A federal judge ruled that Hunter Biden will face a trial on federal gun charges on June 3 in Delaware.
The president's son, 54, has pleaded not guilty to three felony charges related to him lying about his drug use when purchasing a gun in 2018. He faces up to 25 years in prison if he is convicted after the trial that could last up to nine days.
His gun trial on June 3 comes immediately for a separate trial in a case brought by Special Counsel David Weiss on nine tax charges set for June 20 in California.

He should be given the max, but we all know he will skate because of dear ole Joe and his two tiered justice system.

Good. Daddy will look like a partisan hack when he pardons Hunter before the election, and Hunter will be a convicted felon. The RNC can run ads comparing the J6 protesters and Hunter.

Agree with other posters that nothing will happen. A judge that is not corrupt will not be allowed to hear the case. The fix is already in.
As a side note, addict Hunter somehow made a good choice of gun. If I read past articles right it was a Colt Cobra. A fine gun.

Re #8: A Colt Cobra snubnose in .38 caliber was used by Jack Ruby to kill Lee Harvey Oswald. Some years ago, that historically significant pistol sold at auction for $220,000.

Ha ha ha...25 years??? Ha ha...I predict he won't do a DAY in jail even if he gets convicted (which is improbable) because he is part of the Biden Crime Family and a demcrap....and Delaware??? Biteme owns Delaware....what a joke...

Poster 10, I am surprised the Ruby .38 caliber left the possession of federal authorities. Who sold the gun? Thanks.

Re #12: That pistol was returned to Earl Ruby, Jack's brother. Earl put it up for auction in 1991.

(From The Historical Firearms article): "Jack Ruby’s gun was returned to his brother Earl Ruby after Ruby’s conviction and death. Earl sold the revolver through Herman Darvick Autograph Auctions on 26th December 1991, for $220,000." When the gun sold, it was in the news. For some reason, the hammer price of 220K stuck in my mind. This murderer's pistol is in someone's proud possession. Jack Ruby was a hot head.

Poster #1 is correct, right after the November election, win or loose, the “big guy” will lay an across the board Presidential pardon on Hunter.

I wonder how much time people convicted of the same crime would serve. As for Hunter, the case will be dropped.

Besides being a stupid waste of time and resources, it gives the wrong impression. This Biden should be nailed for all the money crimes he was involved with along with his traitor father, not "let off" with a gun crime even if he does get 25 years. This is the kind of charge liberals punish freedom-loving citizens with.
