Firearm Purchase Records

In an unprecedented move, twenty armed Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) agents carried out a raid on a gun store in Great Falls, Montana, seizing all Form 4473s – documents that record buyer’s information during firearms transactions. Tom Van Hoose, owner of Highwood Creek Outfitters, alleges that he has been under constant surveillance by state and federal agencies for over two years, KRTV reported. On Wednesday, the gun shop owner reported an unexpected visit from 20 heavily armed IRS agents at his store. The agents reportedly arrived at the shop early in the morning, as Van Hoose was opening for the day.

Mr. Van Hoose needs a legal defense fund because feds don’t conduct a gestapo like raid unless felony charges are predetermined. Al usual, local police provided assistance to federal agents. It was good to hear Congressman Rosendale say, “stormtrooper.”

What is most deeply disturbing about this communist death democrats agents raids on this gun shop is the "Security Assistance" provided by the local police who are supposed to be our protecting us and our freedoms and yet they assisted these jackboot KGB thugs in carrying out an illegal seizure of personal files. They should have ringed the shop with their whole force and prevented the IRS and ATF thugs from entering. By the way the arming of the IRS is a very deadly move by the communists. The local police unfortunately in many cities and towns are not our friends.

They "May" have had a reasonable probable cause, one source says it concerned gun sales to Mexico, BUT, there is no reason for 20 armed agents to swarm a small(ish) local business, who's main income stream is "Online". 20 armed agents from multiple federal agencies is "Take down a crowded Hells Angles/Banditos Clubhouse" use of force. Were the agents of the various three letter groups from Local offices? Or were they all flown in special for this? As they were for the Trump raids, raids on Lawyers, reporters, pro life Pastors? They haven't tasked this many agents to the BLM $100Million dollar fraud investigations, certainly not to the more violent and outloud "Anti Govt" aspects of BLM riots all across the country.

Or, the Biden/Harris “weapons of war” but the war is against the American people. Thomas Massie @RepThomasMassie · Follow Your body guards, and dozens of “civil” agencies like the USDA, the US Dept. of Ed., and the EPA possess the firearms you are calling weapons of war. The reality is you want every citizen disarmed and every government agency armed with these guns. Kamala Harris @KamalaHarris Weapons of war have no place on the streets of a civil society. This certainly looks like it was done in this manner for the optics of it, in order to cause the very concerns expressed here. Especially considering past intimidating publicity about arming the IRS, & the recent unprecedented raid by the federal government on a former POTUS at his home. If the gun shop owner has been under surveillance for two years, & has done something unlawful, it obviously seems to many that there could be less sensational ways to have handled it. As to blaming Republicans, they are elected representatives of the people. To whom should these types of concerns about government actions be expressed? If it’s only a matter of a lack of understanding among WTP, by whom they are elected,, then perhaps they need a better method of communication to assure accountability to the people.

I have been saying since this began that levying a personal property tax on all firearms will require that gun owners file an annual inventory of their armNo Second Amendment protection from taxes. s. Those who do not file or provide suspected incomplete lists will be raided. That is where this is leading. All it will take is a Democrat majority in each house and a Democrat president.

BUT we can judge the government’s demeanor by reflecting on the indictment of president Trump which appears to be purely political. That Americans do not generally protest Trump’s indictment or this apparent abuse of the Bill of Rights would suggest that Americans today take their freedoms for granted and no longer remember how many Americans sacrificed their lives so that Americans COULD protest apparent Bill of Rights violations. Remember when the “Chinese spy balloon” crossed the US? Rumors swirled around that, not only was it not Chinese, but that it was ours and that one of its purposes was to spy on Americans, specifically “radical, right-wing, anti-government, militia groups” in Montana. Additionally, there were many reports of a loud explosion over Montana at that time, with some claiming that the spy balloon had been shot down. I find it coincidental that this IRS raid is happening there.

IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley said the leadership of the DOJ’s criminal investigation of Hunter Biden for alleged tax and gun violations prevented subordinates from investigating “the big guy.” Speaking with Bret Baier on Fox News Channel’s “Special Report,” Shapley said one of the biggest challenges of investigating Hunter Biden was the inability to ask about the “big guy,” an alias that whistleblower Tony Bobulinski originally revealed as Joe Biden from his dealings between the Bidens and a Chinese entity. “The crux of one of the issues here is that we weren’t allowed to ask questions about to add. The FBI first learned of Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop, full of incriminating data, in October 2019, an IRS memo shows. The memo, written by senior IRS Criminal Investigation official Gary Shapley in 2020, reveals how senior law enforcement officers sat on the treasure trove of evidence from the First Son’s computer and waited months before handing over mere excerpts to investigators working the case. It also directly contradicts an open letter from 51 top former intelligence officials published weeks ahead of the 2020 presidential election which dismissed the laptop as having ‘all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation’.

In 2017, the New York Times acknowledged that “Mr. Trump has the power to declassify or disclose anything he wants.” The Times quoted Steven Afterfood, a government secrecy specialist, who said that “the classification system is not based on a law” and that “it is an expression of presidential authority, and that means that the president and his designees decide what is classified, and they have the essentially unlimited authority to declassify at will.”

The Supreme Court has ruled that it is unlawful for colleges and universities to use race as a factor in admissions, overturning rulings from as far back as 1978 that claimed institutions of higher education had a valid interest in promoting racial diversity on campus and could thus give favorable consideration to black and Latino applicants in their admissions process. Two separate decisions were reached in which the nation’s highest court ruled that Harvard University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill engaged in unlawful discriminatory practices based on race that violated the Constitution.

The Chinese spy balloon that was shot down over the Atlantic Ocean in early February was built -- at least partly -- using American off-the-shelf parts, a U.S. official has confirmed to ABC News. A second U.S. official was also able to confirm that the balloon did not appear to have transmitted any of the data it collected on its journey above North America, as was initially reported by the Wall Street Journal. The first official could not say whether any of the American gear was sold illicitly to China but said determining whether any of it came from illegal trade was a topic of serious concern

Presidential candidate Mike Pence made a pilgrimage to Ukraine to meet with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and affirm Pence’s position that the unilateral power of the Ukraine government needs to be supported. Mike Pence then presents himself as the arbiter of what it means to be a republican with a Twitter message saying, “I know the difference between a genius and a war criminal, and I know who needs to win this war in Ukraine, and it’s the people fighting for their freedom and fighting to restore their national sovereignty. There is no room in our party for apologists for Putin. There is only room for champions of freedom.”

Hollywood elitists are advocating for the Democratic Party's agenda of mutilating and indoctrinating children, calling for censorship of those who oppose the Left's progressive LGBTQ push. The Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) addressed big tech companies in a letter signed by over 250 brainwashed celebrities urging them to censor those who oppose and spread "hate" toward alphabet people. The letter claims that gender transition surgery is "medically necessary" for children and accused "online extremists" of actively promoting hate and violence against LGBTQ people.

Months after that humiliating 37-point loss of her Wyoming congressional seat in to attorney Harriet Hageman, Liz Cheney apparently is still stewing. According to The Hill: Former Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.) suggested Monday that the problem with American politics is that “we’re electing idiots.” “Look, I think that the country right now faces hugely challenging and fundamentally important issues,” Cheney said at an event with the cultural and community center, 92nd Street Y, New York. “What we’ve done in our politics is create a situation where we’re electing idiots.” Cheney, who is a staunch opponent of former President Trump

President Joe Biden slammed the U.S. Supreme Court for its decision striking down racial preferences in college admissions on Thursday, declaring in the White House: “This is not a normal court.” Biden scheduled a press event to react to the decision in Students for Fair Admissions v. President and Fellows of Harvard College, in which a group representing Asian-American students sued Harvard and the University of North Carolina over their affirmative action programs. The court struck down racial preferences in college admissions that could not meet the “strict scrutiny” standards of the Constitution’s Fourteenth Amendment.

In a historic ruling, The Supreme Court on Thursday ruled that the Harvard and UNC race-based affirmative action programs are unconstitutional. Schools nationwide will no longer be able to discriminate against students on the basis of race. How outlandish were Harvard’s affirmative action policies? An African American student placed within the 40th percentile of their academic index is more likely to gain admission than an Asian student who ranks in the topmost, 100th percentile.

Chief Justice John Roberts delivered a scathing response to the liberal justices in Thursday’s Affirmative Action decision, accusing them of burying a power grab in the dissents penned by Justices Sonia Sotomayor and Ketanji Brown Jackson, with Justice Elena Kagan concurring. Roberts addressed the dissent on page 46 of his opinion, saying that the Justices had divorced the case from the context in a concerted effort to make the Court the arbiter of which race[s] were entitled to preferential treatment.

The famed National Geographic magazine has become the latest victim of those painful Disney cuts: several writers of the already picked-over publication were laid off Wednesday. Roughly 19 editorial staffers were notified in April that the job cuts were coming, reported The Washington Post. The newspaper went on to report that freelancers will end up picking up the slack at the magazine, which is still the most read periodical in America. This is the fourth round of layoffs since ownership of the title changed in 2015. Disney took over in 2019 after the Fox deal; the National Geographic Society remains a minority partner.

Many people are familiar with the account in the biblical Book of Genesis about the two sin-filled cities of Sodom and Gomorrah and their cataclysmic destruction.Yet many in this modern, scientific age struggle — or outright refuse — to accept that the cities ever really existed, much less that God wiped them out with fire from heaven. After all, to believe Genesis would be to accept that God is real, the Bible is true, and that God really does bring judgment against individuals, cities, and even whole nations if they stubbornly reject God and flagrantly disobey His commands.
