There are scores of variables that can impact the outcome of an election, and some are more critical than others. Who has the greatest number of lawn signs in a community? Whose spouse is more likable? Is the candidate a military veteran? Where do the candidates stand on hot-button social issues? And depending on the voter, any of these issues can play a huge role in determining how one votes.
But there is one item that will trump all others when crunch time arrives, particularly when it comes to the coveted ‘independent voter.’ While huge swaths of the electorate will vote strictly

Dems will do to DeSantis what they are doing to Trump. Trump is the target. Soon it will be DeSantis and JUST LIKE THAT DeSantis will be guilty of all sorts of crimes per the dems.

It's not only the Democrats, it's the "Elite", Rino Republicans that will stab him in the back.

Biden vs DeSantis. Yep, gonna have to think really, really hard on that one. Complete and total failure vs complete and total success. Hmmm.

Pushing DeSantis too hard.

As much as I don’t want to say this, I think the RINOs are doing everything they can to attach DeSantis onto their bumper. I hope I’m wrong, but will continue to be wary.

Just today we were told DeSantis is a Chamber of Commerce sell-out. Then we read what a wonderful governor he has been. And here we learn the RINOs will stab DeSantis in the back. I wish "real conservative" folks could get these stories straight. Next, the Chinese will be pushing him...or the Russians...

The Mar-a-Lago raid has sealed the case. Trump will be the nominee. DeSantis should not fall on his sword in ‘24. There is plenty for him to do consolidating the gains after the Uniparty.is vanquished. That task belongs to PDT.

Of course the demonrats will try to give DeSantis the Trump treatment, but I have a feeling that the last 20 months have awakened a lot of voters to the pure evil that is the demonrat party.

At the moment, Bugs Bunny could beat Joe Biden. President Potato Head is too far gone to even take questions from the press, like, "What is your favorite flavor of ice cream" so they are keeping him in the basement and trying out new drugs on him, hoping for five minutes of coherence a day.

#8, I agree. I want to see President Trump taking the oath of office come January 2025. If anyone ever has a score to settle it is PDT and his supporters. I realize elections are not held for the purpose of personal revenge, but just this once I want to see President Trump triumphant in the face of the global communists and enablers in the Republican Party that have done their best to destroy him and this country. Plus, I just like a happy ending when the good guys win and everyone lives happily ever after.

But wait. Big Tech hasn't mobilized its army for the midterms yet to silence the DeSantis movement. It's censorship goons armed with new artificial intelligence algorithms will most certainly attempt 2020 repeats in 2022 and 2024. However, let's see what happens to Section 230 after the midterms. IMO, repealing/re-writing Section 230 to eliminate censorship and silencing is the prime directive. We can whine about pubbie lack of aggressiveness all we want, but folks should understand why achieving pubbie control of congress in the midterms of utmost importance.
Meanwhile, FTA - "And if Governor DeSantis does indeed find himself running for the highest office in the land, he will have something to hold up for all voters to consider that no Democrat will: exceptional economic results."
It's great that DeSantis is consolidating a strong base now but makes me nervous that he is thrusting himself out there this much this early regardless of President Trump's ambition for a second term. On the other hand, having two heavy weights like DeSantis and Trump collectively capturing headlines each and every day now gets many people to notice these guys and understand their drive to salvage the Republic and, at the same time, understand how unlawful, corrupt, and evil their opposition is.

DeSantis proves that there are more Trumps out there than WE know...he's a perfect example of MAGA out there in America than WE could have imagined...so let the democrats do their dirty work...WE will overcome all their angry rhetoric and their biased fake media claims...Washington is NOT America...they are a collection of elites who think they are in control....for now...let them think they are in charge...

Here is some insight on DeSantis. DeSantis is not as well-known as Trump on a national basis though very popular in Florida and in some headlines. Trump needs to run first. I have a friend who votes conservative but is not political savvy he doesn't even know who DeSantis is or even who Nancy Pelosi is and there are many more like him. You just don't know how many politically ignorant people are out there who vote with the direction of the wind at any given time.

The globalist corporations, Surveillance State, uber wealthy woke elite, MSM cabal, and the congress critters they bought and paid for, are terrified of a second Trump run with his list of accomplishments in only one term and all he knows about their corrupt anti-Americanism. It is a sign of just HOW terrified they are of Trump that they would bo purchase DeSantis as an alternative. Poor Ron. If he does become the R candidate for president he has no idea what is coming his way. They will destroy him. Poor guy.
Ah, but what if DeSantis is playing THEM? What if DeSantis already knows he will be Trump's running mate in a Trump/DiSantis ticket? Let THAT wake them up in the middle of the night.

Yea, we all know that DeSantis can’t govern as well as Trump (Cue needle scratch). Wait, what?! Are you all really this vacuous and senile? He stood for Florida 1000 times better than Trump did against the Covid Nazis and TRUMP MUST TAKE TOTAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR SHUTTING DOWN THE ECONOMY. He’s actually running a big state (the best state) while Trump let his son-in-law write policy. Talk about STUCK ON STUPID. But hey, at least Jared made Israel great again. Wink.

I live in Florida. I'm 81 and I think Ron DeSantis is the Best Governor in all my years of paying attention! That said, YES, you are now seeing his Ads on TV. That's because he's running for GOVERNOR again! He's running against the Biggest Snake in Florida, Charlie Crist. He WAS also my Governor years back and he stunk at it that then and he will take this State down in a Heartbeat if he isn't stopped. So, THAT is why Gov. DeSantis is out there Campaigning! We do NOT want Crist in charge in our State! If things happen that Trump has to Bow out (which I really doubt will happen), Gov. DeSantis will definitely run for President!

Personally I would prefer DeSantis as a candidate mainly based on Trump’s age. However, we cannot let a weaponized DOJ and a bunch of bug eyed nut cases in the media drive our candidate out. For that reason we need to stand up for Trump and elect him again.
