Before the U.S. Air Force bombed the B1 bridge in Karaj and the Israeli Air Force bombed Iranian railways, U.S. and foreign politicians and media harshly criticized President Trump for destroying “civilian targets” in Iran, even accusing him of “war crimes.” The president met with much stronger condemnation from a range of people, including Pope Leo XIV, George Clooney, U.N. Secretary General António Guterres, and AOC, after issuing the ultimatum that unless Iran opens the Strait of Hormuz and agrees to a ceasefire, “A whole civilization will die tonight, never to be brought back again.”

Well, that does it. George Clooney doesn't want us to open the Straits of Hormuz so we need to do just that. Clooney is so well known as a military and tactical genius, in the movies he might have played in, so therefore President trump needs to heed his advice...Yeah right.

Years after a 2019 impeachment furor aimed at President Donald Trump, new facts have slowly emerged about the alleged whistleblower whose complaint sparked the Democrat-led effort, including through emails, testimony, and newly-declassified memos which shine a light on the true origins of the saga. Memos declassified by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard at the request of Just the News investigators for the intelligence community inspector general who first handled the CIA analyst's complaint flagged him for having a "potential for bias," elicited an apology from him for misleading the probe about his prior contact with staffers on the Democrat-led House Intelligence Committee,

The U.S. intelligence watchdog developed derogatory evidence about the CIA analyst who prompted the 2019 Ukraine-focused impeachment against Donald Trump, including that he submitted false information in his whistleblower complaint, offered hearsay to support his allegations and had the "potential for bias," according to newly declassified memos that were kept from Americans during the failed bid by Democrats to remove the president from office six years ago. The documents declassified by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard at the request of Just the News provide a starkly different portrait of the alleged whistleblower whose name and face were never shown to the public —

While Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.) is under siege over a number of disturbing sexual abuse allegations as he struggles to keep his campaign for California governor alive, another rising Democratic star from Maryland is facing some headwinds of his own. Maryland Gov. Wes Moore (D), whose handlers like to portray him as the next Barack Obama, is said to be a contender for the Democrat presidential nomination in 2028. Except Moore has a problem – his past seems to be already catching up with him. For a Democrat, that in itself is really a non-issue. If the party doesn’t want your past to catch up with you, it won’t.

With the breakdown in peace negotiations between the US and Iran, President Donald J. Trump has determined that the US Navy will implement a naval blockade of the Strait of Hormuz. And, to no one’s surprise, this announcement was followed by a reaction from failing British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, who refused to join the blockade. Apart from being another instance in which the Labour party leader fails to live up to his duty to his main ally, the US, it is also a black eye on the British Royal Navy and its much-degraded capabilities.

And I don't mean hysterically funny, though Joseph Gerth's column in the Louisville Courier Journal will probably give Second Amendment advocates a chuckle or two. No, Gerth's take on a bill that would give adults between the ages of 18 and 20 the ability to lawfully carry a concealed firearm is hysterical in the sense that he is in the grip of hysteria; so consumed by fear and anger that he's not thinking rationally. The bill in question sets up a provisional concealed carry license for young adults,

As the administration's trap is closing on the Iranian government (at least the fourth level of it, which is all that has not been eliminated by the IAF and U.S. forces) Irishmen are blockading major roads and streets in Ireland. Only the Guinness tankers are being let through. Ostensibly, the dispute is over the rising cost of fuel, which will bankrupt farmers and truckers. However, if you’ve been paying attention, the rebellion goes deeper, to the high taxes, third-world immigration, and the highhandedness of the government.

Vice President JD Vance said the US and Iran failed to strike a peace deal to end the six-week war rocking the Middle East, blaming Tehran’s refusal to give up its nuclear ambitions — leaving uncertainty over whether fighting will resume. Vance delivered the quick-hit update after 21 hours of grueling negotiations in Pakistan, noting meaningful discussions were held with Iran but none that brokered a deal on terms laid out by the US. “The bad news is that we have not reached an agreement,” Vance told reporters in Islamabad. “And I think that’s bad news for Iran much more than it’s bad news for the United States of America.

We were promised an absolute bloodbath. During the 2023 election in Argentina, politicians, academics, journalists, and commentators lined up to denounce populist candidate Javier Milei and his plans for “shock therapy,” symbolized by the chainsaw he had taken to brandishing ominously on the campaign trail while shouting, “¡Viva la libertad, carajo!” (“Long live liberty, damn it!”) Just days before Argentina went to the polls, more than a hundred economists, including superstar Thomas Piketty, published an open letter. They said a win for Milei would “inflict further devastation and social chaos” on a country that was already devastated and in chaos.

Things move fast in wartime, and the geopolitical situation in the Middle East might very well have shifted by the time this piece publishes. Nonetheless, Tuesday night’s ceasefire agreement between Iran and the United States is a wonderful step in the right direction. It should be praised. Peace is a good thing. I have long maintained that war in the Middle East is not in America’s interest and that war with Iran would be unproductive and should be avoided. I want Donald Trump’s domestic agenda of strong immigration enforcement, law and order, and economic growth to succeed. War abroad detracts from those core issues.

just discovered a breathtaking example of leftist bias on Google. I usually consult Thesaurus in Google if I want alternative words. If I look up a phrase I’m writing, let’s say “breathtaking corruption,” I just Google it to find a better way of expressing a phrase. Under those circumstances, you’d expect several examples of something comparable to “incredible corruption.” But would you expect nine paragraphs about a political figure? Bear with me. I am rereading the book, The Rise of Theodore Roosevelt (1979) by Edmund Morris. I’m halfway through the 800 page, Pulitzer Awarded masterpiece of writing.

In reports picked up by left-leaning outlets such as the Daily Beast and New Republic, Vatican-oriented freelance journalist Christopher Hale has tweeted that President Obama's chief strategist, David Axelrod, has met in a private audience with Pope Leo XIV. Axelrod, really? What kind of message does that send? The pope has declined an offer to visit the U.S. for its 250th anniversary in favor of a trip to visit the illegal migrants on Lampedusa (which might bring him an unexpected round of protests from angry locals sick of being robbed and raped by them) on the grounds that he doesn't want any trip to be political.

I don’t want a Pope who thinks it’s terrible that America attacked Venezuela, a Country that was sending massive amounts of Drugs into the United States and, even worse, emptying their prisons, including murderers, drug dealers, and killers, into our Country,” he continued.
