorney and convicted felon Michael Avenatti on Tuesday accused the porn star of engaging in “falsification of business records, wire fraud, and fraudulent transfers” to defraud former President Donald Trump out of money she allegedly received from a documentary. Avenatti’s shocking statement, released from behind bars, came as his former client took the stand to testify against Trump in his business records trial on Tuesday, in which Trump is charged with 34 counts of falsification of business records – the same charge Avenatti accuses Daniels of.

When it came time to cast his ceremonial Electoral College vote for Joe Biden in 2020, Democrat Khary Penebaker had to keep things hush-hush.
He wanted to bring his girlfriend at the time but wasn't allowed a guest. He couldn't even walk through the front door of Wisconsin's statehouse.
Instead, Penebaker and other Badger State electors met at an undisclosed location. Law enforcement escorted the group through tunnels to arrive at a room in the statehouse, which had been closed to the public.

The Columbia University custodian who took on a pro-terror protester during the seizure of Hamilton Hall said he was “freaking out” when the mob stormed the building while he was working — an experience that’s left him too scared to return to campus.
Mario Torres, 45, was caught in the violence when rioters took Hamilton Hall on April 30, with the father-of-two caught on camera wrestling with demonstrator James Carlson, who The Post revealed to be the scion of millionaire ad execs.
“We don’t expect to go to work and get swarmed by an angry mob with rope and duct tape and masks and gloves,” Torres told The Free Press.

The Justice Department is out for blood. President Joe Biden has them ready to pounce on anyone regardless of Party affiliation. And a leading Democrat was blindsided after being targeted by Biden’s DOJ.
The Department of Justice (DOJ) has been a menace under President Joe Biden.
They have targeted pro-lifers for the most ridiculous things in an effort to silence them. Biden has completely weaponized the DOJ to go after his political opponents.
And now even a Democrat is being targeted.
Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-TX) is expected to be indicted by the DOJ for charges that are not yet known.

Axios reported that President Joe “Biden gradually had been ditching the term. Last June and July, he referred to ‘Bidenomics’ about 50 times. In December and January, he used it just six times.”
USA Today ran basically the same story on the same day — headlined: “President Biden scraps ‘Bidenomics’ after slogan falls flat” — crediting Axios.
Biden said ‘Bidenomics’ 15 times in his June 28 speech in Chicago that debuted his new slogan to the nation. He mentioned ‘Bidenomics’ another 77 times in speeches through October, including as many as six or seven times in single speeches.
Yet Biden touted ‘Bidenomics’ only four more times in both November and December,

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Sunday that his government has voted unanimously to shut down the local offices of Qatar-owned broadcaster Al Jazeera, escalating Israel’s long-running feud with the channel at a time when cease-fire negotiations with Hamas — mediated by Qatar — are gaining steam.
According to a statement from Netanyahu’s office, the decision goes into effect immediately. It could include closing the channel’s offices in Israel, confiscating broadcast equipment, preventing the broadcast of the channel’s reports and blocking its websites, among other measures, the statement said.

"What makes the future in this case darker is Sudan's history of hosting extremists and jihadists from the far right and far left. During the previous regime, Sudan hosted Osama bin Laden, leader of Al-Qaeda, Hamas, Hezbollah, and Carlos the Jackal. This warm embrace of violent extremists earned Sudan a spot on the list of state sponsors of terrorism."— Areej Elhag, Washington Institute for Near East Policy, January 31, 2024.
The bottom line for America and Europe is that the strategy of engaging and appeasing Iran has failed miserably.
The U.S. and Europe must step up now to counter Iran's efforts in the Middle East and Sudan.

Hillary Cass, OBE, is a prominent and acclaimed British pediatrician. After four years of investigation, she just published her “Independent Review of Gender Identity Services for Children and Young People to the National Health Service (NHS) of the United Kingdom.” After she and her team reviewed the literature—100 plus studies on hormone and puberty blocker interventions—they concluded that there is “remarkably weak evidence” on the issues of efficacy and safety. They concluded that gender-affirming care should be offered with “extreme caution” or not at all for minors until better studies and more reliable evidence are available.
