Former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo appeared on Breitbart News Saturday and blasted both former United Nations Ambassador Nikki Haley, who allegedly attempted to oust former Vice President Mike Pence and take his role during the Trump administration, and former Senior National Security Advisor John Bolton for releasing sensitive policy details, in his tell-all book after leaving the administration.
In his book, Never Give an Inch: Fighting for the America I Love, Pompeo wrote that he learned from then-White House chief of staff Gen. John Kelly that Haley had attempted to angle her way into the vice presidency, which

I think Nick’s uselessness has been well established by our fellow LDotters.
(And I think Pompeo is on my short list of trustworthies.)

Nikki Haley and John Bolton are proven RINOs. Know, therefore, upon this truth hangeth all the law and the prophets...if I may paraphrase scripture. Or as Marcus Aurelius might say, 'the rest is commentary.'

As CIA director and Secretary of State, Pompeo just sat on his butt, and did nothing to transform those departments and rid them of their deep state rot. And he doesn’t want to talk about the stolen 2020 election. He wasn’t as bad as some of Trumps appointments, but he’s too much of a Bush type interventionalist for my taste.

Good going Pompeo, now look in a mirror and blast yourself for being a lack luster RINO type.

Mike. You had plenty of time to have done something about this years ago. Yet you shamefully said nothing at the time. You're a day late and way more than a dollar short.

Both Nikki and John were members of the DC Den of Snakes during 45's Presidency - no surprise there. Both Nikki and John are still members of the DC Den of Snakes - another no surprise there. Both Nikki and John have zero chance of surviving the 2024 Presidential campaign - again not a surprise. This time 45 when he becomes 47 knows who are members of the DC Den of Snakes. Neither Nikki nor John will become part of 47's administration - not a surprise.

I have always liked Mike Pompeo but #4, makes some excellent points. Apparently no Republican has the stomach to examine his own agency for bad guys and get rid of them. Democrats come in are ready to purge from day one. I do believe Mike P. Is a patriotic America. However, if he couldn’t bring the State Department to heel, what makes me believe he could run the entire government? He had an excellent opportunity to prove himself and did not in that aspect of his job, but now he wants us to trust him? I don’t think so. You have to really perform and in that respect President Trump is going to be a hard guy to beat. His success speaks for itself. Do we go with a proven winner or go with the unknown? A real test will be if Pompeo fails in his quest to be top dog, will he then be able to be a big supporter or will he become a backstabber? Character matters and it will tell.

“...Haley had attempted to angle her way into the vice presidency, which would have pushed former Vice President Mike Pence aside and made her second-in-line to the Oval Office.”
Why does such inexact rhetoric keep getting repeated in the media? Like Kamala Harris, the Vice President is first in line to succeed the President.

Mike Pompeo gave a speech at our state Republican dinner last year. It was a terrible speech. Sometimes it sounded like it had been written by someone who had learned speechwriting in a community college class, with lame jokes and too many irrelevant comments about himself. So what if he lost a lot of weight? Just tell us once. It had very little policy content, or even interesting anecdotes. I concluded that if he could be influenced by a speechwriter or a consultant, and if he didn't have the judgment to know how to talk to activist Republicans, he would not make a good president.

Trump really needs to chose more carefully who his VP will be this time.
He needs a VP that a deep state assassin would hate as much as him.
Maybe he should go with Kari Lake.

The RINOs are perhaps the worst threat to American democracy, even worse than democrats (who routinely flout the US Constitution), because they pretend to hold conservative views, then vote as democrats.

The rinorats are worse than the democrats in back stabbing President Trump...here's a word of caution for them...the only way you can win is with the MAGA people in the voting booths...so think carefully before you shred our President Trump...WE will not desert him...nor throw him under the bus...so get on the Trump train arriving 2025 in Washington...

I don't trust Mike Pompeo ever since he refused TWICE to go on Tucker Carlson's program and answer questions about the CIA's involvement with JFK's assassination. Pompeo served under President Donald Trump as director of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) from 2017 to 2018 and as the 70th United States Secretary of State from 2018 to 2021. He is the first person to have held both of those positions.
Anyone who works for the CIA has a lot of dirty laundry/secrets. The CIA has brought down foreign governments, murdered foreign threats, and even tried to destroy friendly Countries along with Obama's State Dept.'s help, i.e. Israel, Brazil. Pompeo didn't change the CIA or the State Dept. for the good. Pompeo appears to be a decent person, but Pompeo is a fraud! All CIA operatives are.

Haley does not have any beliefs, not beyond advancing Nikki Haley. Bolton is an obnoxious fool, wrong about everything, with zero people that would vote for him, not even his mother.
