Ready for another exciting episode of "Rampant Welfare Fraud Costs the Taxpayers Billions?" Well, here we are; this time it's Colorado, and the fraud has to do with housing assistance from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Investigators have uncovered 221 people receiving federal housing assistance who have no business receiving it, unless one can consider a coffin or an urn "housing." That's right. 221 dead people, out of almost 3,000 people in Colorado who were improperly receiving benefits from HUD. Here's the question: Were these just mistakes, the results of bad record-keeping, or deliberate fraud? Not that either is exactly a comfortable finding; when the answer

United States Attorney Leah Foley of the District of Massachusetts announced Wednesday that two Haitian immigrants to the United States were facing food stamp fraud charges.
Antonio Bonheur, 74, of Mattapan, and Saul Alisme, 21, of Hyde Park, were each indicted on a single count of food stamp fraud over a scheme that bilked over $7 million in benefits from two bodegas in the Boston area, according to a Department of Justice (DOJ) release. Foley described how the bodega owners ripped off taxpayers during a press conference. "These defendants exchanged SNAP benefits for cash, which they pocketed. White males who have faced discrimination should file a federal complaint, the head of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission says.
In a video posted on social media Thursday, EEOC Acting Chairwoman Andrea Lucas advised potential victims of discrimination to file complaints in a timely manner.
“Are you a white male who has experienced discrimination at work based on your race or sex?” Lucas said. “You may have a claim to recover money under federal civil rights laws.” The Trump administration has opposed diversity, equity, and inclusion policies in the government, and terminated DEI federal grants.

A pair of conservative lawmakers is launching a new group in the House of Representatives to "protect Western civilization in the United States," according to one of its founders. Reps. Keith Self, R-Texas, and Chip Roy, R-Texas, are starting the "Sharia Free America Caucus," Fox News Digital learned first.
"Anytime you go to a fight, you bring as many friends with you as you can. I'm a military guy," Self told Fox News Digital. "So what we need to do is build this caucus now so that we can start educating the American people to the dangers of Sharia in the United States." Self said it was "fundamentally incompatible

Washington Republicans have introduced new legislation that would add a slate of Christian and Jewish holy days to the state’s list of “legislatively recognized” observances, months after Washington enacted a law recognizing the Muslim holidays Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha on the eve of Passover and Easter, without recognizing those holidays. On April 9, 2025, Gov. Bob Ferguson signed Senate Bill 5106, which added Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha to Washington’s list of state-recognized observances, on the event of Passover and Easter, without recognizing the Jewish and Christian holidays. The governor’s office described the move as making Washington the first state to officially recognize the two Eid holidays, while emphasizing

WASHINGTON — FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino is expected to leave his position in the coming weeks — after reportedly packing up his belongings and bidding adieu to his team.
Four sources told The Post that Bongino’s departure is expected soon, with two specifying that they have heard he is likely to depart in January. President Trump confirmed on Wednesday Bongino is heading for the exits. “Dan did a great job. I think he wants to go back to his show,” Trump said of the former TV host. One of The Post’s sources said they believe that reports on Bongino, 51, already packing up his office may be

California Gov. Gavin Newsom, Sens. Alex Padilla and Adam Schiff, Los Angeles mayor Karen Bass, and more than a dozen House Democrats who represent parts of Los Angeles have remained silent on the coordinated bomb plot a radical anti-Israel group was planning before it was foiled by the federal government.
Attorney General Pam Bondi announced Monday the Justice Department arrested four members of Turtle Island Liberation Front (TILF), an "anti-government, anti-capitalist" group that promotes anti-Israel ideologies. The group planned to detonate five bombs across Los Angeles on New Year’s Eve, painting Hamas triangles near their targets, according to a criminal complaint. Just before he launched his longshot Senate bid, Kansas Democrat Erik Murray boasted on a podcast about his life-changing experience learning from former Black Panther leader Elaine Brown, an avowed socialist who recently reaffirmed her commitment to topple the "Empire of the United States."
Murray, a real estate investor who recently moved back to Kansas after a decade in California, entered the race for the Democratic nomination to unseat incumbent Sen. Roger Marshall (R., Kan.) on Dec. 3. Just days earlier, in late November, Murray reminisced about his transformative experience living in Oakland, California, for the past 10 years during an appearance

As the FBI raised doubts that a search warrant for Donald Trump’s Florida estate met probable cause standards, the Justice Department under President Joe Biden pushed to expand the search’s scope, refused cooperation with Trump’s attorney, and discounted the agents’ concerns about the optics of the raid, according to newly declassified emails turned over to Congress.
The new evidence that surfaced Tuesday may have more than political impact, as a top congressman warns it may give Trump cause to sue for civil liberty violations or prompt prosecutors to pursue a criminal investigation.

The fifth person arrested over an alleged New Year’s Eve bombing plot by a far-left terrorist group is a transgender Marine veteran who wanted to “recreate Waco” on ICE agents, according to a criminal complaint unsealed Tuesday.
Micah James Legnon, 29, was arrested in Louisiana on Saturday after being tied to chats with suspected members of the far-left terrorist group Turtle Island Liberation Front as they allegedly plotted to plant pipe bombs on businesses and then ICE agents, according to the FBI investigation. Former President Joe Biden requested executive privilege amid the Congressional investigations into his administration's use of the autopen, with the Trump administration rejecting the request Tuesday, Fox News Digital learned. "I am concerned that disclosure of these materials would damage important institutional interests of the Presidency, including by impairing the ability of future Presidents to receive robust, candid advice from their close advisers. For these reasons, I hereby assert executive privilege over the documents listed," Biden wrote in a letter to Archival Operations Division of the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) Oct. 1, 2025, according to a copy of the letter obtained by Fox News Digital.
