Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) predicted Sunday that the Supreme Court will send former President Trump’s immunity case back to the lower courts.
“Well, I think the court’s gonna find that presidential immunity exists for President Trump like every other president, but you got to be within the scope of being president. I think they’ll send it back to the lower courts to find out exactly what actions fall within presidential immunity and what are considered personal. I think that’s the way this will end — there will be some immunity for some of the actions,” Graham said on CNN’s “State of the Union.”

This week in Florida, Judge Aileen Cannon unsealed a trove of new documents that Jack Smith fought to keep hidden. And you'll soon find out why. Among the documents unsealed were extensive exhibits, motions, and other filings shedding light on the intricate web of communication between the Biden White House and the National Archives and Records Administration in the lead-up to Trump's indictment.
Investigative journalist Julie Kelly found something interesting in the documents that could change everything. The first things is testimony from an FBI agent who testified that the General Services Association (GSA) had been in possession of Trump's boxes in Virginia before ordering Trump's team to come get them.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) approved a plan Sunday for attacking the final Hamas stronghold in the city of Rafah in southern Gaza, near the Egyptian border, as U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken prepared to visit on Tuesday.
The IDF said in a statement: Today (Sunday), on the eve of the second holiday of Passover, the Chief of the General Staff, LTG Herzi Halevi, discussed and approved plans for the continuation of the war with the Commanding Officer of the Southern Command, MG Yaron Finkelman, and all the division and brigade commanders in the command.
The U.S. has opposed an attack on Rafah, citing concern for Palestinians

Police in Washington, D.C., rejected requests from campus officials at George Washington University to clear anti-Israel protesters from their campus encampment this week, fearing that doing so could be bad publicity.
Although police were poised to disband the encampment at around 3 a.m. on Friday morning, city officials in the police chief’s and mayor’s office told police to stand down and said that it would look bad publicly for police to disrupt a “small number of peaceful protesters,” the Washington Post reported on Friday. The same city officials know of no immediate plans to clear out the school’s University Yard, which is blocks from the White House, and where the encampment

It's been a little confusing since arrests were made during the big pro-Hamas protest on the University of Texas-Austin campus on Wednesday. Are students free to return to campus?
Yes and no. It seems there was confusion on Friday. On Thursday, the Travis County district attorney dropped all criminal trespass charges against those who were arrested. On Friday, the university confirmed that the arrested students will not be allowed to freely be on campus.
University spokesman Mike Rosen released a statement Friday afternoon. Students will be allowed to complete courses for the semester but may only return to campus for academic reasons and to access university resources with approval.

We've seen a lot of craziness with the unhinged protests about Gaza from leftists at campuses across the country, including at NYU, Columbia, and other institutions.
This Occupy 2.0 effort has seen antisemitic harassment, violence, and even protesters attacking and chasing the police. Hezbollah flags were seen being waved, including at the Princeton University.encampment on Thursday. The University of Southern California (USC) even called off its formal commencement because they were concerned about safety.
Radical Democrats like Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) have spoken out in support of these encampments, with Ocasio-Cortez claiming they are "peaceful,"

On Friday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s “Andrea Mitchell Reports,” White House National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan stated that it’s “not clear” that it’s even possible for Israel to have “a credible plan” for an invasion of Rafah that the White House would support.
Sullivan said, “[W]e have made clear that our policy in Gaza will be determined by the steps Israel takes, both with respect to facilitating humanitarian assistance that can save lives, and with respect to civilian protection as it conducts its operations. We have also made clear our absolute deep and fundamental concern about a major military operation in Rafah, because we believe, first,

The Biden administration has reportedly abandoned its plans to ban menthol cigarettes after warnings that it could push away some Black voters.
The Wall Street Journal reported on Friday the White House dropped its plans for the ban after weighing the potential public health benefits against possible political repercussions. “This rule has garnered historic attention and the public comment period has yielded an immense amount of feedback, including from various elements of the civil rights and criminal justice movement,” Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra said in a Friday statement.

President Joe Biden said Friday he would be willing to debate former president Donald Trump, after months of declining to say definitively whether he planned to appear onstage alongside his Republican challenger.
“I am, somewhere. I don’t know when. But I’m happy to debate him,” Biden said when asked during an interview with Sirius XM radio host Howard Stern whether he is willing to debate Trump.
Trump adviser Chris LaCivita responded to Biden’s comments in a post on X: “Ok let’s set it up!”
Biden’s newfound willingness to debate comes after the five major TV news networks and the Associated Press reportedly sent an unprecedented letter

President Biden’s approval rating average is lower than any other president in recent history at the same point in their time in the White House, data released Friday found.
The president averaged 38.7 percent job approval in his 13th quarter in office, which ran from Jan. 20 to April 19, according to averages aggregated by Gallup. In the same quarter, former President Trump had a 46.8 percent approval rating average; former President Obama’s was 45.9 percent and former President George W. Bush’s was 51 percent, according to Gallup.
The second-lowest to Biden’s in that time was former President George H.W. Bush, who had a 41.8 percent mark.

When you let a crazed, genocidal maniac talk long enough, they will always expose themselves. That happened on Thursday when two videos were released of a pro-Hamas protest leader suggesting Jews should be murdered. Shockingly, this is the same person Columbia University officials have been "negotiating" with over the last few days. Kymani James can be seen ranting about how "Zionists," which are Jews, do not deserve to live and should be exterminated like "nazis." A fair warning. This guy's words are extremely violent and disturbing.

Did y'all hear that boom in the distance this morning?
Schmaybe get a foul whiff of something burning in the air?
Perhaps saw a pale wisp of smoke on the horizon and wonder, "What now?"
It was only the economy tanking. No bigs.
The big babies on Wall Street swooned. I wonder if Biden's gonna chew them out now, too.
Stocks tumbled Thursday after the latest U.S. economic data showed a sharp slowdown in growth and pointed to persistent inflation.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average slid 493 points, or 1.3%, weighed down by steep declines in Caterpillar and IBM. The S&P 500 dropped 0.9%, and the Nasdaq Composite lost 1.3%.
