Chris Wallace left Fox News in a huff and signed a contract with CNN to be the point man on the cable network’s streaming service, CNN+. That venture lasted only days before the new owners pulled the plug, leaving the network stuck with finding some use for its expensive (“more than $6 million a year”) new employee. They came up with a Sunday evening interview program, titled Who’s Talking to Chris Wallace.”
As Radar Online reports, the results are dismal:
…stats revealed that his show has…driven down the time slot for CNN over 20 percent in comparison to how Sunday nights were ranking before his start.

I know! Let's team him up with Dan "Some Say" Rather. That will double the viewership to 20! (All studio hands)

The owners of these TV networks need a lesson on talent value. If they thought he was worth $6 million a year, let him prove it. Hire him for $500,000. and as viewership increases so would his salary. OTOH, if viewership drops….

CNN shows that no one is watching Chris. CNN $$$ down the drain. Will Wallace be shown the door along with Acosta?

Little Chrissie would be slinging hash in some dive if not for his rich biased network daddy.

Not long before Mike Wallace died, Chris interviewed him on Fox.
The interview was not done very well, and Chris was his usual snarky self.
I would have thought he could have done a much better job, interviewing Dad.

there are so many mouthpieces I'd like to see hit the street at CNN but certainly this broken mold, wallace, is among the top 5 - Bu Bye, Chris and no you can't come back to Fox

Chris Wallace was never as popular on Fox as he thought he was. He brought few viewers with him. Evidently the liberals don’t like him either.

What foolishness to name a show "Who's Talking to Chris Wallace" when the clear answer is nobody. Hat tip, poster #7. CNN should make Wallace pay them.

The new owner should look really hard at the money spent for this nowhere jerk. Chris Wallace is important only in Chris Wallace's head. CNN is the stupid one to pay 6M for this sideshow freak. FCW

What does a propagandist do when nobody wants to pay any attention to his propaganda?
Time for a retirement party or a different line of work.

To the far left that make up most of CNN's dwindling audience, Chris Wallace is forever tainted because he used to work at Fox News. Maybe he can get a job at a local cable access show.

He's a multi multi millionaire. Retire already. He reminds me of fauci and leaves my skin all itchy and in need of a shower whenever I hear his lying voice. Wasn't it obama who said "doesn't there come a time when you have made enough money". Of course that does not apply to him.

Getting the truth out of a democrat is like sitting in a dentist chair getting a root canal. Like the Smollett case, it will take a little time to get the truth out. figure about a year. There are security cameras, body cam footage and police statements that have yet to be released. Democrats are already looking like fools. So lets see how much deeper they will dig their hole...

Chris is a moron. Boo hoo, he didn't like Fox. So he runs to a collapsing network whose viewership was shrinking long before they were bought out and replaced Zucker.
Wallace has a net worth of $25 million. At 75, he could have retired or found highly focused work to do, like documentaries, and enjoyed life. Instead he proved, once again, that being a celebrity doesn't mean you are smart. In fact, they are commonly pretty dumb.

CNN needs to decide if it is cheaper to keep paying Chris for useless, unwatched content or cut their losses, toss him over the side and pay the contract termination costs.

75 years old and worth millions. Some egos cannot conceive of being out of the limelight . They need relevance plus Chris feels his important left wing views need to be pushed on the great unwashed for their own good. When I retired some 12 years ago it got under my skin that I no longer was a “player” in my small town business world. I got over it pretty quickly. My advice to Chris would be to give it up and live the rest of your life enjoying yourself. He may not have any other interests other than the insular world of being a news “celebrity” and can’t imagine his life without it. I don’t like the guy but his time is past and I actually feel a little sad for him.

Wallace stinks. I could never stand him. He got the job because of his old man, who also stank.
