President Biden is now two-for-two in making awful selections for his Cabinet. The first was naming entirely unqualified far-left activist Neera Tanden to be director of the Office of Management and Budget. The second is his selection of appeals court judge Merrick Garland to be attorney general.
For those who don’t recall, Garland was nominated in March 2016 for a seat on the Supreme Court. The Obama administration sold him through the mainstream media as a potential court “moderate,” the best the Republicans could hope for.
Despite nonstop media pressure, Senate Republicans held fast, dragging their feet on confirmation hearings

Garland stuttered and shifted around trying to not answering questions. I am so unimpressed with him. So glad he did not make it to the Supreme Court and hope he does not become AG. He's not smart enough; he's just a Democrat/Socialist!

The list is much longer than just two for two. I haven't seen anyone appointed yet who I would let walk my dog.

The sooner we acknowledge that Biden isn’t calling the shots here, the sooner everything is made clear. OBama and his fellow traveling China and Che luvin cryptokleptopinkos are calling the shots. They hate the people who didn’t vote for them and the leaders that give voice to the opposition.

Sure - - Garland is there to get revenge against his tormentors - - but - -
- - but why isn't Kavanaugh doing the same thing? Kavanaugh is the Patty Hearst of the bench - - licking the hands of those who brutalized him.

Much like every other "Biden decision", selecting Merrick Garland to be Attorney general is designed to destroy America and turn it into a socialist/communist failed state as quickly as possible.
All one has to do to understand what Garland is about is to listen to his answers to the questions at yesterday's hearing. He is as far from what the vast majority of Americans believe as can be. His answers (and non-answers) were an insult to what we believe as Americans.
Biden is insulting us all by putting this anti-American up to be Attorney General. THIS is what Biden and Democrats call unity.
Wonder how many RINO unity votes he will get? My guess is enough to allow him to do his evil work against America.

I don't know how you blame Garland on Biden. Biden doesn't even know where he is. When they swear Garland in as AG, someone will have to introduce Biden to Garland so, for a minute, he will know who he is talking to.

At least he's honest, unlike all other Democrat nominees. He makes it clear that he has no regard for the law or the Constitution, and that his whacked-out personal feelings will control his decisions.

Wow, this going after President Trump is unreal. Of course that's why this little Nazi was picked. Just stop, you're embarrassing us with your Gr. 2 mentality. You're following Nancy P. - she is just so full of hate for President Trump that she can't help herself at her age. To the dems and Republicans - start to put your country first, do the work you were elected to do. Don't spend another 4 yrs of doing nothing but go after one man.

In the words of Nancy Reagan: "Just say no!" Screw bi-partisanship. The Democrats have shown that they have no intention of giving an inch on anything. If the roles were reversed, the Democrats would be rejecting every cabinet nominee with no regret. Grow a spine Republicans and ask tough questions about the nominees (Garland and everyone else) past statements and radical policies. If you think a nominee is bad for the country, vote no. You may lose, but at least you tried! Stop being spineless jellyfish afraid to take action.

If the headline is correct and has anything to do with screwing Trump, you will know for sure when all the RINOs vote to confirm Judge Garland. The reason that Garland was shaky when giving his answers is that he knew that he had to be sure to follow the Obama-Biden-Harris political agenda with all of his answers.
Remember when Garland said something like he did not consider that an alien crossing the borderline anyplace along the border to enter the USA other then through an official US Port of Entry to be a crime. That should be a big red flag to the wimpy Republicans, as it has always been a cornerstone of US immigration law enforcement along the borderline that aliens can only enter the USA lawfully through official US Ports of Entry after they have been inspected and admitted to the USA by an immigration officer. Aliens who enter the USA without being inspected and admitted by an immigration officer are in violation of Title 8, US Code, Section 1325. Such an entry by an alien without inspection is either a federal misdemeanor or felony depending upon the alien’s past history of being deported or other violations of the immigration laws. misdemeanors and felonies are crimes. Any Attorney General nominee who does not know those basic facts is certainly not qualified to be the Attorney General. So the wimpy Republicans should take note.
