Alan Dershowitz, a longtime trial lawyer and former attorney for Donald Trump, says that the ex-president's jury at his New York hush money trial is bad news for his one-time client. Following three days of legal wrangling a panel of seven men and five women has now been selected and they will assess his guilt or innocence over the coming weeks. Dershowitz, 85, says that the makeup of the jurors - who include a corporate lawyer, an investment banker, a software engineer and a teacher - suggest Trump will fare poorly. 'This is a bad jury for Donald Trump,' Dershowitz told Newsmax Friday. He goes as far as to say that

Dershowitz rails all the time about democrats, but he is still a democrat. Dershowitz needs to switch parties or go away. He is past his sale date.

You don't have to be Alan Dershowitz to know that this is a bum jury and DT will be found guilty.

Like anybody thinks Trump is gonna get a fair shake in any NY courtoom. Heck, he'd have a better chance with a jury full of mullahs in downtown Tehran.

Any jury selected in New York City would be adverse to Trump’s interests. That is a big time Democrat city that is said to have voted for Biden in the 79 percentile.. If it were not that way, the Democrats would have found another lefty venue to put Trump on trial.

Here is what I think will happen. Judge will DISALLOW MOST of Trump's defense evidence and allow ALL of the prosecution evidence and lies. Then, after the sham kangaroo trial is over the Judge will tell the jury "now that you have SEEN and HEARD all of the evidence (that he allowed to be shown) make your decision". They will find him guilty and the dems will take away his Secret Service protection HOPEING something bad will happen. (Maybe they will hire Ray Epps to MAKE something happen) I bet Nancy's daughter will be there with full film crew-just like J6 to document it.

if that slug dares to strip pdt of secret svc protection, it will be time to expose all the skeletons and demons in all his closets, for starters, to see what sort of investigating he needs doing . for a ''fair trial''. the judge and his daughter with the rich and famous 'public servant' clientele could do with a going over as well...they'll love getting the attention they crave. malicia de ville and big fanny are thrilled.

Dershowitz does not live out the courage of his convictions or else he would not still be a member of a democrat party that ignores the rule of law and Constitution. How can he justify that dichotomy?

He acts surprised but did Dershowitz really think Judge Merchon wouldn't stack the deck against Trump? This is a leftist judge, with a committed leftist daughter who thinks the scales of justice should always work against conservatives so a stacked jury doesn't come as a surprise.

Reportedly there are several New York lawyers on the jury. Clearly the judge had to know their political leanings by way of the legal brotherhood and the overwhelmingly leftist Democrat run New York Bar Association. It’s just common sense that lawyers on a jury, who are expected by non lawyers to know the law and legalities, can easily persuade the non lawyers on the jury to come down either way on most issues when it comes to matters of law and legalities. If you have been paying attention to what has been going on between the obviously leftist Democrat judge and Trump’s legal team, it should be very evident that no conservative Republican lawyer would ever have a chance to be seated on that jury.

Elon Musk came to the defense of former President Donald Trump following an MSNBC interview with leftwing Hollywood tool Robert De Niro. The interview, hosted by Stephanie Ruhle, saw the 80-year-old actor on an unhinged rant against Trump, likening his leadership to that of Hitler, a comparison Musk was quick to challenge. De Niro, who is suffering from severe Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS), argued that Trump exhibited traits dangerously similar to infamous dictators, like Hitler, claiming his re-election could lead to chaos akin to that seen in Nazi Germany. The whole segment is an example of “leftwing propaganda churn” from legacy media.

Elite higher education in America -- long unquestioned as globally preeminent -- is facing a perfect storm. Fewer applicants, higher costs, impoverished students, collapsing standards, and increasingly politicized and mediocre faculty reflect a collapse of the university system. The country is waking up to the reality that a bachelor's degree no longer equates with graduates being broadly educated and analytical. Just as often, they are stereotyped as pampered, largely ignorant, and gratuitously opinionated. No wonder polls show a drastic loss of public respect for higher education and, specifically, a growing lack of confidence in the professoriate.
