President Trump’s Magic Show Begins

If you’ve ever played speed chess, then you can appreciate what President Trump is about to do to “official” Washington. This won’t be like 2017, when the president did everything he could to work amicably with House and Senate Republicans. This time, you either get on the “Trump Train” or kindly throw yourself from the back car. There’s no time to waste, and the president won’t be slowing down for stragglers. After his first election, President Trump arrived in D.C. with Republican majorities in Congress, too. He expected that the people who had promised to repeal Obamacare for seven years would have

I don't think there is anything magic about it. It's just common sense. I guess if there is any "magic" involved it's getting common sense decisions past the Demonrats and Rinos. That's all I can think of.

Trump doesn't make campaign promises. He tells people what he plans to do. It's the opposite of politicians who campaign indefinitely on fixing things at home then get to Washington to sit on their hands meekly without ever offering anything legislatively.

President-elect Donald Trump announced Sunday night that he’s picked senior GOP Federal Communications Commissioner Brendan Carr to lead the agency. Calling him a “warrior for Free Speech,” Trump first nominated Carr to serve on the FCC in 2017. “His current term runs through 2029 and, because of his great work, I will now be designating him as permanent Chairman,” Trump, 78, said in a statement. “Commissioner Carr is a warrior for Free Speech, and has fought against the regulatory Lawfare that stifled Americans’ Freedoms and held back our economy,” he added. “He will end the regulatory onslaught that has been crippling America’s Job Creators and Innovators,

One of the world’s largest producers of carrots issued a recall of some contaminated organic whole and baby carrots following suspicion that they may have sparked a fatal disease outbreak, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced Saturday. Grimmway Farms issued the recall as the vegetables “may have been contaminated with Shiga toxin-producing Escherichia coli (E. coli) O121:H19,” which “can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, elderly people, and those with a weakened immune system,” the FDA reposted.

The Democrat, touted as a possible future presidential candidate, will keep his six-bedroom $3.7 million in Fair Oaks in suburban Sacramento home where he will stay with spouse Jennifer Siebel Newsom some nights of the week. But he will relocate his children 90 miles away to a $9.1 million home in Kentfield, Marin County where his eldest child Montana has just enrolled in high school at The Branson School - with tuition fees of up to $60,000 a year.

Fox News contributor and editor-in-chief of The Federalist Mollie Hemingway appeared on “Special Report” Friday and explained that in her view, Trump’s pick of former (recently-resigned) Rep. Matt Gaetz of Florida was a brilliant move by the President-elect to show that he’s determined to change the way things operate in the Swamp. She reminded viewers and the other panelists that Gaetz was a tireless fighter against the Russia collusion nonsense: Matt Gaetz was nominated for this position because we have a problem with the Department of Justice. For the last eight years, they have run roughshod over rule of law in this country.

The Washington Post's left-leaning editorial board published a scathing article about Pennsylvania Democrats who voted to count invalid ballots during the Senate race recount between Bob Casey (D-PA) and his Republican challenger, Dave McCormick. Titled “Democrats thumb their nose at the rule of law in Pennsylvania,” accused Casey and his Democrat allies of scheming the election integrity laws to count invalid provisional ballots that favored Casey. The mere attempt to defy judicial rulings is corrosive to democracy and invites similar behavior in future elections.

President Biden has reportedly given Ukraine permission to deploy US-supplied longe-range missiles to attack targets in Russian territory just weeks before President-elect Donald Trump takes office. Ukraine said it plans to take advantage of the policy change within days. The dramatic shift in policy comes as Ukraine has faced setbacks on the battlefield and after months of requests by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to allow Ukraine’s military to use US weapons to hit Russian military targets far from its border. Trump had pledged that he will end the war once he takes office in January. “As President Trump has said on the campaign trail, he is the only person who

Watching Democrats try to figure out how they lost the election is a lot like watching a baby try to take their first steps – sometimes they get very close, then they fall right on their ass. They get there eventually; balance isn’t that difficult to achieve. However, unlike walking, Democrats will lose their life balance repeatedly throughout their lives, even though people do not forget how to walk. Some of them remember how to walk, while others may never stand upright again.Let , bme say from the start I’m enjoying the hell out of this. A lot of you people sound nuts. It is unsurprising that a Donald Trump campaign ad featuring the tagline “Kamala is for they/them. President Trump is for you” was effective in the 2024 presidential campaign. Indeed, a pro-Kamala Harris PAC says the spot, which featured a clip of Harris endorsing state-funded sex-change operations for prisoners, “shifted the race 2.7 percentage points in Mr. Trump’s favor after viewers watched it.” Now, one suspects most normies aren’t only turned off by “they/them” because it’s grammatically mystifying or scientifically dubious. For many, “they/them” represents the 14,000 confused children who have been mutilated by “gender-affirming care.”

Democrats on the Bucks County Board of Commissioners voted to illegally count misdated and undated ballots in an attempt to swing Pennsylvania’s U.S. Senate election in favor of ousted Democrat incumbent Sen. Diane Ellis-Marseglia, one of the Democrats, admitted she knew it was against the law, but voted to count the ballots anyway. “I think we all know that precedent by a court doesn’t matter anymore in this country.
