Among the allegations are claims Ms. Willis and Mr. Wade had extravagant vacations together as a result of payments made for legal services. Nathan Wade was a lawyer specializing in family matters prior to being appointed by Willis. Mr. Wade never prosecuted a single felony case in his legal career. Additionally, Mr. Wade is currently in divorce proceedings and making matters more complicated for DA Willis,

Senator Tim Scott is a professional Republican club member. The New York Times is reporting that Senator Scott plans to endorse former President Donald Trump tonight at a rally in New Hampshire.
Previously, Senator Scott endorsed Lisa Murkowski despite President Trump campaigning for her removal.
As noted, Senator Scott is a DeceptiCon, so his endorsement of President Trump over the naturally aligned DeceptiCon candidate Nikki Haley is somewhat of a surprise.
However, against a backdrop where President Trump is being viewed as almost impossible to beat in the primary and the general election, the club insiders need to position accordingly.

Trump attorney Alina Habba made the request to U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan in a letter dated Jan. 19, in which she asked him to toss the case because the trial was ruined when Ms. Carroll admitted in court testimony that she had deleted an unknown number of emails and social media messages containing death threats.

Detailed credit card statements included in the filing on behalf of Joycelyn Wade in her divorce case with special prosecutor Nathan Wade indicate that flights for both Ms. Willis and Mr. Wade were purchased together.
Ms. Wade has alleged that her husband had a romantic relationship with the Fulton County district attorney, who hired him to probe President Trump.

The allegations were made by defendant Michael Roman, a strategist who participated in the 2020 Trump campaign.
