We Know Who Dug Those Secret Jewish Tunnels
in NYC

It’s a bizarre story coming out of New York City: the secret Jewish tunnels that got busted up by police. It was a chaotic scene, where officers were forced to deploy pepper spray to get the crowd of Hasidic Jews under control. Almost a dozen members were arrested. The video footage is nuts, featuring a bloody mattress and an intricate network of underground works that immediately led to city inspectors verifying and combing the area for signs of degradation in structural integrity. The tunnels were built underneath a synagogue in Crown Heights. This illegal project was supposedly the brainchild of a group of extremist students of the Chabad movement.

Comments:

Tunnels under the streets? Bloody mattresses? Video of one man coming up out of the sidewalk grate. Not helping Israel's position here at all.

I'd really like to hear the reasoning. Defensive or offensive? I get the idea either way. Youth isn't any different. Spit and vinegar, wanting to right wrongs. Other than the obvious trespass, I'd be up to hearing what the real damage was.

I’d be interested in knowing the size of the dig, the direction, whether it extended off of the property owned by the synagogue etc. Carried dirt out in their pockets? They’re going to have a powerful dry cleaning bill!

I’m with #s 3 & 5. Other than an illegal dig, what’s the problem? there are deep underground tunnels all over the US, including at the Capitol, as we all know. The article assumes I know what this “extremist” Jewish sect is all about. I do not, but the protests from the usual suspects makes me speculate.

Notice that when TV reported the demonstrations at the White House over the weekend that they showed a good number of Orthodox Jews wearing big fur hats right at the front of that supposed Pro-Palestinian demonstration. So who knows what was really going on.

I heard that the goal of the tunnel was to connect the headquarters building to a facility used for ritual female bathing. In other words, horny dudes wanted to be able to spy on naked women taking baths.

Here is the latest episode featuring government bureaucrats imposing meaningless rules under the guise of keeping people safe. The Federal Highway Administration (FHA) has employed a rule prohibiting highway signs that display humorous messages. Why? Because using humor to convey important messages related to commuting on the highways and byways somehow threatens the safety of American motorists. /snip/ The U.S. Federal Highway Administration has given states two years to implement all the changes outlined in its new 1,100-page manual released last month, including rules that spells out how signs and other traffic control devices are regulated.

Law enforcement agencies in Portland, Oregon, are conducting an arson investigation after a car owned by Portland City Commissioner of Public Safety Rene Gonzalez was set ablaze on Friday morning. They suspect the act was a political statement against the commissioner, who is supportive of the police. The development occurred in a city that was one of the epicenters of the “Defund the Police” movement that cropped up after the 2020 death of George Floyd in Minneapolis, Minnesota. An arson investigation is underway after a car was set on fire outside the home of Portland Commissioner Rene Gonzalez early Friday.

London has suspended several electric buses after a seemingly spontaneous fire broke out in a double-decker bus, sparking calls for a re-examination of every electric bus used in the capital’s fleet. We are about to embark on what might be one of the wildest years in the history of American politics, and it may end up merely a prelude. If 2024 is set to be tumultuous and unpredictable, just wait until 2025 if Donald Trump wins the presidency again this year. His adversaries don’t have a history of accepting his victories with equanimity. Trump’s unexpected victory in 2016 launched conspiracy theories about how Russia had helped him win; catalyzed a years-long law enforcement investigation into him and his campaign based on those theories; and set off protests in the streets. All that was mild, given what may yet be in the offing.

On the eve of the Iowa Republican caucus, the New York Times editorial board begged Republicans to abandon 2024 frontrunner former President Donald Trump in a piece Monday morning. The board said: Iowa Republicans who will gather on Monday to cast the first votes of the 2024 presidential campaign season, and voters in New Hampshire and the states that will follow, have one essential responsibility: to nominate a candidate who is fit to serve as president, one who will ‘preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.’

The amount was more money than the $68 million that former President Barack Obama raised during the same period of his reelection but it was dwarfed by the $154 million that former President Donald Trump raised for his.
