The city of Minneapolis has decided to buy the boarded-up Speedway gas station at the intersection where George Floyd was killed by police and turn it into a racial justice healing center and permanent memorial for the Black man. The City Council voted unanimously Thursday to purchase the gas station at the intersection now known as George Floyd Square. The area has become a protest site since Floyd was killed in May 2020, when white police officer Derek Chauvin used his knee to pin Floyd’s neck to the pavement for 9 1/2 minutes as the 46-year-old Floyd gasped that he

Comments:

A shrine for St George. The abandoned gas station site is now pretty much worthless for any business.

They should make it into a detox station with 24-7 paramedics to administer overdose meds to the druggies in the neighborhood.

If you are interested you can watch the Saint Floyd arrest tape on the Police Activity Channel on You Tube. Ole Georgie Boy wasn't no saint and he died of a drug overdose and those poor Policemen were railroaded especially the police officer who is now in prison. Complete disgusting travesty of Justice.

A shrine for a thug. Look at how many truly innocent people are murdered in that city every week and the best they can do is pay homage to a criminal. But then again look at the people who have taken over this city and it all comes into focus. Wake up.

Perfect spot for a lot of drive by shootings. Racial justice healing? Right. There will never be anything of the kind as long as blacks continue to buy into the whole victim agenda. Get off your butt. Get off of drugs. Learn to behave like a decent human being. Get an education. Get a job. Make something of yourself. It’s the only way.

Let's clear this up, it's not a 'murder site' it's a site where a strung-out junkie ODed after ingesting drugs. Chauvin didn't kill the stupid jerk, George Floyd killed himself. Put that stupid bronze of the Sainted Floyd there, the one of him sitting on a park bench. I'll bet whatever is done with the property another death will happen there, it's in this crowd's DNA.

Floyd died of a self-administered drug ovedose. Nothing at all that the police did had any effect on shortening his life. In fact, they called an ambulance and used the MEDICALLY DESIGNED AND APPROVED restraint position to prevent him from further injuring himself. He had already injured himself by smashing his face into the pavement. ALL the "conventional wisdom" of the media coverage and trial were manufactured lies, 100%.

Cambridge Dictionary changed the definition of the word “woman” and critics are not happy about it. Christopher Rufo, a fellow at the Manhattan Institute, shared the new definition on Twitter. Another reads, “Mary is a woman who was assigned male at birth.” (Tweet) Attorney Marina Medvin reacted, saying, “Imagine
