Five mental health professionals, some of whom already accused Donald Trump of being “dangerous,” prepared a risk assessment for New York state Judge Juan Merchan to consider in his July 11 sentencing decision on Trump, according to forensic psychiatrist Dr. Bandy X. Lee, a longtime critic of the former president.
It isn’t clear whether all five are psychiatrists or may have other training. Their risk assessment could be a factor in the severity of Merchan’s sentence for Trump in Manhattan Criminal Court, which could be up to 20 years in prison for all 34 felony counts on which he was convicted last month.

It’s a toss up: do they HATE him more? Or, are they more AFRAID of him?

The only reason they think he's dangerous is because he's smarter than they are.

When I was a nurse many, many years ago, we found that most of the psychologists were the ones that needed psychological help, not the patient.

Obviously this "doctor" is a neutral and unbiased third party who should be taken seriously after she built her public persona and published books pushing her agenda.
If as she says her field has a moral obligation to evaluate someone why did she not evaluate Joe? Because as she said Joe didn't need to be evaluated because uh "stuff" but Trump did because she had books to sell.
And Joe just "presented poorly". He's not a good candidate for an urging home. Because she has books to sell.
Crazy stuff. Next we'll see this criminal judge put Trump in prison right there in court. Have him cuffed and dragged away. I'll be stunned if anything less happens.

"Dr Lee" is about as qualified as "Dr Jill" to make any diagnosis except their own severe case of Trump Derangement Syndrome.

Sooo...half a dozen "Eminent Mental health prossesionals" were called upon to review and offer a Risk Assessment(without ever personal meeting or interviewing the patient) prior to sentencing for a BOOKKEEPING offense?
I say, as part of defense argument that ALL of their personal and business books must be audited prior to their "Evidence" even being considered.

So five 'experts' that have not examined the patient have submitted a an opinion that could be used in sentences. that's malpractice. Again this entire sham has to found a new low.

So when does President Trump get to appeal this "lowfare" sentence; can he do it before they put him in jail, stay free of jail and protected until the appeal is decided? I am very fearful for President Trump's welfare.

“While it may seem dramatic or concerning to the public, very high levels of cognitive decline can be present without affecting fitness for duty, as long as self-awareness is unaffected,” Lee said.
Baloney. He has no idea how impaired he is, but you can bet those around him know all too well. No wonder they keep him hidden. He went on stage after a week of intense coaching, and still couldn't speak in complete sentences. He wandered away from world leaders with no indication he understood what he was supposed to be doing there. Dems continue to put their own interests ahead of our national interests. Biden is their connection to power, and that's all they care about.

This very corrupt "judge" is about to sentence Trump to prison for a long time. Joe Biden said he would see Trump would never see the inside of the White House again. This "judge" is about to make Biden's wish come true.

This judge better be careful. The bidet crime family apparently thinks they can get away with anything for which the rest of us would be behind bars. The vegetable's election interference might start something this WH moron will not be able to handle.

The article reads as if Trump committed a violent crime, such as assault or murder. This is nonsense. He may be a political threat to the Dems, but he is not going to grab a gun and start shooting people. The judge will use this BS to sentence Trump to jail for years. After the debate performance, he will likely add ten years to whatever original sentence he had in mind.

It sounds kind of backward to me... is Trump their patient? Is so it's against federal law to disclose medical records w/o consent. If not... they are speculating...

There's no way the Judge can rely for sentencing on the opinions of reviewers who have never examined the defendant. This is nuts. Even this Judge, who has already proven he is guilty of judicial malpractice, cannot presume to rely on this garbage to determine sentencing. Even dopey, conflicted Juan Merchan should be able to figure that one out.
