The Columbia University custodian who took on a pro-terror protester during the seizure of Hamilton Hall said he was “freaking out” when the mob stormed the building while he was working — an experience that’s left him too scared to return to campus. Mario Torres, 45, was caught in the violence when rioters took Hamilton Hall on April 30, with the father-of-two caught on camera wrestling with demonstrator James Carlson, who The Post revealed to be the scion of millionaire ad execs. “We don’t expect to go to work and get swarmed by an angry mob with rope and duct tape and masks and gloves,” Torres told The Free Press.

I was a maintenance monkey at a large hospital for a few years. In a big place like that, you are invisible. People forget you instantly on a normal day. If something unusual happens it may take a few weeks. Just keep a low profile and it will go away soon.

He really thinks those idiots are scary? And he's afraid to go on the campus because of them? At this point it looks like he is milking this for some kind of pay-off by the school. They are nothing but a bunch of weak pantywaist college pukes playing dress-up in fake arab garb. Really, just look at them in the pictures. They are cowards, that is why they hide behind Keffuffles and covid face diapers. If someone physically confronts them, even when they far outnumber them, they fold and whine about being victims playing the part of the crybully.

If he's afraid to return, I suspect it isn't because he's afraid he'll be fired, it's because he's probably an illegal and he might be deported.

In a chaotic situation, confronted by people dressed in black, their faces covered with masks, the average person will be terrified. Are they have guns or knives? Will they beat me with the nearest hard object? That's when "fight or flight" kicks in, and most people (logically) run. I don't blame this guy one bit. As long as those anarchists are around the campus, I'd stay away as well - no sense in tempting fate.

Growing up in San Bernardino, California in the 1980s was an experience that shaped me in many ways. One of the highlights of those years was playing high school football, and one of our fiercest rivals was Fontana High School. Fontana was known for having one of the toughest football teams in San Bernardino County, and our games against them were always intense and hard-fought. But Fontana was more than just a football rival. It was a town with a long and proud history of steel production. The Kaiser steel production facility, a major employer in the area, closed its doors in 1983.

As police finally clear the anti-Israel encampment at the University of Chicago, and Northwestern University appeases its protesting occupiers, the Democratic National Convention set for August in the Windy City ticks ever closer. Unsatiated protesters may have been cleared from some of their camps at college campuses, but the more lucrative target of national Democrats’ gathering to renominate President Joe Biden has many worried that the protests may only be getting started. Although the two Chicago universities caved weakly to the strange demands of the anti-Israel protesters, Biden has not been well-received by the pro-Hamas youth.

The Biden administration paused the shipment of thousands of bombs to Israel last week because of its concerns about an Israeli invasion of Rafah, the last remaining Hamas stronghold in the Gaza Strip. The shipment was meant to transfer 3,500 bombs to Israel, which the United States halted over worries about the larger munitions in the package being used in an urban setting, an anonymous administration official told the Associated Press. U.S. officials were concerned about how the 500-pound and 2,000-pound bombs could be used in a dense urban setting. Joe Biden has committed his umpteenth impeachable offense. According to reports, the Biden administration has halted multiple arms shipments to Israel. That decision comes amid a domestic political crisis for the president in which he is desperately seeking to appease Hamas-supporting Democrats who have taken to the streets. The shipments are Boeing-made precision bombs and follow a ruse by Hamas to claim they had accepted a "ceasefire" just as Israel began its assault on Rafah. (X) In other words, Biden just committed an impeachable offense. Congress appropriated that aid to Israel. He doesn't get to delay it in an attempt to smooth over his political misfortunes at home.
