A career intelligence officer who worked for ADemocrats on the House Intelligence Committee for more than a decade repeatedly warned the FBI beginning in 2017 that then-Rep. Adam Schiff had approved leaking classified information to smear then-President Donald Trump over the now-debunked Russiagate scandal, according to bombshell FBI memos that Director Kash Patel has turned over to Congress. The FBI 302 interview reports obtained by Just the News state the intelligence staffer — a Democrat by party affiliation who described himself as a friend to both Schiff, now a California senator, and former Republican House Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes — considered the classified leaking to be "unethical," "illegal," and “treasonous,”

After the film “Oppenheimer” released in July 2023, the national conversation returned to whether or not the development of the atomic bomb was prudent, and, furthermore, if dropping the nuclear weapon twice on Japan was necessary. These are not new conversations. The questions posed now were posed by prior generations dating back to 1945.
Some of these arguments will, perhaps, remain perpetually and be discussed for decades without any consensus, but some of these arguments have been fully debunked. Barrett Tillman, World War II scholar and the author of dozens of military works, including “When the Shooting Stopped: August 1945,” discusses a number of these issues on a The Sons

A New York judge on Monday rejected a request by the federal government to unseal grand jury records in the federal case of sex offender Jeffrey Epstein's longtime associate Ghislaine Maxwell after the Trump administration signed off on her prison transfer.
"The court's review confirmed that unsealing the grand jury materials would not reveal new information of any consequence," U.S. Judge Paul Engelmayer of New York's Southern District wrote in his 31-page ruling denying a request by the U.S. Department of Justice to unseal the grand jury material.

In a shocking report that has not received the attention it deserves, the U.S. Census Bureau recently admitted that its 2020 Census count of the American population was incorrect in at least 14 states.1 U.S. Census Bureau, 2020 Census Undercounts in Six States, Overcounts in Eight (May 19, 2022), (snip) And those mistakes were costly to certain states in terms of congressional representation, number of electors, and money those states are likely to receive from the federal government during the next decade. To put the scope of these mistakes into perspective, contrast the errors in the Census Bureau’s latest recount (the 2020 Post-Enumeration Survey, or PES) with the recount

The United States Postal Service (USPS) is planning to temporarily raise the prices of some of its mail services for the upcoming holiday season, the agency said in an Aug. 8 statement.
“The planned peak-season pricing, which was approved by the governors of the Postal Service on Aug. 7, would affect prices on the following retail and commercial domestic competitive parcels: Priority Mail Express (PME), Priority Mail (PM), USPS Ground Advantage, and Parcel Select,” USPS said.
“No other products or services would be affected,” it added.

Department spokesperson Tammy Bruce as the next U.S. deputy representative to the United Nations.
Bruce has been the State Department spokesperson since Trump took office in January.
In a post on social media in which Trump announced her nomination, the president said she did a "fantastic job" as State Department spokesperson.
She has defended the Trump administration's foreign policy decisions ranging from immigration crackdown and visa revocations to U.S. responses to Russia's war in Ukraine and Israel's war in Gaza, including defending a widely condemned armed private aid operation in the Palestinian enclave.

On Wednesday, Penske Truck Rental tried to Bud Light itself by releasing a virtue-signaling statement criticizing the Department of Homeland Security for using one of its vehicles during an immigration enforcement operation.
“Penske Truck Rental is aware of recent reports and videos regarding a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) operation in Los Angeles,” the statement said. “Penske strictly prohibits the transportation of people in the cargo area of its vehicles under any circumstances. The company was not made aware that its trucks would be used in today’s operation and did not authorize this. Penske will reach out to DHS and reinforce its policy to avoid improper use of its vehicles

Members of the propaganda press like David French are scrambling to peddle ignorant and disprovable lies about the damning Russiagate documents that were recently declassified.
Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley recently released the declassified appendix to Special Counsel John Durham’s 2023 report. The Durham report vindicated President Donald Trump and others who insisted the FBI acted improperly when it opened its investigation into the Trump campaign over allegations of collusion with Russia.

Commerce Department to begin working on a census that does not include illegal aliens. It’s a long-overdue correction to a system that Democrats have exploited for years to tip the balance of power in Washington.
“I have instructed our Department of Commerce to immediately begin work on a new and highly accurate CENSUS based on modern day facts and figures and, importantly, using the results and information gained from the Presidential Election of 2024. People who are in our country illegally WILL NOT BE COUNTED IN THE CENSUS. Thank you for your attention to this matter!” Trump said.

As you likely know by now, Jack Smith’s lawfare crusade against President Trump officially collapsed. The left threw everything they had at Trump, hoping their sham indictments would be the Hail Mary that stopped him from taking back the White House. It was straight from the dirty Dem playbook… weaponize the justice system, drag the process out, and bleed your opponent dry in court, while giving the regime-run media all the juicy headlines they needed.(snipAccording to investigative journalist John Solomon, the case being built against Smith weaves together several grand juries (snip), and the whole thing hinges on one explosive claim: Jack Smith’s appointment as Special Counsel was illegal.
