WATCH: Pfizer CEO Flops Attempting to
Defend Vax Liability Shield

Original Article

The very simple — and unexpected coming from CNBC, which usually runs cover for pharmaceutical corporations as a matter of course — question posed to Albert Bourla: Vaccine makers like yourself [are] largely shielded from liability. If the products are safe and effective, what is the need to continue to shield, to have these liability shields, and what happens if those shields are changed or go away completely? The very simple answer, assuming the vaccines are actually “safe and effective,” would be: “Nothing happens if we lose our liability shield. We don’t need it because our product is safe and effective, and we are willing to prove that in court

The worst part is that there is a good answer for the question...not necessarily a true answer: he could have said: "Without the liability shield we would face constant harassment lawsuits backed by organizations which oppose vaccines. Lawsuits which are not filed in order to get a judgement against us, but are filed in order to force us to pay lawyers fees."

Agree with #1. Also I have seen several articles describing the massive funding from Big Pharma to the FDA, giving the impression that the FDA has become a lapdog of Big Pharma. Note that -as I understand it- the Emergency Use Authorization is issued under the condition that there is no existing medication that can prevent or treat the illness. That -and knee-jerk opposition to Trump- is the reason behind the vehement and well-organized opposition to using Hydroxy to prevent Covid, and Ivermectin to treat Covid. (India uses both, and has very little Covid.) The whole sorry episode wasted Trillon$ of Taxpayer money, and got a LOT of people killed or seriously injured. I know two people who died from the Clot Shot, and one person -in her mid-30's- who is in very serious condition - they had to disconnect her intestines to save her life, then she has heart trouble, and they have to fix the heart trouble before they can reconnect her intestines. She was in good health before she took the Clot Shot. I believe this was all a result of the Clot Shot. On a personal note, I ALMOST took the Clot Shot, but then I started reading articles describing the disastrous things it was doing to people, and said 'No Thanks'.

The EUA for the mRNA shots was a TOTAL FRAUD. Ivermectin and HCQ were safe and effective treatments for the Wuhan Chinese bioterror virus. But, in order to help make BILLIONS for these big companies, Dr. Fraud and his evil minions put up a flurry of fake research suddenly "showing" that bot drugs, proven safe for decades in tens of thousands to millions of patients, were somehow suddenly "dangerous", and pother carefully crafted fraudulent studies that "proved" that they were ineffective. The EUA was NEVER valid for the mRNA shots. Big Pharma should be sued by the millions that they harmed with their terrible shots.

I had the first mRNA from Moderna at the harassment from my kids. Not the second and no boosters. My wife took the first booster (against my wishes) and had to be hospitalized because of life-threatening aFib. She still has problems. If Pfizer didn't have the shield, though, they would have been sued out of existence by now. There is a downside to denying a shield. The companies will be very reluctant to bring a new, possibly life-saving drug to market without years of testing, trials etc. No good solution here.

In the not-too-distant past, we used to call companies like Pfizer "ethical drug" companies. Now we just call them big pharma... because they've given every indication that ethics aren't integral to their businesses. Presently, big pharma views itself as ascendant and indispensable to the American economy. And they may be right. But history shows that position is also ephemeral, and I strongly suspect that down the road one or more of these formerly "ethical" drug companies will be dragged into court and lose in the same fashion that St. Johns Manville, the one-time supplier of economically necessary asbestos, also lost, resulting in bankruptcy. And the American economy will survive the death of Pfizer,

Now, Albert, we both know that the standard of proof vaccine manufacturers have to have to win in court is very low. You’re being disingenuous.

I really want to trust Lindy Li, the high profile 34-tear-old Democratic influencer and fundraiser who switched to Team Trump while votes were still being counted in California. But I have reservations. And I have one very specific reason why. In the last two months, Li has been all over the internet. Her breakout interview on the Shawn Ryan show a month ago has garnered more than 3.5 million views and over 30,000 comments. A subsequent interview with Patrick Bet-David netted 2.5 million. As Bet-David noted, “A lot of people want to know, is she straight up, is she real?” Maybe, maybe not. Li is smart, sweet, charming, and so seemingly vulnerable

Well, not quite. I used that headline for the sake of amusement, but Walz clearly does have a problem with how people perceive his masculinity, and he sure does seem to have an unnatural obsession with alphabet ideology, hanging around with young gay men, and a lot of less-than-masculine traits. During the campaign, he pranced and danced, used his "jazz hands," kicked in excitement like he were a Rockette, and was, generally speaking, quite weird. Weird enough that after Harris put him out front for much of the campaign, she decided to put him in Witness Protection toward the end. He was as appealing as Herpes to most men.

Several longtime sponsors, including the company that makes Bud Light, have pulled their funding from the annual San Francisco Gay Pride Weekend. For some reason, San Francisco Pride requires $3.2 million to cover its June weekend of events. Corporate sponsors were expected to pay $2.3 million of that. But after four declined, the organization will have to scramble to make up the $300,000 shortfall elsewhere. San Francisco Pride’s executive director, Suzanne Ford, told SFGATE that they expect to lose a few sponsors every year, but it was “very abnormal” for four sponsors who have been with them for years to suddenly bail out.

Why was a worldwide campaign of hatred that reeked of anti-Semitism unleashed on Israel when it responded to the October 7, 2023, attack, while there was no criticism of Hamas? Why has the U.N. censured the Jewish state more times than any other nation, even China, North Korea, and Cuba combined? Let's face it. Kamala Harris was a lousy presidential candidate. Candidates often have flaws. Some are weak on policy. Some are weak on performance. Some are weak on presentation. But she was bad on all of those things. There's a new book out that's gives us a great example of the problems with Harris. According to an excerpt, Harris' campaign insisted that she could only be seated in chairs that "met certain specifications": An excerpt from “FIGHT: Inside the Wildest Battle for the White House,” by Jonathan Allen and Amie Parnes, published in The Hill, detailed the strict seating arrangements.
