Controversial talk show host Tucker Carlson could be subjected to sanctions from the European Union due to his activities in Russia, a new report says.
Russian President Vladimir Putin has been interviewed by Carlson, the Kremlin confirmed Wednesday. It is Putin's first interview to a Western journalist since the full-scale invasion of Ukraine two years ago. Carlson released a video from Moscow on Tuesday in which he said he would be interviewing Putin, less than 24 hours later, the Kremlin confirmed the sit-down took place. Former Belgian Prime Minister and current member of the European Union Parliament Guy Verhofstadt told Newsweek as the Russian president is considered a 'war criminal'

At least Putin doesn't hide behind progressivism, he's more honest than the craven EU officials who are even worse.

The Europeans are bad enough wanting to ban him... But some of 'our own' Neo-con pseudo-cons AND the 0'biden regime want him executed for treason.

Putin warned Americans against communism before during election time. Fearless western leaders don't want that happening again. Putin being the only world leader fighting against the WEF doesn't make 'em too happy either.

"Conservatives" are so damned eager to buy into Russian disinformation and propaganda. Why in the hell is thiis? The Russians have been our enemies since the 1918 Communist Revolution. This current group is just a Thugocracy and Putin wishes he could put the Humptey-Dumpty of the Soviet Union back together again.
He is a modern day Hitler, literally. And this time, Europe has decided not to be totally prostrate in front of a dictator, and instead of agreeing to take Czechoslovakia.....now they help Ukraine fight for THEMSELVES, not asking for troops, only the weapons to defend against the Russian imperialists.
And "conservatives", normally coming down for freedom, and self-determination, are eager to buy all the Russian disinformation about "Nazis" and "total corruption" in Ukraine, and support the most evil country in the last century and a half. Is Ukraine all sweetness and light? No, of course not, they have been struggling since the removal of the Russian boot from their neck, and trying desperatly to throw out the corrupt remnants of the soviet bureaucracy which had entwined itself all through the state. I know many Ukrainians and their biggest frustration has been the difficult fight to root out corruption. Bit by bit, they have been winning, but are certainly not perfect.
Given the massive corruption in the USA, and the extreme difficulty we are having in rooting it out, I would think that "conservatives" would be more understanding of another country's efforts to rid it self of the legacy of Russian/Soviet corruption and keep their freedom.
They ask for no blood, only weapons. I support that totally, and am saddened that Tucker Carlson is to totally blinded that he thinks that Putin should be listened to.

The EU must be shaking in their boots over this interview. Tucker is going to spill the beans on the outright, in-your-face corruption that is common throughout all of the EU hierarchy. It's the old...'Let them eat cake' mindset.
What if Putin says he's offered to sit down with whomever they choose and hammer out a deal? I believe that the EU has turned down that request in the past and President Putin will address the EU turning its back on any peace deal during Tucker's interview.
We, the Deep State/DNC say we can't turn off the money spicket now, it's election season and we need our graft and corruption to steal another national election.

Re #7, you are exaclty, completely wrong. The Russians ARE our enemies, and most of them support Putin, and most of them think like Putin. I spent a decade working with them, and it took a long time to realize that they are culturally VERY different than any sort of normal people that I have known in other countries.
And not different in a good way. The Russian people were serfs with a tsar (king) of the old fashioned 1300s type until 1918, when they became serfs to their new Communist overlords. Same stuff, different boss. They never made the 400+year tranformation from serfs/peasants into free men and guild workers and merchants that the rest of Europe, and the USA underwent. They still think like serfs and support their "king". This is real, and you can't learn this in a weekend or with one visit. It was at least five years of working with them before I started to figure it out, and I'm not a dummy...but I did grow up in a free country where the fundamental cultural concepts and traditions were of free men, so it blinded me to a large degree to what I was seeing. I saw a people who were still stuck in their medieval culture, never broke free.

A notable Cleveland-based journalist named Dorothy Fuldheim interviewed Adolph Hitler. She wasn't attacked for doing her job.
For the record, Fuldheim was later an occasional guest on the Tonight Show. For reasons I couldn't understand, Johnny Carson loved to pick on her.

I am much more interested in what Vladimir Putin has to say than any neocon, Deep Stater, O’Biden rep, the WEF, the EU, Zelensky or NATO has to say. And, I have been to Europe many times, as well as Ukraine and the former Soviet Union, and have Russian and Ukrainian clients. I am nobody’s fool.

This is nonsense. Carlson has every right to interview anybody on the planet. In fact, that kind of objective inquiry into even our enemies has ALWAYS been a hallmark of a free press. I recall interviews with Saddam Hussein, for example, that were promoted by the network doing it as an exclusive and important event.
Apparently, we no longer have an objective and free press, since the "Mainstream Government Media" is trying to squelch and cancel genuine acts of journalism, if it offends the current regime. We now have our own version of Pravda, and they are working hard to exterminate legitimate journalism.

Putin is not going to pull some Razzle Dazzle on Tucker. Tucker is no dummy. We should be recording history for future generations. Imagine if Hitler had given an interview to Edward R Morrow. (Murrow was before my time I'm assuming that he was an honest journalist.) Would we have had more insight on what was to come?
I am so tired of one group dictating to another what they can and cannot do. The threats to ban, cancel, or ruin a person are getting dangerous and very tiresome. Let's wait and see what happens. At least will know if Putin's alive or dead.

Since then, not much of anything.
Unless you're partial to communism and and the occasional international pariah.

And Diane Sawyer went to the Middle East to interview some Sheik after he took over one of the countries. He blew up those giant statues carved into a mountain. She sat at a table talking to him and mentioned that women were not allowed to have their head uncovered in his country. Then staring straight at him, she uncovered hers. Now granted, this was the Middle East and they are vicious to women, but I never figured out what she was trying to prove and frankly found it rude. However, no charges of any sort was ever mentioned against her.

I am fully persuaded that had Donald Trump been in the presidential office the last 3 years there would have been no war in Ukaraine.
The CIA and the FBI are complicit along with other hidden networks for undermining Trump's first term in office [Steele Dossier, Robert Mueller probe, Ukraine phone call impeachment, Hunter Biden laptop, and (I believe) the Covid "pandemic", and massive election fraud.]
The same CIA and assistant secretary of state for European and Eurasian affairs Victoria Nuland was closely involved in the 2014 Maidan Revolution which removed an elected Ukrainian president favorable to Russia. Coincidentally, after Biden's election he started promoting NATO membership for Ukraine, an action that for decades Russia declared would be a "red line" that it could not, and would not permit. Strangely Victoria Nuland is again involved as under Secretary of State.
I don't think Trump would have been pushing for NATO membership in Ukraine and therefore, no Russian invasion. Also, no escalated talk of nuclear war.
I believe Tucker Carlson is an honest journalist. I want to hear what he has to say.

The MSM and the rest of the lefties are all up in arms because they carry around this false image of Trump being buddy-buddy and in cahoots with Putin, and they still believe that Russia "colluded" with Trump. They seem to forget Obie telling the Russian president to "tell Vlad that I'll have much more flexibility to negotiate arms deals after the [2012] election." They also forget the 2012 Obie-Mittens presidential debate where Romney was asked who was the greatest threat to peace and stability in the world. Romney answered that Russia was the greatest threat, to which Obie responded, "Ha-ha-ha, the 1980's called and they want their foreign policy back--the Cold War has been over for 20 years. Ha-ha-ha."
