Earlier, we reported on the pathetic and disgraceful display being put on this week by pro-Hamas protesters on the campus of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC-CH).
To quickly recap, demonstrators who were upset over early morning arrests at an attempted encampment took down the American flag at the main campus and replaced it with a Palestinian flag.
Though the agitators were amused, the university's interim chancellor, Lee Roberts, was not. Roberts proceeded to walk to the flag pole himself, remove the Palestinian flag, and re-fly the U.S. flag, to the appreciation of the Jewish students nearby. In another defining moment,

Internal data obtained by Fox News via a House Homeland Security Committee subpoena to Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas' Department of Homeland Security (DHS) shows that thousands of illegal immigrants have been flowing into over 45 U.S. cities under a controversial program instated by the Biden administration.
The "CHNV" migration parole program stands for Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela. Immigrants from these countries are eligible to participate in the parole program. The program permits them to fly into the U.S. directly under certain conditions, such as having a sponsor in the U.S. and being approved for travel.
Between January and August 2023, approximately 200,000 migrants flew into the U.S. via this program.

As RedState reported, things finally reached their breaking point at Columbia University on Tuesday night. After weeks of illegal trespassing by pro-Hamas fanatics that escalated to the storming, damaging, and occupying of Hamlitlon Hall, police finally got the green light to move in, and move in they did. According to the latest reports, the pro-Hamas "encampment" and Hamilton Hall have been cleared, with over 100 arrests being made. Videos are emerging of the raid and its aftermath, with dozens of "protesters" crying in horror as they face the consequences of their actions.
A fair warning that you may enjoy this a bit too much.

Under the cover of darkness on Tuesday evening, New York Police Department officers raided anti-Israel demonstrations at Columbia University and City University of New York.
Joseph A. Howley, an associate professor at Columbia, posted the text of a message received by university faculty warning of the impending raid.
At this hour, the NYPD is massing on barricaded streets outside the gates of Columbia University. Columbia faculty have spent the day offering our help to defuse the situation on Columbia’s campus and have been rebuffed or ignored. We have been locked out of our campus and have demanded to be allowed back in, and have been rebuffed or ignored.

While discussing the ongoing NYPD clearing of the virulent anti-semitic protest at Columbia University, MSNBC host Alex Wagner and her guest, New York Times columnist Michelle Goldberg, noticed the historic parallels between this moment and 1968- and where it ultimately led. Watch the aforementioned exchange, which closed the show’s live coverage of the protest clearing, as aired on MSNBC’s Alex Wagner Tonight on Tuesday, April 30th, 2024: ALEX WAGNER: Michelle, the- Hamilton Hall is- for people who are not familiar with the Columbia campus: in April of 1968, 56 years ago, hundreds of students seized the building during protests over the Vietnam War. Glenn Kessler, the so-called “fact checker” for the Washington Post, claimed that Joe Biden cannot be held responsible for what his deputies are spending on migrants as he worked to refute Donald Trump’s slam on rent assistance programs.
With his April 29 “fact check,” Kessler claimed former President Donald Trump’s campaign said Democrats — including Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer — are doling out $500 a month for rental assistance to illegal migrants in Michigan. Trump and a Trump PAC named MAGA Inc have been alerting supporters to the Michigan rent assistance program, called the “Newcomer Rental Subsidy,” and have noted that some of the millions

Law enforcement officials used tear gas on anti-Israel protesters after giving them a several-minute warning to leave the campus of the University of South Florida (USF).
Video footage posted to X shows law enforcement officials standing in a line on one side of the university lawn, while a crowd of anti-Israel protesters is informed they have “five minutes to disperse” or they will be tear-gassed. Several of the protesters could be seen using umbrellas or their signs to work against the tear gas, only to end up leaving the lawn.

Barely two weeks after initiating layoffs for at least 14,000 staffers, Tesla is now reportedly laying off hundreds more — including senior executives and the majority of its Supercharging team.
According to an email first reported by The Information and then Electrek, the automaker’s senior director of EV charging Rebecca Tinucci is leaving the company on Tuesday, alongside most of the 500-person team she oversaw. Tesla’s head of the new vehicles program, Daniel Ho, is also out along with his team. These cuts come in addition to the recent 10 percent workforce reduction — and Musk’s email leaves room for more.

Riley Gaines hit the nail on the head: "It's astounding that we live in a time where this headline exists." A landmark shift. Doctors assert that biology exists is a landmark shift. We live in a time of utter insanity.
What next? Perhaps we won't burn witches at the stake? No longer use trial by combat to determine guilt or innocence? Give up human sacrifice?
Imagine the possibilities! With a turn toward science we could soon have steam engines, too. Sex is a biological fact. I can't wait to hear the rebuttals.
The NHS is to declare that sex is a matter of biology in a landmark shift against gender ideology.

After five days of anti-Israel demonstrators occupying Deering Meadow on Northwestern University’s campus, Northwestern president Michael Schill and the rest of the university’s leadership decided to accede to several of the protesters’ demands.
While not committing to divesting its endowment from companies that do business in Israel and ending partnerships with Israeli institutions, the university released a list of concessions in a celebratory statement Monday afternoon in exchange for the removal of the encampment on the lawn.
Most notable among those concessions is a promise to offer full-ride scholarships to Palestinian students and guaranteed faculty jobs for Palestinian academics.

Hundreds of New York City police officers began entering Columbia University on Tuesday evening, as anti-Israel protesters continue occupying a campus building.
Dozens of Columbia protesters occupied Hamilton Hall earlier Tuesday and blocked the entrances to claim the area as their own. Protesters could be seen smashing windows and barricading themselves inside the building, one day after the university began suspending students for refusing to leave a pro-Palestinian encampment on campus.
The New York Police Department received a letter from Columbia authorizing its officers to move onto campus. The NYPD closed off streets around Columbia and warned the protesters to leave Hamilton Hall.

AUSTIN - Authorities arrested 79 people during the second police crackdown on pro-Palestinian demonstrators at the University of Texas at Austin since last week, according to the Travis County Sheriff’s Office.
The protesters were arrested Monday during a campus demonstration and booked into the Travis County Jail, a sheriff’s office spokesperson said Tuesday. Seventy-eight of the people arrested are charged with criminal trespassing. One of them has an additional charge of obstructing a highway or passageway, while another person has been charged with interfering with public duties.
None of those arrested had been booked before a judge as of Tuesday morning.
The arrests came after protesters started an encampment
