Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai, MIT PhD., scored a major victory in his lawsuit claiming that his campaign for Senator in Massachusetts was fraudulently stolen thanks to Dominion Voting Systems machines used to tabulate and calculate the vote. Dr. Ayyadurai is well known to TGP readers. Here are two pieces resulting from Dr. Ayyadurai’s research–Dr. Shiva Presents Arizona Data and Election Fraud with Dr. Shiva, Jim Hoft and Joe Hoft. Dr. Ayyadurai is David fighting Goliath. He could not find a lawyer to take his case so he was left to fight alone. He filed Pro Se, i.e. For one’s own behalf; Corrections*

This election fraud is all over the place. One cannot imagine how many Democrat victories are fraudulent, year after year. It’s time for voter ID, no ifs ands or buts.

Bravo on getting to provide evidence in this Fraud.
Side Note: V. A. Shiva Ayyadurai is an Indian-American scientist, engineer, politician, entrepreneur, and promoter of conspiracy theories and unfounded medical claims. He is notable for his widely disputed claim to be the "inventor of email", based on the electronic mail software called "EMAIL" he wrote as a New Jersey high school student in the late 1970s. Initial reports that repeated Ayyadurai's assertion—from organizations such as The Washington Post and the Smithsonian Institution—were followed by public retractions. These corrections were triggered by objections from historians and ARPANET pioneers who pointed out that email was already actively used in the early 1970s.
He DID NOT invent Email, it was in use for several years prior to his 'software' called 'email'.

Was the "key victory" a finding by the court that fraud exists? Or was it just more legal paper pushing?

It used to be a by-word: "Someone who represents themselves, represents a fool."
Can't say that, anymore.
When you look at the makeup of the Bar Association, and the percentage of Lawyers who are active Democrat Activists - when you see how much their oath to represent their client holds, when they simply find it convenient to drop someone they want to lose...
"Someone who asks a Lawyer to represent them, will have a Fool for a client with an assassin at his shoulder."
Apparently, whatever else Dr. Ayyadurai qualifications, or lack thereof, he gets it.

Dr. (Is that a legitimate use of an academic title by a politician?) Ayyadurai does not allege that fake ballots were stuffed in the box, but that the Dominion machines did not count the votes correctly, apparently proportioning them out according to an algorithm. Algorithms aren't stopped by Voter ID. The issue is cheating machines, like those casino slots programmed to take five cents from every dollar cycled through, so the players get 95 percent back as jackpots. Five percentage points shaved from one and given the other is hardly detectable in most elections. That's 50 votes switched per 1000...more than enough in most elections.

This might be the most hopeful thing I've read in weeks. He is going to get to present evidence, in a court of law, before a real judge. Wow -- what a concept.

Fascinating that this guy can get a hearing (without the use of lawyers no less!) in Massachusetts while Team Trump could not get a hearing in front of the Supreme Court. There could be implications here...
- The fix is in against Trump? At the Supreme Court, and in certain states?
- Trump's lawyers are stringing him along?
Both are believable. Maybe Trump should represent himself.
it will be interesting to see if Dr. Ayyadurai's case goes anywhere. Not holding my breath.

I would like to see some of Trumps lawyers join with this.
It would stand to reason that if this man finds the machines cheated him it would also prove they cheated Trump.
I assume this trial if there is one will only come after Jan. 20th.
If I were this man I would be careful. Others have died at the hands of democrats for less.

This is a very smart guy. I voted for him. Wished he'd win, but maybe he will get a bigger job in Washington because he is nobody's fool.

Is it just possible that there is one or two honest judges in this country? Dare we hope?

In the words of Howie Carr, Boston Journalist and talk show host, "In the the Massachusetts Halls of Justice, the only justice is in the halls. This guy will either be shut out, or bought off. It is the Way.

To answer your question,#12, yes, there are probably many Honest Judges left in this country. The problem, as I see it, is most of them ,who were on notice that a Case was headed their way, were probably visited by a couple of men who made sure they understood what would happen to them, their Family and their dog and Cat, if they even agreed to hear that case! Some of the luckier Judges most likely agreed to take a deal they couldn't refuse. Maybe they could then buy a new car or house or go to Bali! Who knows. It just isn't possible that ALL the Judges have turned down Republican Lawyers because they didn't believe they had a case. Not possible!

If you have a Republican Senator write and call asking them to object. If you have a Republican representative write and ask them to do all they can to stop this massive fraud.
