Doritos is being slammed as the new Bud Light after hiring a trans influencer as a 'brand ambassador' despite the activist appearing to promote child sexual abuse in the past.
Spanish native Samantha Hudson - whose real name is Iván González Ranedo - is a singer and activist with over 30,000 subscribers to her YouTube channel. Her partnership with Doritos Spain, run by PepsiCo Spain, was recently announced.
Hudson, 24, has identified herself as 'anti-capitalist' and 'Marxist' in interviews, released a song critical of the Catholic Church and even said in one video that she is for 'the abolition of [and to] destroy and annihilate the traditional monogamous nuclear family.'

After Bud Light I dint understand why all these other companies decide to have a "hold my beer" moment.

Pepsi own Doritos? so the dylan mulvaney influence is still prevalent in the corporation
= I just don't understand the corporate way of thinking when they pander to the numerical minority because of some kind of idea that this cohort is somehow oppressed?

What kinda of sick lunatics must their marketing folks be to imagine that these perverts will increase their sales?

Commenters here don't seem to get it. These "marketing" decisions are NOT meant to promote or increase sales of the products. They are meant to promote their depraved social agendas by attaching them to popular products. They don't really care about the consumer products, whether Bud LIght, Doritos, whatever. The social agenda is the product they are promoting. The consumer product is just the delivery vehicle for their perversions.

Look at me! Celebrate my mental illness!
I've always liked Doritos but with the local supermarket price of $5.50 for a shrunken, air filled bag I dont buy them much anymore. Now I can buy them even less and save some more money.

I don’t drink Pepsi and Doritos is next to go. I regret I currently have no Doritos bag to throw out.

C'mon man, don't make us boycott Doritos too. I buy a bag every couple of years or so just for variety.

I wonder why, in an article critical of the transgender he-to-she crackpot entertainer, the author persists in calling him a "she" or "her." It's beyond stupid.

Let me explain, #2. Most corporate executives are amoral, and need some form of "religion" to fill the vacuum. Hence the DEI virtue signaling.

For the DM to keep repeating "her" is a beastly lie. This fellow has several tens of trillions of cells in his body, and not one of those cells has an XX chromosome. They're all XY, indicating a guy. Those teeth in that guy in drag are as bad as Al Gore aide Chris "Choppers" Lehane's. Doritos is not necessary in my life, and so it's gone. Pepsi turned me off a long time ago. Their management is progressive; I never buy their products.

I think you are correct poster #6. They don't care about the decrease in sales. They're busy indoctrinating kids, and stuff. However, I will still not buy any more Doritos, and only drink sodie pops once every 3-5 years so Pepsi products will be easy to avoid.
I have a bag of Doritos in the pantry, and will finish them since I paid for them, but will not purchase again. Besides, for those who have access to H.E.B. grocery stores they have a knockoff that is just as good as Nacho Cheese flavored Doritos, which I will buy. They're cheaper too! Gotta have some junk food now and again.

The people in charge have "inherited" a viable company and have assumed they could use it for their culture changing purposes. They don't understand that the first job is to keep the company viable. And how their is so much competition that the consumer can easily walk away from their product.
They really are just like the heirs of the Twentieth Century Motor Company of Atlas Shrugged.
