Kari Lake's election case will be going to trial, after attempts to throw it out by Governor elect Katie Hobbs were squashed on Monday.  Lake was the Republican nominee for governor in Arizona and has launched legal action to have her defeat overturned or have the election rerun because of problems at polling stations. The two phases that will be moving forward to trial are her chain of custody challenges and intentional malice regarding widespread printer breakdowns - leading to her loss to Democrat Katie Hobbs. She tweeted this evening: 'Our Election Case is going to trial. Katie Hobbs attempt to have our case thrown out FAILED.

Excellent. Good luck Kari Lake. It’s going to be a heavy lift since the Biden DOJ has abandoned the rule of law and any semblance of equal justice under the law, but there is hope that the truth will be revealed. All it is going to take is one case that will blow this whole election fraud wide open. Polls have stated that a majority of Americans believe that 2020 was stolen. The obstacle is getting the proof of voter fraud before a fair and honest judge. Democrats know how perilous it would be to have the evidence laid out and they will use any dirty trick in the book to keep that from happening. If Kari is successful the country will owe her a massive debt of gratitude. Pray justice will prevail.

On Monday evening, Judge Thompson heard Lake's lawsuit for the first time, dismissing eight out of 10 claims in the 70-page filing. She's gotten further than anyone did after 2020 but the defense now needs to refute only 2 claims - and a team of government lawyers with an unlimited budget is already working on it. Godspeed, Governor Lake.

Kari Lake can put best evidence in court, it will not make any difference. Fraud has been baked into the election and the judge will rule against her. This is because a win...overturning the election...would justify the suspicion of millions that the 2020 election of Biden was based on criminal activity. The Democrat party cannot allow that to happen. I hope my prediction is wrong.

Unlikely she will win. It will all come down to her proving exactly how many votes she lost by dims breaking the law. The fact that they broke the law does not matter, Lake will be told she has to prove they cheated to such a degree that she lost the election because of the cheating. Lake is operating on the voting side, Hobbs is operating on the counting side. We all know the counters always win.

Kari is one of us for now. People get in office and they can change. I think it's the paid advisors and consultants. Keep your toughest and most honest loved ones around you. Those who have your best interests at heart and an equal love for the country. When you deal with evil, dirty, greedy, swampy political creatures and the whole craven system, it can't help but have some impact on you. She's a fighter, and I hope that she never changes. But, most do, unfortunately. I can't help but also wonder how long before we discover we've been played again; it happens so often. We should keep her in our prayers. Pray and watch; believe what you see even if it is disappointing.

#1...yes I believe it will only take one small case where someone's ballot was stolen and was used, with a forged signature. Who did it? Who gave the order? Then follow the chain all the way up. If someone is going to go to jail, they should start squealing....

FTA - "Late on Monday evening, Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson ordered a two-day trial on two of the challenges brought by Lake about chain of custody issues and printer breakdowns." I don't think these two challenges, even if the court rules in Lake's favor, will obligate the jury and judge to order a do-over of the vote for Governor. Sorry for being the wet blanket. The only thing that could force a do-over is if the two-day hearing uncovers clear evidence of election fraud in Maricopa County that we suspected all along. Nevertheless, good luck, Kari. I hope you win. We all do.

Kari has to prove intent. It is not enough that 70% of the vote machines weren't operational at majority Republican polling places. The Judge ruled she has to prove that the 'Republican' election officials intended to disenfranchise Republican voters.

The Democrats have really messed up the way elections are conducted in this country. If elections were a trial, many of the things allowed would fail chain-of-evidence. Drop boxes do not have a provable link that the ballot was filled out by the person whose name is on the ballot envelope. The same is true of mail-in ballots. Absentee ballots, tho, have pretty good safeguards. Ballot harvesting is wide open for abuse. The harvester can "help" many voters to vote for the "right" candidate. With same day register, one person can register and vote in several counties. Combine this with early voting, and the amount of fraudulent votes can be multiplied. Not requiring a valid ID to vote is an open invitation to fraudulent voting. All of these were pushed by Democrats.

Lawmakers in Spain and Scotland have passed bills that allow residents over a certain age to change their registered gender to match their gender identity without any medical supervision. In Spain, the lower house of Parliament passed a law on Thursday that allows citizens over 16 years old to change their legally registered gender. Under the new law, minors 12 and 13 years old will need a judge to authorize this kind of change. Teenagers who are 14 to 16 years old will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian, according to ABC News.

The script is sickeningly familiar by now, isn’t it? Establishment Republicans -- led throughout the ’22 elections and in their aftermath by the notorious Kentucky senator-for-life Mitch McConnell -- betrayed their party’s base, which is staunchly conservative, increasingly in an America First sorta way.  Yes, lest one is confused because of all the serial betrayals, we’re referring to the gross obscenity called the “$1.7 trillion omnibus spending bill.” For true-blue conservatives, the brazen middle-finger thrust rudely into their faces by McConnell and seventeen other Senate go-alongs should be an act of war. Donald Trump's tax returns will be made public at midday after a nearly four-year-long fight that saw the former president fight tooth-and-nail to shield his financial statements from public view.  The Democrat-controlled House Ways and Means Committee voted last Tuesday evening to release the returns, in a debate that lasted more than three hours behind closed doors.  The final vote was 24 to 16. All Democrats voted in favor of the action while all Republicans on the panel voted against. Six years' worth of Trump's most recent tax returns will be covered, as well as documents from eight of his businesses. They will be partially-redacted.

The corporate media still pushes the narrative that global depopulation agenda is a “conspiracy theory.” If, by “conspiracy theory,” it’s meant that the global depopulation agenda is a theory describing a conspiracy of elites to depopulate the world, that’s a technically accurate label. But, if they mean by the term “conspiracy theory” that global depopulation is not true and anyone who subscribes to it is crazy (which is what they really mean), it’s just gaslighting.
