Why Overturning Roe May Help Republicans
A Lot More Than It Helps Democrats

Original Article

If the Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade, the conventional wisdom assumes that will help Democrats. The only question is how much. That assumption is based on years of polling, showing that a solid majority of voters oppose overturning that 1973 ruling. My own polling shows the same results. However, a deeper look at the data suggests that conventional wisdom may be wrong. Let’s begin with the reality that any poll asking whether voters want to overturn Roe is meaningless. Why? Because voters don’t know what overturning that decision would mean.

It means a lot less to people than the insufferable musings of writers and constant stream of articles being produced would lead us to believe. Women who want to kill their babies will simply have to travel a few more miles to have it done if they don't live in a true blue state. No muss, no fuss, no guilt as long as you continue to think of it as ending a problem instead of calling it what it is, murder.

I agree with the writer, except for one thing. The DEMOCRAT LEFT is not a progressive party. It is an evil party seeking to destroy this country. Stop talking about them like they are just an opposition party. They hate this country, it’s culture, it’s laws, and it’s people. They are lawless, evil people. Look at the brutal abortion legislation they seek. Look at our cities, look at our boarder, look at our economy, look at Afghanistan, look at their incompetence. That organization of haters must be crushed

This uncovers the classic problem with liberals, they always take things to the extreme. Chuckie Scummer's bill for abortions' ANYTIME was defeated. It also misses one of the POINTS of the pending SCOTUS decision. The federal government does NOT have the power to create such a law. Only about 17% of voters support such a position, most of such people are likely in population heavy liberal states like New York and California. The choice should go back to the individual states. They can tune the laws to meet the sensibilities of the people in the state. Inconvenienced liberals can move to a state that meets their tastes. An alternative would be to attempt to pass a Constitution amendment, that would have almost NO chance of passage by enough states and probably wouldn't even pass Congressional approval. The federal dems have never been able to pass this issue in legitimate ways. That's why they were delighted that the SCOTUS overstepped its bounds, an error about to be corrected. It also shows the critical importance of having Conservative judges on the court who know how to color within the legal lines. It has taken almost 50 years and millions of dead children to undo this horrific decision.

Abortion took a big turn around when the babies were killed after they were born and took their first breath...or as the doctor said...make them comfortable and let them die...the spare parts are needed for medical research...I had an "inconvenient" pregnancy...but...I knew it was MY obligation to follow through...and today she's my precious daughter...successful and herself a loving mother of two....

If you think quality of life is bad now you better strap yourself in. Not to mention the surge of new democrat voters will guarantee this nation becomes a one party banana republic.

The fact remains, that overturning Roe vs, Wade will make little difference to the availability of abortions. The matter will be returned to the states and the people where it should have been. The justification for Roe was based on alleged penumbras and emanations In the Constitution. There is real justification to believe that these penumbras and emanations were fabricated out of whole cloth -- usurping rights that belonged to the states and the people. Overturning Roe vs, Wade would only restore these rights.

Most people vaguely believe "women should have control of their bodies" and sound blanket pro-choice. Pressed on any details, though, you find that this isn't true. The general public again and again is found quite ignorant of what abortion is, how babies develop, what the laws are, etc. Steven Crowder just released a video of people adamantly pro-choice but who, with a little pressure, admit that it shouldn't be legal once there's a separate heartbeat (which isn't even after the first trimester!). Years ago, a reformed abortionist who carried out 40,000 abortions did some simple videos illustrating what happens in abortions. Simple drawings, no blood; when a leg is yanked off the baby, the cartoon leg simply moves to the right. And people claiming to be pro-choice are astounded and say they don't support that. The biggest advantage this year is the chance to educate people about abortion. Educate, as gently as possible. Polls say "pro-choice" but when you get into details, a massive majority is against anything but the earliest weeks of development being the time eligible for abortions.

A whistleblower from the Federal Bureau of Investigation told Project Veritas founder and President James O’Keefe in a recorded interview posted late Wednesday that the FBI’s “direction” in recent months “troubles a vast majority of the agents.” The source—a current FBI agent with counterintelligence, counterterrorism and criminal experience—came forward with new information about the FBI’s investigation into Project Veritas over Ashley Biden’s lost diary. Armed FBI agents raided and ransacked two Project Veritas journalists’ homes on November 4, on the orders of federal prosecutors from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, and raided O’Keefe’s apartment in Mamaroneck, N.Y., a couple of days later in connection with the

Alexander said the sex was consensual. The man is next in line to be the Democrats' next leader in the House. While it broke the story, Florida Politics asked others to go easy on Alexander. The inconvenient truth is that even at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, a very simple, inexpensive and effective treatment was available that could have saved the majority of lives lost (1-3). All that the WHO and public health bureaucracy had to do was to recommend and support people taking sufficient Vitamin D3. This failure to act traces back to the unscientific bias and pro-vaccine obsession of Dr. Anthony Fauci. And once again the legacy media, while being paid by the US government and the pharmaceutical industry to promote vaccination, acted by censoring, defaming and suppressing the ability of physicians to inform people of scientific truth.
