Unfollow the Science: 300 COVID Articles

More than 300 COVID-19-related articles have been retracted — long after they’d done their damage — due to a lack of scientific truthfulness and ethical guidelines, according to Retraction Watch, a website that monitors retractions of science-related articles. According to Gunnveig Grødeland, a senior researcher at the Institute of Immunology at the University of Oslo, many researchers took ethical shortcuts when writing their essays. (Snip) The lion’s share of these articles was released in smaller publications, but the prestigious Lancet got nailed a few times as well. FACT-O-RAMA! The Lancet used fraudulent research when stating that hydroxychloroquine caused an increased risk of heart arrhythmia and even death in patients with COVID-19.

So what? Not a single thing will be done to the people and organizations that pulled this scam. No, it'll be just Business As Usual. Here's the big sentence FTA: ''The next question is, who profited from all the COVID era lies?''

Just like the so-called 51 Intelligence Experts that verified that Hunter's laptop was a Russian disinformation exercise, we now have 300+ scientist experts writing Shite about Covid in order to get $$$ grants and covet praise from the CDC, Fauci, etc. We can't trust the FBI because they are also corrupt. Forget about the CIA and NSA, they too have been corrupted. America is totally fubared. The only individuals you can rely upon are yourselves. Covid was a supersized bat flu more than likely engineered by a US funded lab somewhere in Wuhan. Covid lies were required to control the American public. The scientists provided those lies. Who are those scientists? Name them. They deserve public scorn and should be shamed the old fashioned way.

I think all the commentors have this backwards. Any attempts to put out papers with scientific facts, which show that these mRNA shots were deadly and ineffective are being suppressed, by being called "unethical".

An Obama-appointed federal judge in Massachusetts ruled Friday that a public school was likely within its rights when it sent a seventh-grade student home for wearing a T-shirt with the message “There Are Only Two Genders,” according to court documents reviewed by the Daily Caller News Foundation. The district court judge, Indira Talwani, suggested that the phrase “would intrude on the rights of others” and the shirt worn by Middleborough Public Schools middle schooler Liam Morrison could be disallowed by the dress code of the school, denying his request for a preliminary injunction, according to court documents.

Smoke from forest fires arriving from Canada this summer is choking residents of the United States and millions more Canadians in the prairie and eastern provinces. Thick, roiling smoke may pose health hazards to the aged and infirm in both countries. The origin of the fires traces back to late winter and spring. An abnormally dry winter left Canada’s boreal forests in conditions ripe for fire outbreaks from various causes, including ignition from lightning strikes in tinder-dry material. Forested portions of Alberta and British Columbia have been the sites of pine bark beetle infestations that have left millions of acres of dead trees and combustible residue on the ground.

First, happy birthday to the 47th, er, 45th president. (Snip) Scott Paul is president of the Alliance for American Manufacturing. He said, “PNTR is a U.S. legal designation given to some foreign trading partners, and was granted to China as part of the negotiations heading into its ascension into the World Trade Organization more than twenty years ago. This normalcy locked in tariffs for Chinese exports to the United States at a low baseline, removed those tariff rates from an annual congressional review, and created the environment in which Chinese imports saturated the American market. Resultingly, 3.7 million American jobs were lost to the yawning trade deficit with China between

We have been swimming upstream for years here at American Thinker, arguing that conversion of the automobile fleet to electric vehicles is a mistake, harming the environment more than helping it, and utterly impractical for a variety of reasons, including charging time and an entirely inadequate electrical grid, already at the breaking point. Yet the green image (and the subsidies) continue, impervious to the reality. (Snip) However, there are signs that the gravity of the practical problems with E.V. conversion are sinking in. Rowan Atkinson, who has become a global icon portraying "Mr. Bean," a character Atkinson describes as "a child in a man's body," is publicly raising these questions.

Are you ready for the government to take away your car? New proposed regulations on automobile emissions from the Environmental Protection Agency would require 60% of new car sales to be electric vehicles by 2030 and 67% by 2032, compared to the fewer than 6% that were on the road in 2022—for no environmental benefit. (Snip) The EPA is also planning new rules for power plants, driving up the costs of the electricity needed to charge these vehicles. These rules plus the EV sales mandate would raise driving costs for Americans and strengthen China’s economy, because China makes 80% of the world’s electric batteries.

A remarkable study highlights a barely known exception to the generally accepted truism that black Americans’ poverty and unemployment rates are considerably higher than those of whites. (Snip) The black experience in Idaho clearly differs from the national narrative. Compare the astounding 30% earnings differential for blacks compared with elsewhere in the United States, where blacks overall earn only three-quarters of whites’ income. Long-term trends, their study says, include “fewer barriers to land ownership, smaller populations, well-knit communities, men’s involvement in the family, and a relatively less hostile [social and regulatory] environment than prevailed in other states.”

Monday, the nineteenth of June, is our newest federal holiday (just 2 years old), Juneteenth, and federal workers get yet another day’s pay without having to work for it. Since the federal workforce is heavily overrepresented with black workers (18.2% of the federal workforce versus 12.6% of the population), the words “disparate impact” come to mind, benefitting African Americans with a paid holiday that not too many other employees get, judging by the fact that I was able to book two appointments with service providers tomorrow before I even realized Monday was holiday.

The transgender issue makes everyone crazy. That’s the only explanation I can give for the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) berating the state of Florida for executing Duane Owen, who was convicted of raping and murdering a 14-year-old babysitter and a 38-year-old mother of two. Indeed, the ACLU is strongly opposed to capital punishment. But the organization only made passing reference to their opposition to the death penalty. Instead, they were livid with Florida for executing Duane Owen because the state refused to allow Owen to “transition” to female. (Snip) “No one should be killed by the state. Asked about Scott’s messaging, Obama said there was sometimes a tendency among Republican candidates to gloss over the effects of racism, arguing that candidates need to address racial disparities to be taken seriously on the subject of American unity.

He peddles Deep State lies to ordinary Americans as truth. He wears a bad toupee, eats his feelings, and is more believable as Chris Farley's "man in a van down by the river" than House speaker McCarthy's former landlord.
