In an unprecedented move, the Department of Justice (DOJ) has issued a letter to a federal judge in the Southern District of New York, suggesting that Devon Archer, a business associate of Hunter Biden, be ordered to surrender and begin his term of imprisonment.
This development comes amidst Archer’s ongoing appeal and just before his scheduled testimony about the criminal activities involving the Biden crime family.
The letter requests that the court set a date and time for Archer to report to a facility chosen by the Bureau of Prisons.

This is why they got the moron out of town. I had a feeling something was going to go down with Archer and posted yesterday. This should remove any doubt about Joe’s innocence or guilt. Lunchbucket is incapable of addressing this intelligently, and this is why he has been so smug. Merrick Garland should be impeached. I detest the little weasel.

I'd go somewhere they can't get to me, and make everything I know about the Bidens and every other corrupt politician, very loudly, public. I'd do remote interviews with every podcaster, pundit, or reporter that would have me. I'd post videos to Youtube, Rumble, Bitchute and Tic-tok,
Heck, I'd even join Twitter and Facebook for the first time in my life and post there... and as soon as they took the posts down and banned me, I'd change IP addresses and register with a new name and do it again.
I'd make it my life's mission to bring these corrupt politicians and bureaucrats down.

Ok. Something else is at play here. The DOJ is just too brazen in its attempt to try to protect Hunter/Joe. No one wants Joe to stay on as President even without the scandals!
No….they are going to far …ruining the whole department as well as the entire FBI. Someone is feeling pressure, and Joe was just the shield. Useful idiot.

And they will put him in a prison in Outer Mongolia to keep him from testifying to Comer’s committee…that’s how far they’ll go to protect Biden and his Crime Family. Wouldn’t it be great if Merrick Garland was found to have been bought off as well? He’s a little sleaze...

These people don't even try to hide it anymore. Their corruption is in our faces, proud to be in our faces, and next they want to give the population an mRNA shot of Biden corruption so everyone'll be infected and ready to die with joy in their hearts.

the Einsatzgruppen tries again
- this whole thing is much, much bigger than just joebiden
- the plan is more insidious and murderous than anyone with a civil conscience could ever imagine and is meant to protect someone at a much higher level than this dupe @ 1600 Pennsylvania

Letter to the Court was sent before the testimony but it supposedly says, “In light of the foregoing, the Government respectfully requests that the defendant be ordered to surrender, at a date and time determined by the Court, to a facility designated by the Bureau of Prisons to commence his term of imprisonment.” The Court, not the letter, will determine when Archer has to report. Headline may be intentionally ambiguous?

They're not even trying to make a pretense about being "neutral and objective." They don't care that we know how corrupt they are; in fact, they want us to know they are corrupt and capable of doing anything to keep and increase their hold on power. It's like the USSR under the Communists; it was part of their modus operandi to rub the noses of their opponents in their filth. They, and our current Department of (In)justice are like two peas in a pod in this regard. When I look at that slimy, smarmy, twisted pinched face of AG Garland, I see the bespectacled visage of Lavrenty Beria, smiling as he condemned millions of Soviet citizens to the gulag and worse for nothing more than disagreeing with the regime's activities. If I look closely enough, the faces of Himmler, Goebbels and Eichmann fade in and out of focus, depending on how hard I squint.

Didn't the same thing happen with Sam Bankman-Fried? The crypto guy? Was arrested the day before he was supposed to testify before congress.

I agree with #20's observation: "Letter to the Court was sent before the testimony but it supposedly says, 'In light of the foregoing, the Government respectfully requests that the defendant be ordered to surrender, at a date and time determined by the Court, to a facility designated by the Bureau of Prisons to commence his term of imprisonment.' The Court, not the letter, will determine when Archer has to report."
However, the fact that the letter was sent on a Saturday, two days prior to Archer's scheduled testimony, rather than waiting until, say, Tuesday or later to send the letter, is clearly an intimidation ploy, to let Archer know that they're watching him and plan to come down harder on him based upon his testimony. This is our Department of Obstruction of Justice. Merrick Garland either approves of these intimidation methods or is incompetent to put a stop to them. Either way, he deserves impeachment.
