In a Senate Homeland Security Committee hearing on Tuesday, FBI Director Christopher Wray provided some worrying — if not outright alarming — answers to questions from U.S. Senator Rick Scott (R-FL) regarding current terrorist threats against the homeland. "What has now increased is the greater possibility of one of these foreign terrorist organizations directing an attack in the United States," Wray told senators on the committee. (Snip) "We should wake up, it is a time to be concerned — we are in a dangerous period."

Newly elected Speaker of the House, Rep. Mike Johnson, R-La., responded to liberals and those in the media trashing him for his Christian faith Tuesday.
Johnson, an Evangelical Christian who has proudly invoked his faith in God and claimed the Bible is his "worldview" since being elected as the new Speaker, responded to MSNBC host Jen Psaki, HBO host Bill Maher and others who trashed him for his faith, saying the attacks don’t bother him.
"Media wasn’t always so friendly to someone with a Judeo-Christian worldview, and in your case, some of the things that had been said – Politico interviewed a historian about your worldview, and this historian said

An Israeli airstrike on Hamas targets Tuesday who had taken over civilian buildings in the northern Gaza Strip appears to have killed several terrorists — and caused underground tunnels to collapse, apparently expanding the initial damage caused by the strike.
News reports Tuesday claimed, citing Hamas’s notorious health ministry, that 400 people had been killed and wounded in an airstrike on the Jabaliya neighborhood in Gaza, known officially as a “refugee camp,” though it consists of multi-story buildings.
Hamas later downgraded the estimated number of casualties to 200 — 50 dead, it said, and 150 wounded. Photos showed a scene of collapsed buildings,

Over the past few years, we have been lectured to by professed scientists to “follow the science,” echoed by the corporate media that often sees financial gain in following particular views of science.
For example, Pfizer is alleged to sponsor 15 television news shows, a sure fire way to get their version of “the science” (and their products) out to the masses.
Much of the COVID dogma broadcast by the medical establishment and health authorities turned out to be wrong, from masks and lockdowns to vaccine efficacy and safety. Yet these views could not be challenged without threat of losing one’s employment or licensure, in the case of health care workers

A terse exchange transpired during the U.S. Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee’s annual “Threats to the Homeland” hearing on Tuesday. Sen. Josh Hawley sharply criticized Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas over the troubling social media posts by a DHS employee endorsing violence against Israel and its Jewish citizens.
The hearing, which also witnessed the testimonies of FBI Director Chris Wray and NCTC Director Christine Abizai, took a sharp turn when Hawley raised concerns about a controversial post by a DHS employee, Nejwa Ali.

Former Vice President Mike Pence was polling ahead of four Republican presidential candidates when he dropped out.
Pence, who suspended his campaign on Saturday, will have his place in the history books thanks to his service as vice president and his role in the Jan. 6 Capitol riot. But his early exit raises questions for the other GOP campaigns. (Snip) "It’s become clear to me," he added. "This is not my time." "It’s become clear to me," he added. "This is not my time." Yet at the time he made those remarks, Pence was polling at 3.5%, per the RealClearPolitics polling average. That put him ahead of former New Jersey

Fox News White House correspondent Peter Doocy asked White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre on Monday if President Joe Biden believes pro-Palestine protesters are “extremists.”
Anti-Israeli protests have soared across the U.S. since the Oct. 7 attack on Israel launched by Hamas, an Islamic terrorist group. A handful of protestors have chanted antisemitic slurs, held up swastikas and blamed Israel for the deadly attack.
“Does President Biden think the anti-Israel protesters in this country are extremists?” Doocy asked.
“What I can say, is we’ve been very clear on this.

What dominates the mass media is often fleeting importance for the enduring political landscape. Nevertheless, some events can harbinger momentous changes despite their initial ordinary nature. A particularly telling example was the initial shift of small number of White Southern Democrats into the Republican Party in 1964, a little-noticed event that foretold the shift of nearly all Southern Whites into the GOP. Such shifts are tectonic insofar as they may eventually fundamentally change the political landscape.
We may now be experiencing a tectonic shift of major magnitude, namely the exodus of Jews from liberalism.

Guest report by Jefferson Davis – first reported at JoeHoft.com -Thanks to the courage, conviction and commitment of a handful of legislators (Ramthun and Brandtjen) and election integrity supporters, volumes of evidence have been cataloged that would clearly hold up in a court of law to show how the administration of elections in Wisconsin were severely compromised if not outright illegal in the 2020 Presidential Election based on many settled court cases since then.
Rather than looking backward, pointing fingers, going down rabbit trails, placing blame and the proverbial “…could-a, would-a, should-a”, we must learn from 2020 and make sure there isn’t a repeat in 2024.

The U.S. doesn't plan to send in troops to aid in the conflict between Israel and Hamas on the ground level, Vice President Kamala Harris said on Sunday.
Meanwhile, new House Speaker Mike Johnson plans to bring a standalone bill to the floor this week that would provide monetary aid to Israel in its ongoing conflict with Hamas terrorists.
Hamas terrorists based in the Palestinian enclave of Gaza invaded Israel earlier this month in a surprise, multi-front attack that led to the largest single-day massacre of Jewish people since the Holocaust.

Protesters drenched in fake blood caused chaos in Congress on Tuesday by interrupting Antony Blinken's testimony on Israel to demand a ceasefire in Gaza and call for the U.S. to stop 'supporting genocide'.
Demonstrators called the Secretary of State a 'murderer' who has 'blood on his hands' during the tense start to the hearing on Middle East and Ukraine aid to the Senate Appropriations Committee.
His comments were cut off multiple times by members of the audience waving signs calling for an end to the 'siege' of Gaza.

A poignant light installation in Jerusalem is shining beams into the sky in solidarity for each of the hostages still being held by Hamas terrorists.
The Lights of Hope installation is on display at Pais Arena Square and features 224 light bulbs, one for each of the believed number of captives in the Gaza Strip, that periodically illuminate the sky in different colours for 224 seconds.
Next to each bulb in the approximately 1,000 square metre exhibit is a photograph and name of each hostage, Jewish News Syndicate reported.
