The Supreme Court Steps Up

We have been following the cases that address the president’s control over the executive branch under Article II of the Constitution. By statute, Congress has tried to limit the president’s powers, most notably by establishing “independent” agencies that are not fully under the president’s control. The constitutionality of such agencies has always been doubtful, but in Humphrey’s Executor v. United States, 295 U. S. 602 (1935), the Court upheld the law that said the president can remove a commissioner of the Federal Trade Commission only for cause.

Article II. States that “Executive power shall be vested in a President of the United States “. Does that automatically mean ALL power shall be vested? It would seem so. Otherwise separation of powers is meaningless. But the Thrre Witches seem to disagree.

Liberalism is anti Constitutional. The Constitution establishes ONE Chief Executive, the President. Further, the other branches of government have no say in the running of the Executive branch outside what is established in the Constitution. For example, the SCOTUS can make a decision that disagrees with the President. However, if the President decides to do it anyway, the court has NO power of enforcement. In addition, the Congress has no ability to make laws that impact Executive authority, even if the President at the time signs it. Why? Because the Constitution defines the President's authority and only a Constitutional amendment could change that. The only way to impact a President's authority is through removal via impeachment and conviction at trial. So who do liberals think that the courts should function as they wish? Because they have gotten away with it for decades until Trump shifted the courts to the Right and then confronted the Left's actions. The change the Left decries is one back to Constitutional government, which blocks all the illegal, anti Constitutional actions they need to use to take over the government. Trump is using the restoration of law and Presidential power to deconstruct liberalism and it is killing them.

Rounds found near the body of the suspected shooter in the attack on a Dallas ICE facility Wednesday morning carried anti-ICE messages,” FBI Special Agent in Charge Joe Rothrock revealed during a press conference. The shooting, which authorities are treating as a “targeted attack,” resulted in the death of one detainees; two other detainees were taken to the hospital, officials said. As you may remember, Peter Strzok was part of the Mueller investigation until texts between himself and fellow agent Lisa Page were released. Those texts indicated a clear dislike for President Trump that preexisted his involvement in the investigation. Mr. Strzok was reassigned this summer from Mr. Mueller’s investigation to the F.B.I.’s human resources department, where he has been stationed since. The people briefed on the case said the transfer followed the discovery of text messages in which Mr. Strzok and a colleague reacted to news events, like presidential debates, in ways that could appear critical of Mr. Trump.

President Donald Trump said Tuesday afternoon that he thinks Ukraine, with help from the European Union, could win back its territory from Russia and return the country to its original borders. The president had suggested numerous times that giving up some land would be a key component of resolving Ukraine's war with Russia. "After getting to know and fully understand the Ukraine/Russia Military and Economic situation and, after seeing the Economic trouble it is causing Russia, I think Ukraine, with the support of the European Union, is in a position to fight and WIN all of Ukraine back in its original form," Trump said in a lengthy post on Truth Social.

The United Nations is “funding an assault on Western countries,” President Donald Trump said to the U.N. annual convention on Tuesday. In his address, the president accused weak western nations of destroying their own countries through mass migration with the U.N. playing a central role. “The number one political issue of our time [is] the crisis of uncontrolled migration,” he exclaimed. “Your countries are being ruined,” he added. “The United Nations is funding an assault on western countries and their borders.

This is what happens when things don't go the way a self-absorbed narcissist thought they would. On the reading of his guilty verdicts, after the jury deliberated for about as long as it takes to eat a sandwich, would-be Donald Trump assassin tried to stab himself in the neck with a pen. Fox News's Danamarie McNicholl had this to say in the above video: John, I just have a lot of breaking news in terms of the sequence of what happened right after the verdict was read. Now it is quite shocking, right after the verdict was read, it appeared to our producers inside the courtroom

WASHINGTON — Google announced Tuesday it was going to reinstate YouTube accounts banned for posting then-controversial content related to the COVID-19 pandemic, according to a letter its attorneys sent to a House panel. Users, including FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino, White House counterterrorism chief Sebastian Gorka and “War Room” podcast host Steve Bannon, had all been permanently removed from the site in recent years. Those channels once flagged for “repeated violations of COVID-19” and “elections integrity” policies adhered to by Google will now be “no longer in effect,” according to a letter reviewed by The Post from Alphabet’s chief counsel to the House Judiciary Committee.

Just as the United Nations was preparing to begin its annual general assembly, which will be headlined by President Donald Trump on Tuesday, the United States Secret Service discovered a "massive hidden telecom network" in New York, with startling implications. According to reports, the now-dismantled system included over 300 servers and 100,000 fake SIM cards that could have been used to overwhelm the 911 network and disable large portions of the city's cell tower network. The dismantled system consisted of over 300 SIM servers and more than 100,000 SIM cards spread within a 35-mile radius of the United Nations headquarters. Investigators say the network could have blacked out

Disney: Welcome back, Jimmy Kimmel! Sinclair: Not so fast ... The return of Jimmy Kimmel will not be a universal experience, it appears. Not long after Disney announced that they would restart his Jimmy Kimmel Live! tomorrow night, one of ABC's largest affiliate groups balked. Sinclair Broadcasting announced that they would run news programming in that slot instead: Can they do that? CBS brought on a media expert who claimed that pre-empting the show could cause a breach of contract for their network affiliation. Left unspoken, though, is who that would harm the most -- the network, or the affiliates?

As time continues to pass following the tragic assassination of Charlie Kirk, the left is doing everything it can to obfuscate the motive of the killer. The reason for that is obvious. Tyler Robinson's ideology was not ambiguous. It was not a confusing hodgepodge of random conspiratorial positions. Why he pulled the trigger is not some grand mystery. Robinson, who is now facing capital murder charges, is a left-winger with a furry fetish and a trans-identifying boyfriend. He thought Kirk was a "fascist" who spread "hate" and thus was irredeemable. It was a political killing carried out by a person who believed he had a license to shoot

In a bizarre "stand" against President Trump, liberal pregnant women have taken to social media, posting videos of themselves taking Tylenol. This comes after a major announcement on Monday, where the Trump administration said that they will no longer recommend pregnant women take Tylenol, as they believe it may increase the chances of a child being born with autism. Even if the announcement were untrue, why would these mothers risk hurting their children simply to rub it in President Trump's face? It is less of taking a stand, and more of just plain stupidity.

The automaker has doubled down on gas models and, according to the governor, lobbied state officials to roll back California’s landmark clean car law.
