Pop music superstar Usher Raymond gave a wonderful Super Bowl half-time show on Sunday wherein he performed several of his greatest hits, primarily from his 2004 album “Confessions” and even honored God. Early in the performance during a transition, Usher told the hundreds of millions watching that “Only God answers prayers.” “It doesn’t matter what they say, only God answers prayers,” he said. Fans celebrated the moment on social media: Usher kept the show entirely apolitical and closed on his beloved smash hit “Yeah!”

Police in Houston, Texas have identified the shooter who opened fire at Joel Osteen's Lakewood Church on Sunday as Genesse Ivonne Moreno, Fox News has confirmed.
Moreno, who has a lengthy criminal record and was born as a man – Jeffrey Escalante – from El Salvador, was killed after off-duty police officers at the church responded to the incident.
A search warrant said Moreno pointed an AR-15 at the officers who then fired upon her and killed her in self-defense. After months of fighting, Hamas had been forced to fall back to its stronghold in Rafah on the Egyptian border.
And the pressure on Israel not to go into Rafah intensified. Not only AOC and Bernie Sanders, but Biden warned Israel not go in because of the “humanitarian impact”.
Israel went in and brought out two hostages.
The IDF said it launched several airstrikes in Rafah as a diversion for the rescue operation. The rescue unit breached the building at 1:49 a.m.
The force came down from the roof and detonated a bomb to breach a door on the second floor, eliminated the Hamas guards and picked up the two hostages.
