Alec Baldwin Makes Incredibly Bold Claim
After New Report on Fatal Shooting Drops

Original Article

Alec Baldwin is now claiming to be “exonerated” of any wrongdoing in his fatal shooting of a set member that occurred in late 2021. The D-list actor, a staunch anti-Trump figure liberal firebrand, has previously claimed he did not actually pull the trigger and that he holds no responsibility for the tragic incident. (related Alec Baldwin Makes Stunning Claim About Shooting on ‘Rust’ Movie Set) Now, a new report from the New Mexico Occupational Health and Safety Bureau has determined that gross negligence occurred on the set, fining the film company the maximum penalty of $136,793. Yet, Baldwin says the report exonerates him, relieving him of any liability for the shooting.

Comments:

Reality is, he's probably off the hook now. He's a leftist, New Mexico is a blue state, and he'll walk, no doubt.

Truth be told, everyone on the set was probably a flaming leftist and now there is one less. Shows you how evil they are too have no remorse for killing one of their own, but then again they don’t value any life as witnessed by their killing millions of unborn children.

I pointed out to you people that the actor (Baldwin) bore no legal responsibility for the death and injury, but that Baldwin, the producer, bore legal responsibility. (I was watching Gunsmoke episode last night, where a crooked gambler draws down on Matt Dillon, and Dillon shoots the gambler in the hand. Dillon's gun was pointed to the side of the gambler, and it was quite noticeable. In Baldwin's case, the camera person and assistant director told Baldwin to point the gun at the camera. Now go back and read the OSHA report.)

Accidents happen, even accidental shootings but the shooter that immediately starts pointing fingers is far from innocent. The fact that he pulled the trigger isn't in dispute and it was an accident but all of his gyrations and machinations remind me of a wife beater who blames his spouse for a pummeling. "Look what you made me do." Baldwin is guilty of depraved indifference.

The astonishing Democrat tone-deafness regarding items of actual interest to Americans, coupled with the party’s utter disregard for human life’s value, reached a new high, or low if you prefer, on Wednesday. This transpired when Rep. Katie Porter (D-CA), having freshly scolded her colleagues’ inability to recognize inflation’s devastating effect on their constituents, stated that inflation is abortion justification. Porter’s comment came during an MSNBC appearance. As previously reported by Jennifer Van Laar, Porter was on the receiving end of mockery from her fellow representatives after laying out for them, based on her first-hand experience, how much inflation is impacting the working families Democrats allegedly champion.

The House passed a bill for $40 billion in weapons and other aid to Ukraine and the war effort on Tuesday. That was $7 billion on top of what Joe Biden had asked for and on top of the $13.6 billion that was passed last month. Joe Biden said they needed more because they had already spent everything. While 57 Republicans voted against the new bill for $40 billion, most voted for it. It still has to go through the Senate. Congress had already passed a bill that gave Joe Biden the right to provide virtually anything out of our own stockpiles to Ukraine.

Crime is skyrocketing across the country, especially in cities and states run by Democrats, particularly violent crime. In Philadelphia, a dubious record was set last year with a total of 562 homicides and is on a similar pace this year (spoiler alert – if Philly is able to avoid exceeding last year’s mark and 2022 becomes only their second deadliest year ever, Democrats and their media will be trumpeting their wonderful results). Things have gotten so bad in San Francisco, the most leftwing city in the country, that leftist D.A. Big Tech suppression of right-wing content is obvious to anyone paying attention but is difficult to prove. We see the evidence on our Twitter and Facebook feeds, but the driving forces behind what pops up on our devices are the clandestine algorithms that are meticulously maintained and well-guarded by the information gatekeepers at these leftist companies. The results we see are hidden within the programming used to spit out what we consume on these sites. Censorship, however, is different from suppression, though equally problematic. And censorship is measurable. A terrific recent examination of this issue by The Media Research Center focused on the censorship of unfavorable content concerning President Joe Biden
