The public interest group Restoring Integrity and Trust in Elections declared it had secured a “massive win” for election integrity following a Friday Arizona court ruling in its favor.
In March, RITE sued Democratic Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes arguing his office’s Elections Procedures Manual violates the law regarding the mail-in ballot signature verification process. (snip) The court said that the “statute is clear and unambiguous” requiring “the recorder to review the voter’s registration card” and not other documents with the voter’s signature.
Napper further noted, “There is no ambiguity in the statute or process.”

One guess as to who was the then Sec of State that changed the signature process in clear violation o the law? Maybe they had a reason , like winning an election or something.

"Unlawful signature matching"....which is to not bother in the slightest to try to match them.
So, do we get a new election or does the old fraudulent one still stand?

What difference does it make unless they are forced to hold a new election. Watch they'll do the exact same thing next election.

Will they be required to remove all of the non-compliant signatures from the voter rolls prior to the next election?

CA refuses even to glance at my photo ID when I show it while checking in. I even asked nicely for them to humor me and pretend to look at it, so I could pretend to trust the election outcome. It's as if election officials here are pathologically intent on removing even the appearance of integrity from elections. My opinion of that is too filled of profanity that I need to self-censor it here.

Awe that's so cute. A judge ruled in the obvious.
But um whose gonna stop the cheaters from doing it again in real time come 2024?
Bc there IS NO process to stop election theft as it happens.

Great, now 3 years after every stolen election we can hear from a judge the election process was illegal and then crickets.

Good question, #2. To paraphrase an old law case where the innocent defendant was acquitted of a crime, "Where do we go to get our election back?"

all this stuff about wanting them to be forced to hold a new election - afaik the voters chance is when they elect the secretary of state.... it may be droolworthy to consider some outsider, i dunno, army, judges, coming and forcing the bad to be good, contrary to direction of elected officials, but what those outsiders can do for us today then can do against us tomorrow. Our system is you get what you vote for, and you may have to defend that system by volunteering. We have ruled out general on white horses because they can turn bad. usually do. read history. vote. volunteer.

As soon as enough people become convinced, rightly or wrongly, it makes no difference,
that elections are now crooked, useless, cannot be trusted, why bother, then the NEXT step
will happen - the ELIMINATION of elections, ALL elections ( if one election is faulty, ALL of
them are ! )
Rush used to mention this on occasion. He said on more that one occasion that the elimination
of elections was the Democrats 'long term' goal !!!
EVERY election in every state will be up for grabs by whomever has the most friends, influence,
money, whatever and the position will be essentially permanent, until the person steps
down or ,cough cough retires because of medical reasons or ................................................
