The Democratic Party’s credibility with voters has plummeted even further since the 2024 election, raising alarm bells as the party looks to rebuild ahead of the midterms and the next presidential election, according to a poll obtained by The Hill. The poll, conducted between May and June by Unite the Country, a Democratic super PAC, showed voters perceived the Democratic Party as “out of touch,” “woke” and “weak.” The party has seen its support erode with white men, Hispanic men and working-class voters across the board, with approval ratings sitting below 35 percent across those demographics. And enthusiasm within the

Comments:

Dems continue to sink. Hating Trump and loving illegal immigrants isn't winning the day. And being gleeful that lots of10-year old girls drowned in a flood exposes their cruelty.

The Dem strategist talks about messaging. What he doesn’t talk about is the message itself. And the Dem message sucks majorly. It’s like discussing what paint color would be most appealing all the while the walls are crumbling. Appeal is important. But a soul-less party who wants only to tax and spend needs to think about what it stands for, not just what it sounds like.

The dems have become the annoying party. During covid they pestered and threatened people to wear face diapers, stay home, and get vaccinated; at the same time they were importing millions of illegal aliens. Everything they didn't like was described as a ''super-spreader'' until the Summer of George, then after the George Floyd nonsense, they wanted everybody to protest ''white privilege''. Of, course the radial reckoning and white privilege never applied to the educated elite ruling-class who were in-charge, only to the benighted peons of the working class. Then, there is the annoyance of their mascots; ''migrants'' [illegal aliens], criminals, homeless bums, drug addicts, and all the various deviants and perverts that make up the design of that vomit eyesore of that ''pride'' flag that they wave. They are always inventing some new annoyance like pronouns, paper versus plastic straws, the recycling scam, the correct light bulbs, miniature toilet tanks, washing machines that don't work, etc. The liberal ruling-class loved the emergency covid restrictions, because it gave them another excuse to lecture and annoy people, of course for their own good. They did not want to give up their emergency powers, but to make them permanent. Voters have watched them for years pester and annoy Trump with their lawfare and incessant whining to the point that most people started to identify with Trump.

It seems that the more the Democrats drop in the polls, they double down and make even more outrageous and deplorable accusations against President Trump and the Republicans. It just goes to show that insanity is doing the same thing and expecting different results.

SAVANNAH, Ga. — Democratic Sen. Jon Ossoff stood before hundreds of potential voters Saturday to deliver what he called “a report from our nation’s capital” a half-year into President Donald Trump’s second term. How voters react in Georgia, which has taken center stage in the Trump era as a key battleground state, could help determine how the final two years of Trump’s presidency go — and how (or whether) Ossoff’s young political career continues. Late on Tuesday, we had another missive from the mists of the Supreme Court’s shadow docket—an unsigned opinion that confirmed for the moment the president’s right to clear-cut the entire administrative structure of the executive branch’s agencies and departments. From The Guardian. Extending a winning streak for the US president, the justices on Tuesday lifted a lower court order that had frozen sweeping federal layoffs known as “reductions in force” while litigation in the case proceeds. The decision could result in hundreds of thousands of job losses at the departments of agriculture, commerce, health and human services, state, treasury, veterans

Six months after the devastating Palisades and Eaton fires, California Gov. Gavin Newsom unveiled $101 million in funding Tuesday for “multifamily low-income housing development” that will “contribute to a more equitable and resilient Los Angeles." The priority is for “geographic proximity to the fire perimeters of the Eaton, Hughes, and Palisades fires.” Earlier this year, The Center Square broke news that California state law and a local Los Angeles ordinance require fire-destroyed rent-protected housing — which includes all apartments in the city built before October 1978 — be replaced with low-income housing. ATLANTA — President Donald Trump and other Republicans have long criticized states that take weeks to count their ballots after Election Day. This year has seen a flurry of activity to address it. Part of Trump’s executive order on elections, signed in March but held up by lawsuits, takes aim at one of the main reasons for late vote counts: Many states allow mailed ballots to be counted even if they arrive after Election Day. The U.S. Supreme Court last month said it would consider whether a challenge in Illinois can proceed in a case that is among several Republican-backed

The monstrous, swift-moving flood that swept through the Hill Country of Texas on Friday, killing at least 27 people and leaving many more missing, was a flash flood, the nation's top storm-related killer. Among those missing are more than 20 girls attending a summer camp. Frimpong was nominated by President Joe Biden and is the daughter of two immigrants from Ghana. She was selected by both Harvard and Yale universities.[snip]The suspects’ race and ethnicity, their difficulty speaking English, their location at sites known for hiring illegal immigrants, and their class of work do not meet the “probable cause” requirement for arrests, the judge ruled.
