A radioactive wasp nest has been discovered near a former nuclear weapon manufacturing facility in South Carolina. The nest was found by workers at the Savannah River Site in Aiken County, according to a report from the Department of Energy. According to reports, the contaminated nest was found on July 3, just before 2 p.m., by Radiological Control Operations workers during routine inspections. Located on a stanchion near a tank in the F-Area tank farm, the nest registered a staggering 100,000 disintegrations per minute (dpm), a level described as “moderately high” radiation. Workers promptly sprayed the nest to eliminate the wasps, which were then bagged and disposed of as radiological waste.

A radical judge used the race card on Thursday in the latest judicial ruling against the Trump Administration.
As Politico reported, U.S. District Judge Trina Thompson, who is based in the People’s Republic of San Francisco, barred the Trump Administration from cancelling Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for migrants from the following countries: Nicaragua, Honduras, and Nepal.
Approximately 63,000 people from these countries were supposed to be deported by September 8 because DHS Secretary Kristi Noem had imposed a deadline. 53,000 of the migrants are from Honduras, while about 3,000 are from Nicaragua and roughly 7,500 from Nepal.
Now, TPS status for Hondurans, Nepalis, and Nicaraguans has been extended until Nov. 18.

Six women, illegally in the United States from Romania with Maryland addresses, worked to burglarize a number of homes in multiple states. They've been evading police after stealing private property and violating U.S. immigration law.
"Mihaela Ion, a criminal illegal alien from Romania, whose criminal history includes conspiracy to commit breaking and entering," DHS details about one of the women. "Jajela Chiciu, a criminal illegal alien from Romania, whose criminal history includes multiple thefts and charged with conspiracy, with four known offenses involving stolen property under $1,500."

Acting U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli, a President Donald Trump appointee, said in a X post that his office has charged 53 people with “assaults on [federal] agents or interference with immigration enforcement” since rioters began setting fires and assaulting law enforcement in Los Angeles in response to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raids. WASHINGTON — Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has privately discussed the idea of running for political office next year in Tennessee, according to two people who have spoken directly with him about it.
If Hegseth were to follow through on the discussions, it would amount to a major leadership shake-up at the department that oversees the American military and millions of federal employees. The Defense Department bars civilian employees from running for political office, meaning Hegseth would have to resign to do so.
In a statement, Sean Parnell, the Pentagon’s chief spokesman, said, “Hegseth’s focus remains solely on serving under President Trump.”
