California residents are reacting with disbelief after Elon Musk's X has officially installed a massive, pulsating new sign on top of the company's headquarters in San Francisco.
It comes just days after the billionaire allegedly had the original blue bird sign removed from the building without notifying security.
One resident, a local journalist named Christopher Beale, posted video of the new sign with a realization of what this means for locals.

I think Musk figures that by now, in that area, the only people left in California are either people invested in Newsome's 'Woke', or vagrants sponging off one another. His big flashing 'X' is his way of canceling them.
Funny. These idiots are so deserving of the giant pulsing 'X'!!

This reminds me of that classic Seinfeld episode where "Kenny Rodgers Roasters" restaurant sign was blazing into Kramer's window keeping him awake at night. "It's the wood that makes it good".
Musk is a genius without a doubt but like the eccentric painter Van Gogh who famously cut off his ear... he's a bit insane.

Let me get this straight.... He lives in San Francisco and an X on a building is THE biggest problem in his life now? Leftists are so weak minded and easily triggered.

X means delete in my world. Never jumped on board with Twitter, figured it was another social media cesspool.

If you are still living in San Francisco, your life wasn't exactly a bowl of cherries before the "X" showed up. It beats being raped, robbed and murdered in the street by feral gangs and homeless drug addicts.

Why is it "X" and not something more interesting such as "X-site" or "Xcite"? To me X means to cross it out or drop it.

San Francisco? Oh, yeah, that scenic insane asylum whose residents and elected government smugly pass perverted judgement on the rest of unenlightened humanity? I really could give a damn.

#7, I refused to create a Twitter account until Elon took it over. There is some interesting topics and posters on there.

Some of the complaints are about the intensity of the lights and frequency of the pulses.
It's akin to a ghetto-blaster playing hip-hop directed at your window, obnoxious at the very least.
He ought to turn it down; leftist scum are people too.

Um, yeah, #2 -- a few of us actually have to live and work here. But if it improves your life to have somebody on whom to focus your anger, it might as well be me. Half the city hates us middle-aged white conservative christian capitalists, anyway -- what's one more?

There is meaning in replacing the blue bird with a big obnoxious pulsating X. Not sure the meaning but if it irrites hard core leftists, it has to be a good thing. Just watching the video was tough to watch. May God use this to his glory.

#10, some of the longer names may have already been trademarked. I think Musk did well with the SpaceX logo, making the x resemble a flight path after a launch. And the Tesla logo, which represents a cross-section of an electric motor.

I have never been on Twitter and never wanted to go on Twitter. Frankly the giant X is sort of stupid and very unappealing. I am not in advertisement and have no suggestions on what they could have changed the logo to but the X is quite blah and dull. As for the CA apartment dweller I suggest black out curtains.

Yeah.......I would be hacked off too if that went up across the street from my apartment. And it really is obnoxious. Perhaps thats the point.
I expect that Elon will have the sign "toned" down, because he doesn't strike me as a complete sphincter.

Here’s another possibility - Musk has a son named "X Æ A-12" and they just call him “X”. Extremely weird but then, so is Elon.

So sad! /s
Now install a couple of wind generators to flash their red lights into his windows while dead birds are slamming against them. That may take the edge off the misery.
