How should a president respond to running a $1.4 trillion budget deficit — 40% higher than before the pandemic — and adding trillions more to 10-year deficits? If you are President Biden, you take a victory lap touting your “historic deficit reduction.” In a remarkable feat of gaslighting, the president held a press conference Friday bragging about directing the “largest one-year [deficit] drop in American history.” But Biden did nothing to reduce the deficit. In fact, his policies have added a deluge of red ink. Between 2017 and 2019, the budget deficit averaged $810 billion annually.

President Joe Biden celebrated the birthday of Vice President Kamala Harris on Monday, but mistakenly called her “the president” again.
“Happy birthday to a great president,” Biden said, referring to the vice president’s birthday on October 20th.
The president spoke about Harris during a White House reception for the Diwali holiday.
“I know well, celebrating Diwali about a few years, days ago, it was also Kamala’s birthday,” Biden said joking, “She turned 30.”
First Lady Jill Biden was also complimentary of the vice president as she introduced her.
“Your warmth, wisdom and strength are a beacon to us all,” she said to Harris.

Border crossers and illegal aliens arriving at the southern border will now be offered a free flu vaccine thanks to an initiative by President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
For the first time in American history, border crossers and illegal aliens will be offered free flu vaccines when they arrive at the United States-Mexico border.

The line of the night was when DeSantis zinged Charlie Crist who has been a politician in Florida for decades.
