BOSTON — Gov. Maura Healey on Wednesday nominated an appeals court judge and former romantic partner with whom she shared a home for several years to an open seat on the state’s highest court. Massachusetts Appeals Court Associate Justice Gabrielle R. Wolohojian would serve as an associate justice of the Supreme Judicial Court if her nomination is approved. Wolohojian is the second nomination to the state’s highest court by Healey, the first woman and first open member of the LGBTQ community to be elected governor of Massachusetts. “There is no one more qualified or more well prepared to join the

Imagine the outcry if a male Republican Gov. appointed a former girlfriend he had lived with for several years? It would be deafening.

The people of Massachusetts are beyond stupid. Imagine the garbage they have elected over the years, from Barney’s Frank to the bald woman in the squad, so many corrupt people, Teddy the swimmer, Mittens Romney… you can’t make this up!! Then they elect their 1st openly gay governor (BFD) and this is what she does. Scott Brown beat her like a drum for Teddy’s Senate seat but his affinity for the left cost him there and in NH - too RINO.

Washington - U.S. President Joe Biden said on Tuesday he was "outraged and heartbroken" by an Israeli airstrike in Gaza that killed seven people working for World Central Kitchen (WCK) and he called on Israel to do more to protect aid workers. Israel's investigation of the incident "must be swift, it must bring accountability, and its findings must be made public," Biden said in a statement. "Even more tragically, this is not a stand-alone incident," he said. "This conflict has been one of the worst in recent memory in terms of how many aid workers have been killed." The strike on

A Massachusetts city has sued its only hotel for shutting to the public and overloading its rooms with 450 migrants in a $10 million-a-year taxpayer-funded deal with the state. The Republican-led city of Taunton seeks $115,000 from the 155-room Clarion Hotel for housing more migrant families than it can safely hold. The hotel last year reportedly struck a nine-year deal with the Democrat-run state to become an emergency shelter for migrants, who are pouring across the southern border. Multiple cases of the infection in a variety of mammals, including cows, cats and, more recently, humans, are all raising the risk of the virus mutating to become more transmissible, they said.

But they were still having babies. This led to more people. And quite a few folks — themselves already born — thought that was bad. The most famous is Stanford’s Paul Ehrlich, an entomologist whose bestselling book about people, “The Population Bomb,” promised the Earth a grim Malthusian fate, only a decade or so away. Israel has not commented on the strike but is widely believed to be responsible having carried out numerous strikes similar to this one in the region. But Iran has warned that the US must also be held accountable despite the fact Washington has said it played no role in the attack.
