Efforts at indoctrination have landed the Medical Board of California with a lawsuit as one black doctor put her career on the line over a “racist” mandate. (snip) California law dictates that the required 50 hours of continuing eduction to maintain a medical license must now “include discussion of ‘implicit bias.'” With a career stretching back to 1973, Dr. Marilyn Singleton is now taking the board and its executives to court over alleged constitutional violations that impact her on two fronts.
“I don’t want to be taught this evil, nor do I want to teach it to others,” she wrote

Last year, activists in Mississippi began an effort to prevent the state’s Secretary of State from enforcing a provision in the state constitution that permanently prohibits people convicted of certain felonies from voting. Republican Attorney General Lynn Fitch rejected the request and the matter was sent to the courts. Yesterday, a three-judge panel from the Fith Circuit Court ruled in favor of the activists and ordered Fitch to stop enforcing the rule because they declared that it violates the cruel and unusual punishment clause in the federal Constitution.

A Florida State University professor has been fired for “faking data” to prove that the legacy of lynching “makes whites want longer sentences for blacks” as part of his long-running work on “systemic racism.” Six of the professor’s studies have since been retracted.
Florida State criminology professor Eric Stewart, who claimed that “systemic racism” infests America’s police and American society, is now out of a job after nearly 20 years of his data was called into question, according to a report by the New York Post.

On Friday morning, The Gateway Pundit published an explosive explosive video of Viktor Shokin, the Ukrainian prosecutor who was removed from office under pressure from then-U.S. Vice President Joe Biden. (snip) During our research on this video we found that the video was censored by YouTube. (snip) The Ukrainegate.info videos on YouTube were posted on January 28, 2021. This was a week after Joe Biden’s inauguration.
And the videos were already being censored. (snip) The videos are being censored by Google-YouTube. If you run a search on “Shokin video” on YouTube the video WILL NOT pop up. Google is HIDING THE VIDEO.

We all do it. Occasionally we say something monumentally stupid and look like an idiot. (snip) Rev. Al managed to put on display both his venality and his ignorance in one shining moment while commenting on Donald Trump’s 89th or so indictment this week. (snip) “We’re looking at American history”
“Can you imagine our reading that James Madison or Thomas Jefferson tried to overthrow the government so they could stay in power?” (snip) Now of course we all know that Rev. Al cares deeply about what our Founders thought about anything and everything,

A federal judge granted a preliminary injunction on Thursday night halting the enforcement of Illinois's new law targeting crisis pregnancy centers, sparking further tension in one of the few states in the Midwest where abortion faces few restrictions.
"This is a huge win for women and their families seeking assistance for an unplanned pregnancy, many of whom have nowhere else to go for help," said the plaintiff in the case, Thomas Glessner, president of the National Institute of Family Life Advocates. (snip) Johnston was appointed to the federal bench by then-President Donald Trump and was confirmed by the Senate in September 2020.

Former President Barack Obama once wrote that he fantasized about having sexual relations with other men, biographer David Garrow said in an interview published on Wednesday.
The former president expressed his fantasies in a letter to a girlfriend at the time, Garrow told Tablet magazine in the interview. That letter has been redacted and is currently in the possession of Emory University, according to Garrow. The ex-girlfriend provided a copy of the letter, but had redacted one paragraph, Garrow told Tablet, who said she revealed the paragraph was about “homosexuality.”

First son Hunter Biden’s former business partner Devon Archer told lawmakers this week that Ukrainian natural gas firm Burisma Holdings brought the political scion onto its board so that “people would be intimidated to mess with them … legally.”
Archer also revealed that then-Vice President Joe Biden met twice with his son’s shady post-Soviet business partners at DC’s Café Milano, not once as previously reported, according to the transcript of a four-hour deposition released Thursday by the House Oversight Committee. These and other revelations blow new holes in President Biden’s claim that he never discussed business with his now-53-year-old son — as House Republicans move closer to launching an impeachment inquiry.

Devon Archer, Hunter Biden’s best friend in business, partially corroborated prior IRS whistleblower testimony about the means by which Hunter Biden evaded paying taxes on money received from Burisma Holdings.
As Breitbart News reported, the IRS whistleblower alleged Hunter Biden received the money from Burisma through a Chinese firm run by the Biden family business. Instead of reporting the money as income and paying taxes, the Chinese firm, operated by the Biden family business, allegedly loaned the money to Hunter Biden.

Hunter Biden’s longtime business associate Devon Archer testified to the House Oversight Committee that Joe and Hunter Biden had dinner with a Burisma executive at a Washington, D.C. café.
Joe Biden attended a dinner with Burisma executive Vadim Pozharskyi at Cafe Milano in Washington D.C. around April 2015 to talk about the World Food Programme, Archer testified Monday. “[T]urn your attention now to spring of 2015, dinner at Cafe Milano, where I believe Vice President Biden attended as well. Can you tell us about that dinner? Who was there?” the committee asked Archer.
“Yes, Vice President Biden did attend,” Archer said.

Pope Francis began his four-day visit to Portugal for World Youth Day by blasting capitalism, populism, and insufficient attention to migrants and climate change.
“At a time when we are witnessing in many places a climate of protest and unrest, fertile terrain for populism and conspiracy theories, World Youth Day represents a chance to build together,” the pontiff told civil authorities and diplomats gathered in the Portuguese capital of Lisbon. (snip) “According to classical mythology, the ocean is a child of the sky (Uranus); its vastness leads mortals to look up and rise to infinity,” Francis said.

When a handful of Democrats introduced a bill to impose a progressive wealth tax on millionaires and billionaires, they didn’t just say that income inequality was bad. They called it a threat to democracy. (snip) Election laws designed to mitigate fraud are threats to democracy. “Misinformation” – defined as anything the left doesn’t like to hear – is a threat to democracy. Recent Supreme Court rulings are a threat to democracy. The prevalence of guns is a threat to democracy. Climate change is a threat to democracy. The “war on woke” is …. you guessed it … a threat to democracy.
