A New Hampshire student-athlete is suing his school district after he was suspended from a football game for allegedly expressing his view that there are “only two genders." The lawsuit, filed on Nov. 4, said that the suspension in September was in violation of the student’s constitutional right to free speech and the New Hampshire Bill of Rights because he expressed his religious beliefs (Snip) According to the lawsuit, the suspended student had been involved in conversations surrounding Spanish language pronouns on the bus. A female student who overheard the conversation said there were more than two genders, to which the suspended student argued that there was not.

Scientific truth is now criminalized.
The people in this school need to be fired for this political insanity.

The kid was having a private conversation which the complainer overheard and then joined in. The kid disagreed re genders. A private conversation when Karen, and brownshirt in training, showed up.

Religious beliefs? He also stated an accurate view of reality which is obvious to any sane human.
And why would an insane human's opinion carry any weight at all? And they shouldn't be employed in school systems either.

I need to (re)educated here - does the Spanish language have more than two pronouns? Seriously, isn't it masculine, feminine, neutral (I didn't think I should count neutral - maybe I should)?? This was a conversation about Spanish pronouns - WT Fudge, Over.

He should sue the school and use his school's Biology text book as Exhibit A in his defense. The school policy may say there are more than two sexes, but their textbook will still almost certainly say otherwise.

He should ask the school board why, if there are more than two genders (sexes), are there only two options when “transitioning”.

There are a lot of nice pronouns in the posts that Lucianne posters post. What a shameful thing if something happened to the pronouns that the Lucianne posters post.

When enough Americans exercise their guarantee of FREE SPEECH, the THOUGHT POLICE will be "run out of town." Those who continue to disagree with that are invited to move to CUBA, and need to refrain from telling anyone HERE what to do and what to think. That goes for Captain Demento as well.
Let's Go Brandon.

Should be interesting to see the school try to present scientific evidence of additional genders in court. Lol...such clowns.

A person is genetically either XX or XY. Any other opinions about gender are nothing but unscientific balderdash.

Well, the kid is right. In the romance languages the nouns have gender designations such as gato, a male cat. the male cat is el gato. , would be el gato. The female cat is la gata. French, Portuguese and German all have the same rules. Now, all these counties whose languages are this way, have to change their rules for a minority of mentally disturbed people. This is insane.

Even if there were a hundred, he still has a right to say what he said just as much as someone has a right to say there's a hundred.

Let's keep it simple for the liberals. If you look between your legs and there's something there, you're a boy. If you look between you legs and there's nothing there, you're a girl. End of debate.
