The Walt Disney Co.’s CEO Bob Chapek has taken a knee before his LGBTQ employees, issuing a humiliating apology after some of them mutinied over the company’s refusal to condemn Florida’s Parental Rights in Education bill, which would forbid the teaching of sexuality and transgender ideology to students in kindergarten through third grade.
In his groveling mea culpa, Chapek said he needed to be a “stronger ally” to the company’s gay and transgender employees. He also falsely referred to the legislation as the “Don’t Say Gay” bill — a smear created by Democrats and dutifully propagated by the news media — claiming it poses a “challenge to basic human rights.”

Kids 5 - 8 have no need of so called knowledge. How sick is the left that they put their indoctrination plans right out there and when you have an objection , you're vilified.

Too bad the Disney family turned over the entire operation to Hollywood types. Had they stayed engaged and been responsible, the operation would have been more old school, the way the founder intended. However, like most companies these days, the families sell the business to the highest bidder and walk away with the money. Same as Walmart and other companies are no longer run with founder's enthusiasm for their customer bases. Chapek may want the parks to go bye-bye anyway and take profits from the online steaming video business to fund the company. It's also unfortunate companies are catering to groups that make up less than 1% of their business - go woke go Broke!

Chapek: “I truly believe we are an infinitely better and stronger company because of our LGBTQ+ community."
Mathematically, there are only two potential readings of this statement:
Either Disney had zero value until it hired LGBTUVWXYZ employees (thus inferring any other employees are of no value), - OR -
The company is now of demonstrably infinite value.
Words mean things, Mr. Chopek. Tell us which is your intended interpretation.

Has Disney removed parental guide ratings from their films and shows? Do they still have parental controls on Disney+ streaming service? The CEO supports teaching 5 year olds about sexuality so I can't imagine he'd want dastardly parents to restrict what their own children see and learn.

Groveling always results in being kicked in the head. The temptation, and the will to power, are too great.

FTA:
Chapek’s inability to take a firm stance positively, negatively or neutrally on the matter until recently also dredged up concerns from Pixar employees who have accused Disney of preventing them from injecting their preferred content into their animated features.
“We at Pixar have personally witnessed beautiful stories, full of diverse characters, come back from Disney corporate reviews shaved down to crumbs of what they once were,” a letter from Pixar staff said before adding they “are being barred from creating” what they would consider “inspiring content.”
And what “inspiring content" has the Pixar staff been intent on injecting into their animated productions? Let me guess...

Disney is Hollywood, they are tied at the hip and always will be. When Walt owned it, Hollywood wasn't woke. In the 50s-60s there was republicans and conservatives in Hollywood. Not anymore, they are all a bunch of insane leftists that want to manipulate children's minds to sick and perverted sexual morays.

# 1 -- I'll take it even further. I believe that kids being had and raised by gay couples is outright child abuse! Young children don't need to know about or exposed to that lifestyle until their brains are developed enough to wrap their heads around it. And that happens at about 27 years of age when the brain should be fully developed.

What does fitting within a LGBTQ social category have to do with those people being Disney employees? Does Disney expect them to practice their LGBTQ proclivities when they are on duty as Disney employees?

Disney has been in the toilet for decades. My family began our boycott when Disney produced the anti-white, politically correct cartoon, Pocahontas back in 1995. The theme song was “Colors of the Wind” and it had a lovely melody, but the words were PC poison.

Disney panders to the LGBTQRSTUVWXYZ mob, a tiny yet loud and obnoxious percentage of our population.
I'll be continuing my years-long boycott of anything Disney. I have no time for politcal correctness or virtue signaling, or pandering to insignificant minorities.

People have stopped going to movies due to Hollywood's constant lecturing about how rotten our country is. These same people should stop going to Disney.
