Distrust in the justice system over its refusal to stop voter disenfranchisement is spiraling after Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson dismissedKari Lake’s lawsuit challenging the results of Arizona’s botched midterm election, where Democrat Katie Hobbs was declared the winner. Hobbs was losing in almost every MSM poll and didn’t bother to debate Lake, prompting one of the most prominent progressive journalists in the state to denounce her hiding in her basement as “political malpractice.” Hobbs was such an unremarkable candidate that she has only 177k Twitter followers to Lake’s 834k followers, over 400% fewer.
The Republican Party has a 4% voter registration over Democrats in both Maricopa County and statewide.
He should be removed from the bench.

Wonder if he got paid with “infrastructure “ money. Sure as heck isn’t being used for roads and bridges

Since we are now releasing tax returns, maybe this judge needs a serious exam of all his returns and his bank accounts. To ignore this much evidence tells me he got bought off.

The judge is owned and controlled by the left. He sold out because he was promised big things he wants. No matter what evidence there is or was he was going to throw out the case. I knew it before it got to court. The judicial branch in the country is rigged and as corrupt as the election system and everyone knows it. Nothing can be done about it because the level of fixing and corruption is deep and worldwide.

Perhaps the Republicans would have more success challenging losses if they focused more on fraudulent ballots rather than technicalities.

I lived in Arizona when the unfortunately elected, Governor Evan "Ev" Meacham was Impeached and Removed from Office in April1988.
Arizona, you've done it before, now, do it again!

If is was New Joisey, I'd say 'da fix is in', but since it's Arizona, I'll say, 'da fix is in'....

What I don't understand is why Kari Lake hasn't appealed the judge's dismissal of her lawsuit. Is there something going on here that everyone understands but me?

If I lived in Maricopa County and was denied the right to vote because of fraud/incompetence, I would be mad as h3ll. I would want a redo. This judge was wrong. People were denied the right to vote pure and simple. Election officers need to spend some serious time in jail.

This could be a case of "follow the money". But on the other hand, I didn't think Lake built the right charges into her case. Also, I believe Judge Thompson is of the Mormon faith and a Brigham Young graduate, so doubting he is a corrupt judicial activist.

After reading this article and seeing what's going on in AZ, Georgia and PA, and our Courts not stopping the corruption, I would say the Judicial Branch of our Government is hanging by a thread. The Executive Branch is gone, the Legislative Branch is almost gone, (we will see with the House's 122 Republicans) and now the last 3rd Branch, the Judicial Branch. The question is: Is there a courageous or righteous judge out there that will rule against election corruption? We will see. If not, our nation will plunge into a darkness that will take generations to restore...

Some passages in the Declaration of Independence come to mind. We no longer have a government FOR the people! We've lost most of the ways we can peacefully redress our grievances and I don't see us getting them back peacefully.
