Below is my column in The Hill on the hearing today in Arkansas involving Hunter Biden and his daughter Navy Joan.(snip)This week, Hunter Biden’s defense team traveled to Delaware seeking an update on the federal criminal investigation (snip) The reason seems clear: Time is running out on Hunter and the Biden family.
After years of delaying disclosures and admissions, Hunter could now be pushing to cap off the criminal side of the scandal before more information is released in Arkansas and Washington. For the White House, even a criminal plea is preferred if they can avoid one particular claim — and they may be succeeding.

Around 15 years ago CTH outlined the inclusive goal of the progressive movement, modern Democrats as they were evolving, was to deconstruct the U.S. economic system so that Americans would be forced to live in government-controlled poverty. Essentially reduced to circling a campfire, eating sustainable algae cakes and picking parasites off our family members.
Most people understandably scoffed and said we were being hyperbolic. (snip)Fast forward a decade+ later, and there is Joe Biden’s Secretary of the Interior, Deb Haaland, explaining why it is better for the health of the planet if Americans lose their jobs, lose their economic sustainability, starve in feudal poverty,

President Biden and his deputy chief of staff held a meeting with three of Hunter Biden’s business associates, at least one of whom was a foreign national, at the White House in the summer of 2011 when he was vice president, according to emails and White House visitor logs reviewed by Fox News Digital.

In June 2011, Hunter Biden and his business partner, Rosemont Seneca Partners (RSP) co-founder Devon Archer, were in talks with Sean Conlon, )sniip) founder of Conlon & Co., about a potentially lucrative business opportunity if Hunter would be able to secure a meeting between his father and two of Conlon's associates, Andre Lasserre and "Wang,"

The topline story from the announcement by JPMorgan Chase [SEE HERE] there are no banking rules/laws in the Biden Fed/Treasury system.
The Dodd-Frank laws are still on the books, but the FDIC decision to insure all deposits, regardless of size, now means those laws, rules and regulations are not required to be followed. Additionally, as a result of JPMorgan gaining another $100+/- billion in deposit assets, the law(s) surrounding the 10% U.S. deposit maximum, within too big to fail banks, no longer exists. Noted in the announcement, “JPMorgan Chase is assuming all deposits – insured and uninsured.”
JPMorgan is also assuming assets consisting of $173 billion in loans and approximately

Following revelations that he allegedly lied under oath to Congress, Secretary of State Antony Blinken is facing calls from Senate Republicans to turn over communication records related to Hunter Biden and his shady business engagements.
On Monday, Republican Sens. Ron Johnson of Wisconsin and Chuck Grassley of Iowa sent a letter to Blinken demanding that he turn over any and all records “referring or relating to Hunter Biden, his business dealings, or his family’s business dealings” by May 15. The request comes as part of Senate Republicans’ investigation into the Biden family’s foreign business ventures.

This is a repost of an earlier outline from last week, you’ll soon see why refamiliarizing yourself with the details is important.
Office of Inspector General Michael Horowitz testified April 27, 2023, that more than 3.4 million search queries into the NSA database took place between Dec. 1st, 2020 and Nov. 30th, 2021, by government officials and/or contractors working on behalf of the federal government. These search queries were based on authorizations related to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA).

During an interview on Sunday conducted by Maria Bartiromo with Senator Ron Johnson, ranking member of the Senate Homeland Security Committee, Senator Johnson revealed that Republicans on his own committee refused to investigate the issues that surfaced from the Hunter Biden laptop, because they were worried about the appearance of politics during a 2020 election year. Note, that’s an outcome of a Mitch McConnell decision.
Additionally, following revelations from the laptop of Hunter Biden, Senator Johnson outlines that current Secretary of State Anthony Blinken lied to congress when he said he never had any email contact with Hunter Biden. Emails from Secretary Blinken are on the Biden laptop. WATCH:

Four years ago, Jill Biden was hesitant about her husband making a White House run, fearing the toll it could take on him and the family.
In the months before Joe Biden formally announced he’d make a reelection bid, she had no such reservations.
Privately, the first lady encouraged her husband to run again while giving him the space he needed to process the decision in the way he traditionally does: with extensive deliberations, consideration of the burden it would place on his family, and a bit of classic Biden hemming and hawing. She was involved in all the high-level discussions around the decision, giving counsel when she felt it was necessary.

When Sandra “Sandy” Hazelip turned to Eleanor “Ellie” Hamby in advance of their 80th birthdays and suggested traveling around the world in 80 days, her best friend was instantly all in.

(Woodstock, ME) Just hours after he was fired by Fox News, conservative firebrand Tucker Carlson's phone lit up with well-wishes from locals in the quaint Maine town where he spends most of his summers.
The 53-year-old has stirred up vitriol as one of the most polarizing political commentators in the country, but in the small rural town of Woodstock, residents never felt that antagonism in person from the man they describe as a good neighbor.
'More time for fishing?' his carpenter Patrick Fenney said in a text message to Carlson at lunchtime Monday, shortly after the news broke.

Victor Davis Hanson often has a unique big picture perspective on current events, linking and contrasting the disconnected high-brow outlook to the pragmatic perspectives of the modern populist movement.
Hanson takes an academic approach to the reality of current social constructs, yet in his own unique way he can describe the current status in a thoughtful and practical way. In this analysis VDH contrasts the goals of the ideological media, specifically the goals of those in the Republican wing of the media control apparatus, to the reality they have created by removing the voice of Tucker Carlson. Russian oil is still powering Europe — just with the help of India.
Back in December, the European Union barred almost any seaborne crude oil imports from Russia. It extended the prohibition to refined fuels two months later.
However, the rules didn’t prevent countries like India from snapping up cheap Russian crude, turning it into fuels like diesel, and shipping it back to Europe at a markup.
The Asian country is on track to become Europe’s largest supplier of refined fuels this month while simultaneously buying record amounts of Russian crude, according to data compiled by Bloomberg from analytics firm Kpler.
