Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin warned Congress on Tuesday during a private briefing that if they do not pass more aid to Ukraine, it would “very likely” lead to U.S. troops fighting a war in Europe. “If [Vladimir] Putin takes over Ukraine, he’ll get Moldova, Georgia, then maybe the Baltics,” House Foreign Affairs Chairman Michael McCaul (R-TX) told The Messenger, after Austin and other senior Biden administration officials briefed House lawmakers on their request for more aid for Ukraine. [Snip] Rep. John Duarte (R-CA) told the Messenger that the briefing was “prescriptive and staged.”

This is disgraceful. Do not send US soldiers to die for this misbegotten war. And stop sending our money everywhere in the world when we desperately need it here.

Lemme know when Russian tanks in combat formation roll up to a real NATO border.
Until then, I don't care.
After his proxy NATO *** kicking from just a handful of western weapons Putin wouldn't attack a NATO country for real. The response would be overwhelming and unstoppable and he knows it.

Not only no, but hell no. Starting a hot war with a nuclear superpower with no provocation and no formal declaration of war would be moronic (which doesn't matter to Joe) and IMPEACHABLE (which would matter to Joe).

Call his bluff. This administration knows that the voters would never stand for US soldiers being deployed to Ukraine. If they are stupid enough to do it, then they can kiss the next election goodbye.

True, if Russia attacks a NATO member, which includes any of the Baltics. If sections of Ukraine want to be part of Russia, let them go. If sections of Oregon want to be part of Idaho, let them go.

Didn't we learn the hard lesson of Vietnam???
Once we are drawn in, there os no turning back and we are mired in a MONEY PIT.
In September of 1963, President Kennedy tol Walter Cronkite "It's THEIR War".
He knew once entangled that it would be a huge mistake to get further drawn in-- He privately told several person that once re-ellected, her was going to be the most unpopular President every because he was going to get the US OUT of Vietnam.
Instead, the powerful cadre of government people/military GOT their war and the upheaval to go along with it. Why is it our responsibility to be in a proxy war tha has cost so much when we are abdicating responsibility for an INVASION at our own border?

Don't worry, Austin is more concerned with pronouns than fighting another war. Remember, he was part of Afghanistan.

If the Biden administration would have acted immediately when the war started instead of sitting on their hands for months, much of this war could have possibly been avoided. Instead, they withheld weapons and aid until it was too late. Now we are funding a "maintenance" war. Maintaining what Ukraine has and Russia took. Let's have a truce and call it good.

Dems getting us into yet another Vietnam??? What do we have to do over there? Let Europeans spill their blood in the Ukraine. It's their neighbor. We had no business to start anything with corrupt Ukraine. They need more money for Zelensky have the bidet get all the money from the 87 billion dollars that we left behind in Afghanistan in equipment. Austin is another bidet; he has no clue where he is and what he is talking about. No, we are NOT sending our troops over there. Didn't the vegetable state something to the effect that we would not send boots on the ground in the Ukraine. Oh, that was just another lie from a pathological liar.

2/3 of members for house and senate to use 25th Amendment and the senate will block anything the house does even if the RINO's vote with the republicans. The house might be able to stop some monies but what monies and when is in question, basically conservatives are just screwed.
