Freed Without Bail Go On to Commit More Crimes

Felony suspects released without bail thanks to New York’s bail reform law are more likely to be rearrested for more felonies, including violent crimes, than suspects who were given bail before the law went into effect. A study by researchers at John Jay College of Criminal Justice reviewed cases prior to the New York law taking effect and cases after the law was implemented where most suspects arrested for crimes are not required to pay any bail to be released from jail.

Wow better than they expected. High crime rates drive out conservative law-abiding citizens and leave the elections open to all who remain which are Democrats.

"Well DUH!!!!!" That was a direct quote from anyone with more than 6 working brain cells when they read this totally expected result from all of these "reforms". Of course, anyone who supports these idiotic and evil reforms can't possibly have more than 2 or 3 working brain cells and be totally incapable of applying logic, reason, or facts to any decision that they make.

This reminds me how Dems complained that too many people were in jail as the crime rate plummeted under Rudy. They are too dumb to connect criminals being locked up equals less crime.

On Friday, a new viral video shows Trump on the golf course laughing and joking with a group of people who came over to say hi to him. The Air Force is allowing recruits to have a higher percentage of body fat to 'broaden the pool' of Americans they can call to service as it struggles to find new members. Male recruits are now permitted to have up to 26 percent body fat up from 20 percent while females can have 36 percent up from 28 percent. According to medical experts, however, a high percentage of body fat can increase the risk of diabetes, cardiovascular disease and other health conditions with the proposed percentage points reaching 'dangerously high' levels.

Water levels fell so low in key reservoirs during the depth of California's drought that boat docks sat on dry, cracked land and cars drove into the center of what should have been Folsom Lake. But those scenes are no more after a series of powerful storms dumped record amounts of rain and snow across California, replenishing reservoirs and bringing an end — mostly — to the state's three-year drought. Now, 12 of California's 17 major reservoirs are filled above their historical averages for the start of spring.

It is too easy to get caught up in the political moment and conclude that the glass is half-empty. Coming months and years will undoubtedly be chaotic, but eventually and inexorably, America will emerge far stronger. There are many silver linings in the gathering stormclouds. In 2016, two outsiders engineered hostile takeover attempts of the two establishment parties chosen as their vessels: Sanders and Trump. However, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg has criticized the move by Republicans as an attempt to undermine an active investigation and an ongoing New York criminal case.
