In Pennsylvania, the Department of State has allowed at least 249,000 unverified voters to receive mail-in ballots for the 2022 general election, owing to an odd process for verifying the identity of those requesting mail-in ballots, where people vote first and verify their identification later. The Department of State also recently changed directives for county election boards, creating procedural confusion and drawing fire from 15 Pennsylvania House members in the form of a letter (pdf) demanding that the department immediately correct its guidance and tell counties they may not count the ballots of unverified voters until proof of ID is received. The more complications built into the counting system, the more likelihood of fraudulent counting. So it looks like Pennsylvania is going to jimmy the works again.

Dr Oz should have the lawyers on retainer. These ballots had to have a number or something to identify them and they need to be taken out of circleation. This what you get PA when you elect a Governor like Wolf, he needs to be in jail.

The Pennsylvania Dept of State once again does what it wants to do, not what the State Legislature directs it to do by LAW. Now that the election is occurring and votes have been turned in, some Democrats and other liberal groups will surely fule law suits claiming voters are being deprived of their right to vote because of "a simple paperwork error". That simple paperwork error is the result of the Dept of State not doing their job, and ignoring a law that they do not like, again! If these votes are not verified, it will the the Dept of State's fault that legitimate voters are disenfranchised if their votes are not counted. THe lawsuits need to filed now, not after the election. Of course, some liberal judge will once again ignore the LAW and count the unverified votes. THis will disenfranchise all legitimate voters.

The U.S. Supreme Court on Nov. 1 blocked Congress from obtaining former President Donald Trump’s tax returns. Chief Justice John Roberts, a George W. Bush appointee, stayed an appeals court order that had ruled a congressional panel could gain access to the documents. Trump filed an emergency application on Monday to the Supreme Court, asking it to halt the order. Roberts’ stay is temporary, pending further developments in the case. Rep. Richard Neal (D-Mass.), chairman of the House Committee on Ways and Means, has for years been trying to obtain Trump’s returns, asserting that they are necessary as the panel considers possibly updating how audits of presidents are done.

A dozen years ago, Democrats faced a dilemma. A long-term care entitlement known as the CLASS Act that they added to what became Obamacare faced serious solvency concerns. But after Scott Brown, R-Mass., won a shock Senate victory for Republicans in a January 2010 special election, ending Democrats’ filibuster-proof majority, Democrats didn’t have the votes to alter the CLASS Act or remove it from Obamacare. What did Democrats do? The Obama administration suppressed the internal documents showing that the CLASS Act wouldn’t work. (I and Republican staff colleagues later obtained these documents, compiling them into a report.) Democrats also convinced many in the disability industry to support Obamacare,

At Georgia's final gubernatorial debate, election truther and conspiracy theorist Stacey Abrams -- who appears poised to lose to Gov. Brian Kemp again, based on polling -- took an ugly, parting shot at Georgia law enforcement. After the governor touted his endorsements from more than 100 sheriffs around the state, within the context of a discussion about crime, Abrams retorted that she lacked such support because those officers are motivated by racism. Notice, there is no effort to point to any individual (allegedly) racist sheriff in this answer. It's an appalling broad-brush smear of the entire group, baselessly imputing racist motives to their work.
