Perhaps the most worrisome news of the day is the Iranian threat to launch a massive drone and missile attack against Israel. Up to this time, Iran has worked with considerable effect through its proxies, principally the Houthis in Yemen, Hamas in Gaza, Hezbollah in southern Lebanon, and — if it is not too far-fetched to suggest — Iran’s increasingly reliable proxy outrider the United States of America under the feckless and incompetent Joe Biden. Like his mentor Obama before him, Biden is one of Israel’s most consistent and determined critics and, judging from his betrayal of Israel at the United Nations, a capricious and untrustworthy ally as well.

A Delaware judge denied Hunter Biden’s motions to dismiss his federal gun charges on Friday evening as he awaits trial.
U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika denied Biden’s motions, which were based on his pretrial-diversion agreement, selective-prosecution claims, and the appointment of special counsel David Weiss, the U.S. attorney for Delaware.
Noreika emphatically rejected Biden’s argument that he is the victim of selective prosecution by David Weiss, an appointee of Attorney General Merrick Garland, who was chosen by his father, President Joe Biden.

BRENHAM, Texas -- Texas Department of Public Safety officials are reporting at least 16 injuries after they say a stolen 18-wheeler crashed into one of their offices on Friday.
According to officials from Texas DPS - Southeast Texas Region, the vehicle intentionally ran into the Brenham DPS Office at about 10:41 a.m. SkyEye video shows extensive damage to the front of the office and 18-wheeler.
Of the more than a dozen people injured, DPS said three were flown to the hospital in critical condition.
The suspected driver of the 18-wheeler was arrested at the scene and refused treatment, officials said. Authorities said there was no further threat to the community.

We all know that the border patrol is very, very busy these days. Very, very, very busy. They're so busy that they are unable to perform the menial task of checking illegal immigrant names against the terror watch list database.
I thought that one of their basic tasks in protecting the border was to identify terrorists and arrest them or send them back to where they came from. Apparently, that's just too difficult. It gets very busy at the border—all that paperwork and then the rush to send the illegals on their way into the interior of the U.S.
