Former President Donald Trump can be held civilly liable for the actions of the mob that rioted at the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, a federal appeals court ruled Friday. The unanimous decision by the federal appeals court in Washington, D.C., is likely to be appealed and stems from a lawsuit filed against Trump in 2021 by two U.S. Capitol Police officers and several Democratic lawmakers who alleged he instigated violence by telling his supporters that the election was stolen. This is a developing story and will be updated.

So when are the "vaccine" hoaxers going to be civilly and criminally held liable, along with those responsible for mandates against our liberties?

Just remember, they boasted they could indict a ham sandwich in their kangaroo courts. This is the justice system, Democrat style.

If this is where we are going and with video coming out of the outrages assaults by the Capitol Police of peaceful calm President Trump supporters there will be multiple class action law suits that will lead to criminal charges against the thugs with badges.

A unanimous decision by an appeals court in Washington DC.
That is pretty telling that the Appeals Court in Washington DC is not fit to rule on anything.
We all hope the SCOTUS can gather up enough courage to quash this miscarriage of Justice.

No. 3, The Lieutenant who fatally shot unarmed Ashli Babbitt without warning or provocation was recently promoted to captain for, in part, his brave action in slaying this protester. He’ll surely retire with a generous pension so that he can be hired by the FBI or Secret Service. He’s also the same Capitol cop who left his service pistol in a Capitol restroom without repercussions.

This is fantastic! Can't believe our good luck. Make the Obambi judges live with their ruling. A nice big red state AG (like, oh, Texas) should file a civil suit and sue Joe Biden. The suit would be based on this ruling. Sue Joe and his family for trillions to cover the cost of an open border. Its not an official act of the office as the oath of office requires Diaper Joe to faithfully execute the laws of this nation. Except he isn't when it comes to the border. Thus, he isn't performing an official act when he doesn't execute the laws of the land. There isn't a law allowing open borders and illegal entry. Get a real Judge in Texas to start with Appeal it to the 5th Circus Court of Appalls and let them agree that Diaper Joe isn't performing an official act with he ignores laws. Should drive the nut job fascist crazy.

I've always thought that Gen Flynn had an excellent civil case against James Cardinal Comey for his entrapment ( which Comey admitted in a public forum). Now he should cite this precedent and file suit against Comey.

Are they also going to indict Mr. Wray for the 60+ agents seeded into the crowd to CREATE the ruse of insurrection? What about Capitol police officer Byrd for the murder of Ashlie Babbitt?
The narrative, no matter how absurd it may be, MUST BE PROTECTED.
