Donald Trump’s days as a Big Apple real estate tycoon may be numbered.
A New York judge ordered that the former president pay more than $350 million — and limit his doing business in the state where he made his name — after finding Friday that he inflated his net worth by billions to dupe banks and insurers over the course of a decade. The ruling from Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron, if it withstands an inevitable appeal, could cause Trump, 77, to be stripped of control over Midtown’s Trump Tower and his other iconic New York properties.
Engoron’s decision capped a three-month civil trial that put a dent

No person, no company lost one penny to fraud. There was NO FRAUD. This whole case is a political FRAUD.
The only fraud in this case is the judge and the persecutor.....THEY are the fraud.

The judge, charges, and verdict are all laughable. Letitia James just wasted a large pile of taxpayer money on a mock trial that won’t survive the first appeal. They stole the plot from Alice in Wonderland. First the verdict, then the trial.

The vicious commie demonrats stop at nothing - - in an all-out war against President Trump and the USA.
Meanwhile - - the Pubbies expel their own members - - and can barely scrape up enough votes to impeach a criminal cabinet secretary - - while leaving utterly corrupt Despicable Joe and his criminal family untouched.
The United States used to be a wonderful country - - before it's feckless political class surrendered to a handful of commies.

Judges and DAs should be held liable for damages when they persecute people on such bogus charges. Once he wins his appeal, Trump should be able to sue them personally for millions.

Crime is Rampant, their budget is hurting so here comes this idiot and screws over their biggest taxpayer.
Trump should sell out in New York and not even go back to visit.
I believe he will win on Appeal, but it is New York.
I hope when he is President he finds a way for payback and shoves it up Engoron's ass.

Every one of these trials just emphasizes how corrupt and plain evil the Democrats are, as well as amps up our hatred for them. Not only do we want Trump back as President, but it also makes us wish that he would then put Attila the Hun in charge of the "payback" program for their little games.

Trumps lawyers will be filing REAMS of Tax Refund claims now...since the Judge has ruled their property values well below the Levels they paid taxes for...
Declaring Mar a lago is only worth $27million in Total, even though it pays taxes on over $20million per YEAR in income?
Judge and Prosecutor need to now apply the same rules against, Gucci, YSL, ANY famous name branded fashion company, every "Famous Restaurant", "Luxury Brand" car manufacturer,Champagne and booze label...based upon the ratio between their component/ingredient/manufacturing costs and their Market Prices. And ban ALL of them from doing business in NY.
The Trump tower "Residence sq footage" is an already acknowledged Mistake made in the filing...it was not a claim that ONE apt was 30,000- sq feet, that is the amount of "Residential zoned" area Trump owns in the Tower itself...ALL of the rental/condo/residential spaces onn all of the floors.

Note the ill disguised hatred of President Trump in the way this article was written and published in the Murdoch Owned, Trump Hating, New York Post. A word of caution, don't be too certain that this manifest injustice on our legal President Trump will be reversed on appeal. The Justice System has been infiltrated to the core by the communist death democrats and expecting fair justice from this rotten system is foolish. Just look at the recent ruling regarding the border of Texas by the so-called Supreme Court. This Judge looks and acts like a pervert. Someone should do a little digging into his past and personal life.

Absent an immediate Stay from another court...
Trump should file an eviction/lease cancellation on EVERY sq ft he controls in NYC...including all of the parking(which is actually most of what he owns outright) Termination of ALL employees, not a layoff, no compensation because it is a "Govt Act", essentially an "Act of God" wherein he has no liabilities whatsoever, all contracts are null and void....Close all hotels, residential , office, restaurants and commercial shops. Turn of all power/water/utilities, board them all up until the the 3 years is up...pay the real estate taxes...but deduct ALL of the "Compelled" loss of revenues.

AG Letetia James just said in her press conference that when the powerful take more than they deserve everyone loses. That is exactly what happened in this case. The NY AG (James), the crooked judge, and the lap dog media, all got together and proceeded to bring a case that found crimes where none existed. Then, they proceeded to orchestrate a government takeover of the TRUMP organization, properties, and finances while the liberal Trump hating press cheered and went along with the sham trial. New York has become a banana republic. They are unable to show any harm to anyone. Every developer in New York had better be reviewing their financial records and valuations. Lets hope that the NY Appeals Court is not as crooked as the James and Judge Engoron.

Since the state of NY is essentially taking over the Trump Organization, I can see AG James and Judge Engoron ordering that Trump properties be turned over to the state and City of NY to be used as housing for illegal migrants to help alleviate the migrant shelter issues. They will also order that some of the buildings be ordered to house low income families and the homeless as a matter of diversity, equity, and inclusiveness; erasing the systematic racial and economic inequities inherent in Trump residential properties.

Boycott! NYC is invested with two legged rats. They're in the swamp, on the bench, in the courts, city hall and in the sewers everywhere. When they get done they will decay into the dumps like Detroit, Baltimore and large cities in the third world. I dared to ride the 5-boroughs ride once upon a time but no more.

If this bogus Democrat law fare ruling is upheld, look for a lot of New York Tycoons to cash in their New York chips and move to other States. That will cause New York to loose a lot of all kinds of tax money. Maybe New Yorkers don’t care and figure that they can recover all that lost tax income by taxing illegal aliens!

The White House elite are so dumb...they have added more voters to President Trump because of this injustice...and New York has lost a champion that made their city with his buildings...they must be so desperate that they would try this move....and the AG will win election again because she can't lose in New York...it's like Chicago...the rats are in charge and can vote anyone in or out as they please....BUT... things are changing....and after the fani willis mess...the world can see what the White House elites are doing....
