Now things are getting even worse. Sally Buzbee, the executive editor is stepping down and the paper’s CEO recently held a meeting with the staff to inform them that people are not reading the content they are producing. While it is customary to offer hearty congratulations upon achieving long-sought after goals, kudos are not deserved this year when it comes to assessing the adherence to the rule of law in America. In fact, if there were formal graduation ceremonies at this particular time, there would be no prescribed turning of mortarboard tassels signifying accomplishment. Rather, given what we have just witnessed coming out of the Manhattan Criminal Court, it would be more appropriate for victorious partisans to set off on their jubilant celebrations by overturning police cars and lighting fires to established businesses.

I say this after some consideration and after reading a very long interview that he did with Time Magazine. Thieves in California are stealing fire hydrants throughout Los Angeles County, leaving communities at risk if there’s an emergency.
According to ABC 7, over 100 hydrants have been stolen this year alone. One resident, Krystal Cousins lives between two fire hydrants in the Florence-Firestone area. She told reporters that both of them were stolen on Thursday.
"It's mind-boggling that someone would just come into a neighborhood and just steal a fire hydrant," neighbor Krystail Cousins said. "You're now putting a whole neighborhood in danger."
