As I reflect upon our two adoptions this National Adoption Month, I am left teary-eyed remembering the beauty of the journeys for me and my husband, as well as the strength and generosity of their biological mothers — women who went above themselves in choosing life and hope for their children.

Pope Francis is reportedly moving to evict one of his most prominent conservative critics from his Vatican-subsidized apartment and to strip him of his salary.
An anonymous Vatican official told the Italian newspaper La Nuova Bussola Quotidiana that Francis has reached his limit with Cardinal Raymond Burke, who has long been a conservative opponent of the Pope's reforming efforts.
Said official reportedly attended a Vatican meeting in which the Pope himself made the announcement and accused Burke of "working against the Church and against the papacy," Reuters reported. Burke primarily resides in Wisconsin.

Like a cross to a vampire, traditional masculinity triggers the godless left. Why is this so? (snip) God imbued masculinity to men to protect; build; carry on the species; fight; and, if necessary, defeat evil. Demonizing masculinity, in favor of radically feminizing culture, is withering the United States of America and Western civilization.
This coordinated attack on masculinity is not to make us a better nation, as the leftist mantra often claims. Instead, it is a strategy to destroy Western nations like the United States, Canada, and Great Britain by weakening their protectors: masculine men.
